A week ago, my check engine light went on and had troubles starting my car after pumping gas. I went to check if GoAuto is able to help me identify what caused my check engine light to go on. I was able to talk to John and discussed what car problems i have. He mentioned a couple of potential issues and suggests to set an appointment to have the car diagnosed and they will give me a call back. I set an appointment, left my car, got a call back, was informed of the problem and solution on the fix,, estimate was provided on the call, gave them the green light to work on it, went back to pick up my car. Problem Solved! Thank you, John and Jeremy for working on my 2013 Passat SE! Definitely recommend going to GoAuto for car repairs! Cheers!

I just had to give some praise and kudos to John and Jeremy at Go Auto in Holland. I had some severe engine mechanical issues on my Volvo XC90. It turned out to be potentially cylinder or piston issues. They treated me so well, and while they could have taken advantage of me in this situation, they advised me that it would be best to take it to the Volvo dealer given they did not want to get into the job and not be able to complete this severe of a repair. My car (Grand Marquis) lost the power steering a few weeks back; I had already talked with them about it, and gave me a reasonable quote. When I decided to actually deal with it - because no power steering can be tough to actually steer - it turned out to be a sensor... I was asked if I wanted to try to see if that sensor could make it to the shop in time... So I did, and that part made it within 45 minutes, and around 30-40 minutes after that, I had power steering again! Awesome guys there. 🙂

Highly recommend! I’ve taken my Hyundai Elantra a hand full of times. They are very professional and HONEST. They explain what is needed for the repair (even though I’m just a girl and do not understand car- I still appreciate that!) AND do not try to upsell. A couple weeks ago, our car was making a horrendous noise, and we needed an emergency appointment to get our brakes fixed. My partner and I both work full-time, were in the middle of moving, and share a vehicle. We stopped in here, and they were busy. But we couldn’t make an appointment to come back at a different date, and really needed our car serviced. After explaining our situation, the technician (Jacob?) squeezed us in, and had us fixed up and ready to go in about an hour. He didn’t have to do that, and could have rightfully turned us away. The pricing was reasonable, and throughly explained before services began. But the most incredible part was the exceptional and caring customer service that we experienced our first time going in, and that has won our business for other services (they do oil changes too) going forward. We are beyond grateful to these guys, and highly recommend them!

He'll listen to you carefully with your vehicles concerns, talk to you in the easiest way possible on how the problem can be fixed and find quality/fair priced part while giving you a clear estimate of you bill with no crazy up charge fees. Then you have Jeremy (the man in the shadows) very knowledgeable and swift. Amazingly gagged at what he does slaying those metal beasts into working and safe condition.
