Best wash and incredibly nice people. I live in the other side of town and decided to just give this place a try. I got in my car and everything was shiny and cupholders were done! I always have to ask them to please do the cupholders or end up doing them myself. The attendants were so patient with me and very friendly with a smile. A nice way to start my morning! Thank you!

How embarrassing I drove out of my way because the reviews were decent. They offered me a $12 $16 $20 $30 or $40 thorough cleaning. I opted for the most expensive one. Besides the very mediocre wash. The inside of my car is full of streaks and the seats are still filthy. This does not include wiping down seats! I was so embarrassed for the employees and they were clearly ashamed as well at how poor the car looked. I drove away and told them I’ll clean it myself and I’m sure they’ll be out of business very soon. Pathetic! I could have spent $7 and just ran it through the gas station like I usually do. All these photo are RIGHT after the “cleaning”. EDIT: after looking closer I changed my review from a 2/5 to a 1/5. They didn’t clean the cupholders, vac or while down the center console, vacuum the door cards, vacuum the trunk, didn’t clean the steering wheel or wipe down the dash screen. The rims are also filthy! I paid $40 for a B- exterior wash and a poor lazy vacuum. I want to mention I was the ONLY person there and 4 guys worked in my car! Truly a shame.

I want to start by giving the positives. My truck was very dirty on the inside because I use it for work and it looks significantly better. They did a good job, but when someone spends $200 and it takes two hours I expect it to be near perfect. I had in mind giving four stars even though there are still a number of dirt spots in the interior. Then I noticed the glass still has smudges all over the windshield as well as every single window. There are splattered bugs on the windshield as well. How difficult can it be to ensure that glassware is perfect at the very least? Then I saw the bed of my truck is still filled with dirt. Again, $200 is a significant amount of money to not have taken a hose and washed out the bed of the truck. This was the first time I’ve been a customer here and although I won’t be as dramatic as to say I’ll never come back, I’d certainly hesitate and would be inclined to nit pick a little more before leaving. Very disappointed.

My first impression was fantastic. The guys were super friendly and helpful. Then I went inside to pay. The cashier was clearly upset and talking on speaker phone to someone about a situation with a customer. No big deal but I was surprised she continued her conversation infront of a customer. She rang me up and I waited. The lobby and bathrooms were clean which I appreciated. I walked to the Jackson's gas station next door to buy a drink and when I walked back, an employee in a white polo stared at me the entire way back. Then when I got close he told me "that's not a real smile" when I looked at him. I didn't smile at him because he was making me uncomfortable. It was super weird and unprofessional, especially when all the other guys were super polite, friendly, and professional. I waited over double the amount of time I was quoted and came back to a dirty car. I was shocked when I first saw how bad the floors were (covered in dog hair) and I told an employee who apologized and brought it back to be vacuumed again. He returned and told me that to resolve that I would have needed to purchase a pet detail. I said I would have been happy to, but no one told me that initially and now I had been there significantly longer than I expected based on what I was told. He said "yeah and if you get one now that will take a lot longer." Okay then, I left with a dirty car. Once I got home I realized that they didn't vacuum any of the interior. They didn't wipe down most surfaces either. In the trunk area, they even made a NEW mess and had spilled something in there. The outdoor was dirty in several areas too. I'm including pics that document all of this as well as my receipt so you can see that I did indicate I wanted several services done. I took videos that better show the shortcomings, but I am unable to post them to Google. This is the second time we've given this location a try and the second time we've been disappointed. The majority of the guys I talked to were super friendly but that was the only positive from this experience. I recommend finding a different place to get your car detailed, and I'll be doing the same. :(

Used to come here often, had a 2 year membership with multiple family vehicles coming thru weekly. Not real sure if there’s been a change in management recently but the customer service is not as good as it was. The member lane was closed, Only one employee was cashier so we had to wait 4-5 mins for him to finish a conversation with the truck in front of us. When it was finally our turn, I asked if the member lane was broken, He boldly said he just closed it because he was tired of it. I wish that would be the end of it but the trash bins are overflowing with trash as well as tons of trash on the ground. It’s really sad to see the neighborhood Carwash run down this way. It’s never been this bad. Hoping something changes.

I'm not sure if the photos do it justice but I paid for a complete interior detail that was quite disappointing. When I went to pick up the car, the jump seat was still sitting on the rocks outside the vehicle and was still completely filthy. He almost put it back that way. The back seat carpets were all curled up and I had to place them back down properly myself. I thought, ok, easy oversight, I'll let it slide. Then I get back to my office and go to put something in the center console only to find that it is completely untouched. It had dog hair in it still and tons of crumbs and food and trash. I still wasn't going to do anything about it until later in the evening. I went to get my kids out of the back of the car and noticed both of the windows and sliding doors were not cleaned at all. I don't have time to take it back to them to finish. I don't feel like this was a detail as all the actual details were overlooked.

I'm conflicted on how to rate this. I'll do 4 stars based on the fact that you get a free wash ($25 value) for downloading their app. My car was a complete disaster coming in and came out better than it was. However if I paid $25 on top of my $20 tip I was asked for at the beginning, I wouldn't be very happy. I was offered a number of upsell options, but I wasn't in the position to pay $60-150 for my kids yogurt to be wiped off the car. Rico, the co-manager, was very friendly and came over to shake my hand after I had the exterior wash. The gentleman who greeted me (and everyone who helped) were friendly as well.

I paid $100 for a full service (inside and outside) with wax protection. 1. The interior was not cleaned properly; a dirty cloth was evidently used, leaving my car's panel, radio, screen, and beverage holders in worse condition than before. 2. The trunk was not cleaned at all. The solution they offered. Re done the service, meaning waiting for another hour to have the service that should have been done the first time. The manager said he couldn’t refund me without talking to the corporate office, which was closed at the time. No one has called me from the corporate or heard back from the manager. I even left a few messages with the central phone number and sent the pictures via text to see if it would help, but it was unsuccessful. After a few weeks trying to get a solution, they refunded me.

Very unhappy with the service here. I pulled up and was very clear that I wanted the exterior washed and a thorough cleaning of the inside of my truck. The attendant began to push a headlight restoration even though I said no multiple times. I was then told that with the headlight restoration they clean the interior. So I repeated to him so if I purchase the headlight restoration the interior will be thoroughly cleaned and I was told yes. I finally agreed with that understanding verified by the attendant. When I get in my truck after it was done nothing inside had been touched. I pulled right back in and let them know and was told that I purchased a basic wash and not an interior cleaning. The manager came out to help and asked me how I liked the headlight restoration that I did not want in the first place. After talking he said he would have the interior detailed so I was off to waiting again. After all of maybe 5 minutes I was told it was done and I walked up and it still didn’t look vacuumed. I asked him if he vacuumed and he said yes. At this point I couldn’t wait so I left having spent $90 on a rinsing of my truck. Pictures attached are after the second go around after all I really went for in the first place was a thorough interior cleaning. I won’t be going back and will steer anyone I know clear of this place.

I only hand wah my vehicles. The first time I went here, the hand wash drive through was pretty neat. This was exactly what I wanted, however the person doing the drying was way too aggressive. He wanted me to hurry and put it in gear while I was still on the conveyer belt. It literally says no brakes and keep it in neutral so this guy needs patience. Okay, no big deal, I tried them again and said I wanted the hand wash again. The guy charged me for a full detail. I had to get a refund and now I won't go back because I contacted them and they ignored me.

If you have dirt on your black car, the 50 yr old man (working yesterday) prewashing cars will immediately take a rag and start circulating it into your paint. Pressure washer right behind him… not a brain cell in his skull. He’ll also get an attitude with you and yell like he’s not screwing up the simplest job on earth. Don’t press dirt into the paint, wash it off. No reason to go here if I have to teach a man twice my age how to wash a car…

The hand carwash with interior service was great and done in 15 minutes. These services are hard to find and so much better than the express wash. The experts even put a towel down so I didn’t have to put my dirty feet in my freshly vacuumed floors without wiping them off first. That was impressive!!! If you’re looking for an original hand wash car wash that does an amazing job, Jacksons does it best!!!

I have been getting a VIP car wash almost every day for two years; yes I’m a ride-share driver, and have never had a bad experience! Special shout out to Jesus R. who always has an answer to any questions or requests. I can tell he is respected by his fellow associates because they always go to him for help and he gives them a quick and respectful response. (Get the VIP membership people, It’s $37/month for unlimited exterior and interior cleaning.)

I hadn’t had my car cleaned in a long time, and Angel Lopez did an amazing job bringing it back to life. The inside looks spotless, the seats look incredible, the carpet is super clean, and every detail was taken care of. It honestly feels like a brand new car again. Angel was very helpful, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The team outside, working hard in this heat, did a fantastic job on the exterior: the paint, wheels, and windows all look perfect. The guy at the line was also very helpful and made the process easy from the start. You can clearly see they’re a well-trained team that knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend Jackson’s Car Wash and Angel Lopez if you want your car detailed the right way. Keep up the hard work, all of you do an amazing job, and I know it’s not easy in this heat!
