She’s literally the only professional in her line of work who has NEVER lied to me- even when it’s tough news. I don’t feel like I need to beat her up on pricing because she always offers explanations and help when she has the capacity to do so. When she retires may be the straw that sends me seeking another brand.

Brought my BMW X7 in on a Saturday to have 12V system looked at. They were unable to complete the work that day, but GM, Michael, had my car picked up at my home the following week, made the requested repairs and then returned it to my home. Even washed my car before returning. Great service!

my car keys were misplaced by staff, and I was left waiting outside in the cold while they tried to locate them. understandable enough mistakes happen, but the situation was handled poorly — I was not offered a warm place to wait or timely updates, and it took an unreasonable amount of time before the issue was resolved. This experience was both inconvenient and disappointing, especially given BMW’s reputation for professionalism and customer care.

Rude customer service and management. Would not recommend. I called yesterday to ask about their ad for poor credit, bankruptcy, repos etc, the rep said I would get a call back and takes my name and number. No call back. I called back today and ask for a manager who was no better and says bad stuff about me, very unprofessional and unproductive for business. Their ad is obviously a lie because when asked about what it says, she could only say “Well we aren’t the bank and don’t make the loan decisions.” So in the end they are no better than your average in terms of working with poor credit. Management is poor so their whole service is obviously poor if you lack credit. Avoid these guys as careless as they are or you might get a waste of time and hit to your credit.

My mechanic advised me I need a fuel injector and recommended me take my car to the dealership. They ran a diagnostic and said it was the spark plugs and coils I told them I had a them replaced, so I agreed because I assumed I bought bad parts. They replaced them parts and the car was still misfiring so they did another diagnostic and this time it said the fuel injectors were bad so I told them put my other parts back on and replace the fuel injectors. They had my car almost 2 whole weeks only to tell me after they replaced my fuel injectors my engine was bad. I never had any other engine problems before they worked on my vehicle. After they replaced my fuel injectors a new code was displayed. I spoke with several mechanics and the said if my engine was bad the machine would’ve been read it and they damaged my engine when they replaced my injectors. They’re not offering to replace my engine and trying to say I drove in bad fuel injectors to cover theirselves. My engine light was never on until my car start misfiring and I parked my car and had it towed to them. I wouldn’t recommend them at all explore your options and if you have to go to them get your engine test first and do a video for evidence. If you’re a woman take a man and have them handle everything.

Recent experience others deserve to know. I had an engine mounting bracket that needed to be replaced. I purchased the car here and had some warranties. I got an appointment for Monday the 10th. through my service advisor Jeremiah. I was quoted 6ish hours, should be done by EoD but could spill into Tuesday morning. I agreed and let them know that if the warranty did not cover they could go ahead and do the repair and I would be happy to pay. I will note at this point that Jeremiah was out that day and as I later found out I had the misfortune of being given to George. Come Monday I dropped my car off and Ubered myself home. I called back in Monday around 5pm to see what the status was. The person who answered the phone took my info and said he would call me back shortly to let me know. 1 hour later I called again having received no phone call about the status. The lady who answered connected me to Michael, who is their service manager (I had not interacted with him yet to this point). He then let me know that they had not yet filed even the claim with my warranty let alone began working on the car. It would be Wednesday night at the earliest. I told him that I would go ahead and come pick my car up Tuesday morning and take it elsewhere as they had decided this could take as long as they pleased with ZERO communication. At this point I decided to call him back (he was a pleasure to work with, and had given me his personal number just in case) and tell him that I’d just like to pick my car up tonight if anyone was still there. He told me that they would give me a loaner at no charge if I was willing to stay and get the work done there. Given this fiasco so far I agreed so as to give them a chance to rectify their nonsense. As suspected Tuesday morning I got a call that it would not be covered and that they did not have the parts in stock (I had been told when making the appointment that they did) but would overnight them and do the work Wednesday morning. I agreed and signed the paperwork. They completed the work and I had my car back Wednesday around 2pm. Michael was a pleasure to work with, and understood the fiasco they had created. Jeremiah was ok, and I would steer as far away from George as humanly possible. Their communication was at a negative one, I had to reach out multiple times to inquire about a SIX HOUR REPAIR. Michael did his best to rectify their issues which is why I will leave three stars with a note that you should be very careful when leaving your car here lest it sits for the entire quoted time without anyone doing anything with it at all whatsoever. UPDATE : the saga continues! Immediately upon receiving my car, I noticed it jerks heavily under acceleration from left to right. It did not have this issue at all when it was dropped off on Monday morning. It is now back in the shop. I will keep everyone posted! I am amending my review to 4 stars. The initial treatment was poor but everything afterword was perfect. Both the tech and the service manager were an absolute pleasure to work with! They fixed the issue at no charge, and apologized for letting me drive out with it in the first place.

I got a fair offer on a van I was selling and while I was there, I happened to find the perfect used car for my daughter who is learning to drive. I wasn't planning on buying a car, but Paige, Reinaldo and Bipul went far out of their way to make sure I got a great price on my trade in and an affordable payment for a safe and reliable car that my daughter loves. We recently took our X5 to BMW of Nashville Armory Dr. for service. Being new to the brand we were apprehensive and not well versed in what periodic and preventative maintenances were required and shopped around for comparable services from independent shops. As luck would have it, the battery in the car required replacement, and after taking the car to BMW of Nashville, Matthew our service advisor, ensured we had the correct information concerning the status and requirements of our SAV. A few weeks after our battery visit it was time to have the required services done. Matthew and the service team did a great job with very quick turnaround and costs below competitors. BMW of Nashville has my recommendation for periodic maintenance, particularly if down time is a factor.
