Best tire serve Ive ever recieved! Called all over Holland looking for a specific tire for my truck, and nobody had them. I called Best One and they had them, and at 25% cheaper than all other shops! I got there 15 minutes later and they were ready and waiting. Pulled right in and got me taken care of immediatly. I will not go anywhere else after that. They are 1.5 hours from my home and I will gladly make the drive for that kind of service! Thanks ya'll!

These people were like angels in our time of need! We didn’t know it but stopped to get gas across the street and noticed two blown out tires on our camper trailer! We are from WI, it’s the holiday week and these employees came and picked up our tire, went back and fixed it, and brought it back to us to get us safely on the road, and did NOT charge a service fee!! Thank you for your Jones’s and generosity, we will never forget it!!!

I asked to replace 2 of my tires, and to make sure they was the same size. They put the wrong size tires on my truck making it so I can't use my 4 wheel drive. I didn't discover what was causing my 4 wheel drive issues until a few months later. This mistake will end up costing me a bunch of extra money. Don't go here

On my way to Indiana on an off-roading trip, my trailer tire blew. Short version of a long story, I stopped in with my blown tire and rim and in VERY short time, I was back on the road. I have a lot more tire needs than the average individual, ranging from trailer tires, to pickup truck tires, to tractor and equipment tires, and Best One has not disappointed! The prices are almost always the best in the area, and the turnaround time is way better than other tire shops I’ve done business with. My company has sent me here several times to have tires patched/replaced. Many times picking up dropped trailers, you find bad tires. Every time I have came here they were very knowledgeable and fast with getting the tires patched or changed. One day I had 3 tires that needed changed and they still had me out of there within 30 minutes. I can't speak on the price because the company I drive for has a national account and they handle all of that. Overall the people are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

Was looking for a place that could provide a better set of tires but at a decent (but not overexaggerated) price. These are the guys! Called talked to them about what I was looking for and set me up. Told me they would drive to pick up the set so that I could make it work into my schedule and they did just that. Half-hour later, I have a full set of brand new tires, mounted, balanced and I can rest assured that Ill be good for a while. Ill definitely work with Logan and these guys again.
