Took my 2010 BMW X5 in because the wiring around the fuel pump had melted. Peter helped me over the phone and knew right away what the issue was. When I got there, he was very helpful and professional and confirmed the problem with me. Not only was the repair finished in a few hours, but the prices were unbeatable. Made the right choice by coming to BimmerSpeed with my 2006 3-series. Ryan and his main tech deserve their high rating. I had a planned budget for my recently purchased car and they ensured I would get more than my money’s worth by performing needed services together to save me on labor costs. A malfunction light was also quickly scanned using their tool and I was given a written estimate for the service and also a planned service schedule for other routine maintenance for a BMW approaching the mileage/age of my vehicle. Great independent BMW shop. I bought a car locally and the headlight suddenly went out. They were able squeeze me on to the schedule, source new placement parts and install them in less than a day. Would definitely recommend for bmw repair. As an added bonus they do track/race car setup/work!

It is true, the 5 starts.....I finally found a place that seems to care. Peter was great, answer all my questions over the phone and he took the time to go over all the details about my visit. It is just great to take my cars to a real car enthusiast. I used to take my BMWs to the dealership but I just got tried with all the corporate BS.... Way overpriced, a ton of promises and always under delivering. I just love the attention to detail BMW puts into the cars and it is great to find a shop that really cares about what matters, good customer service, forward explanations, and no BS. I just dont care about the overpaid or fancy car "adviser" at the dealership. I only care about keeping my car in shape.

If all mechanic shops were like these guys life would be a lot easier for all of us :) I called and spoke with Ryan he quickly gave an estimate on the repair of charge pipe that was blown off on my 2014 Bmw 435i. Estimate was fair and they were able to get me in the same day and even tho it was almost the end of the day for them. He suggested Bmw original part and they got it installed in about an hour, and not just that they had an issue come up during the repair that they took care of at no additional cost. It is my first Bmw and Ryan took the time to educate me and my wife and what to expect and how to take care of the car to make it run with less faults. Ryan was awesome and I felt like the whole crew had fun working there. They are very reasonably priced, all certified and knowledgeable and care to make sure you car is running well. They are passionate about what they do and you can tell in the quality of their work. Highly recommend and actually excited to take it back when the schedule maintenance comes. PS when you drive there entrance is at the back of the building so don’t be surprised- you are in the right spot when google maps takes you there.

Super late on this review but I cannot recommend these guys enough for anything BMW service wise. I had a short in my dash cluster which was causing my battery to stay on at night. They diagnosed it, had the part shipped in and fixed within a reasonable time frame, and at a totally fair price compared to what BMW dealers would charge. They even fully detailed my car inside and out before I came and picked up! 10/10 would recommend this to anyone needing services done.

I want to take this moment to Thank Ryan and Peter @ BimmerSpeed for outstanding customer service on my 1990 BMW 525I . I had a chronic high temp coolant issue that I could not resolve after over a year of service at my dealership.. I came to their shop last week as a first time customer. They meet with me to assess my issues and were confident of the root causes. From last Friday, 09 FEB to this Tuesday, 13 FEB they determined the problem was worn Clutch Fan and fairly new radiator was clogged after troubleshooting the entire coolant system. Ryan was able to source a new radiator assy, thermostat and replace front rotor assemblies due to warping within 2 days for me to pick up. The team @ BimmerSpeed is hard working, enjoy servicing Classic and later model BMWs. There technical expertise is apparent as former BMW dealer professionals I am pleased i was able to locate them online and can say they provide quality service and fair pricing. I highly recommend seeking them out for those of us who have 20 plus year old BMWs and want to keep them on the road.

Great experience with Bimmer Speed. Ryan and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with BMWs. My son has been taking his car to Ryan for service for a long time and always spoke highly of him, which is why I decided to bring my BMW 528i in. I’m very glad I did. They fixed multiple issues, including vacuum system problems, oil leaks, and turbo components that were affecting performance. The car now runs smoother, quieter, and with noticeably better power. Ryan also identified a serious timing chain issue I wasn’t aware of and addressed it before it could cause major engine damage. I truly appreciate the honesty and thorough work.
