tried to get an oil change here. pulled up, got waved off to get out of the way. i gave the man his space, and patiently wait for him to position the car. he parks and then walks up to my window and just stares me down for a good three seconds until i told broke and told the man i was there for an oil change. he asked me if id been there before, i told him no, and then he said it'd be 109$ for my car so i told him id go somewhere else. i don't know if he's always like this or he's having a bad day but i didn't appreciate being treated like that. i wish he would've at the very least asked me what i was there for. maybe even a "hello" if we're being generous. i hope he feels better i guess.

I had traveled to Nashville for a doctors appointment. On the way there my engine started having trouble. I did some research and decided an oil change would be a good start before driving 2 hours back home. While there I explained the issue and the service men were great about listening and making suggestions. One even did the diagnostic testing to solidify concern and allowed me to take pictures of it to send to my husband. They definitely went above and beyond. Such excellent customer service is rare and having it on such a stressful day made it even more meaningful!

I always get my oil changed here however I was a little disappointed when it came time to pay because my bill was twice what I was initially quoted. I was told by the mechanic that I would receive a 50% off promotion and then when the other gentleman rang me up he said that I could not get the promotion because it ended two days earlier. I hope that the work was at least honest?

Was treated very nice by every person there! Good location. Just had a fantastic experience at JL Elliston Pl. Im a big believer in the power of customer service, what it says about a teams leadership, workplace culture and integrity. Today was very cold and this location was very busy...so it would've been easy to understand stress taking it's toll and Customer Experience taking a back seat...but it didn't! Wouldn’t ever go to this location again. They broke my dipstick in my engine well and didn’t tell me. I found out by opening the hood and finding the broken dipstick laying there. I reached out to the manager Alan to make it right, but he never did. I had to fish out the broken dipstick and replace the cost. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere where they actually treat people with basic customer service.

Today is Veterans Day. I almost never leave the house on Veterans Day and for some reason today I did . I thought I was just going in to get an oil change, but I ended up leaving incredibly impressed with my interactions with the entire staff especially Alan Koenig. Alan asked if I was a Veteran because he saw my license plates. Alan and I served in a far off land in 1993 and I actually remembered his last name. It was a very special moment to say the least. Thank You Alan and thank you Jiffy Lube for making what is an extraordinarily difficult day, one that I will never forget.
