These people are just amazing. My car broke down 400 miles into a road trip, and they squeezed me in to get us going as soon as possible. When it turned out that we needed a new engine, Brady so incredibly generously didn't charge us for the work or small part he had put in so far. They offered my wife a private room to feed our baby, and gave us all the time we needed to figure out what we were doing. They were also willing to let us leave our car there for a couple days while we made plans to get it hauled back home. 10/5 stars.

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I believed I needed the battery cables replaced on my car and my father helped me out and called them to figure out a good time to bring it in - mainly so they would be able to work on it when it’s less busy and I wouldn’t be without a car for as long. I took it in, asked them to check the battery cables as well as the driver side window mechanism, she explained to me that it may be a couple days before they got to it, I said that’s fine and I left. Four days later I got a phone call explaining that the battery lug nuts needed to be replaced, not the cables, and that my regulator was out so that as well as the window motor needed to be replaced. I was informed of the prices (which were unreasonably steep considering the simplicity of the work that would need to be done) and I decided I would come pick my car up and take it elsewhere. I informed the lady over the phone that I’d be picking my car up, and it was at this point that she informed me for the first time of a $120 testing and diagnosis charge. First of all, this fee was not mentioned once to my father when he called ahead for me, nor was it mentioned to me when I went to drop my car off. While I expected a small fee, both my father and I found it ridiculous that they would charge me $120 after holding my car for 4 days and doing nothing other than looking in the hood at the battery and taking off the door panel to examine the window motor. What is more outrageous, however, is that this fee was not once mentioned until after I had dropped my car off, at which point I was stuck paying. Nevertheless, I went into the shop to pay and retrieve my car. When I walked in, however, I found that my father had coincidentally decided to give Brady’s Automotive a call to express his disapproval of the fact that they effectively lied about a $120 baseline fee. After the phone call, the lady I spoke with was incredibly flustered and made no hesitation to take it out on me. She first insulted my father to my face and then proceeded to try to demand cash payment and refuse credit card. This was unacceptable for two reasons. First, regardless of the situation, a business has no legal right to refuse a particular form of payment that they advertise that they accept for any reason, but especially not because they’re upset and taking their frustrations out on a paying customer. Second, she attempted to bar me from giving her my only form of payment, despite the fact that the car in question legally belongs to me and my father, whom she was upset with, had no legal ownership of the car. Once I pointed both of these things out, she relented and I paid and took my car. Overall, the situation was handled poorly and incredibly unprofessionally; I absolutely will not be a returning customer to Brady’s Automotive unless I feel like dealing with unprofessional service and dishonest business.

Brought my wife’s car by so they could look at the AC compressor specifically. Instead they told me I needed a whole new ac system (which is less than a year old) and a new exhaust manifold, in addition to a radiator flush and Freon flush. Then quoted me $2700 and charged me $150 to pick up the car having repaired nothing. I was not told that they would milk the clock and charge me labor having done nothing to the car. Maybe it was just my experience but I would ask for as much info as possible on the phone before dropping your vehicle off.

Customer service is great, and the work they've done for me has been excellent indeed thus far.. but Brady blessed me at a time when he had no idea that I needed it most. A kind act in a desperate time in which, could've also been a rough time for them as well ( I don't know). But what I do know is the kind of impact that you can have on a person, or a situation can be tremendous when we adhere to Gods call. I hope it comes back Tenfold. Thank you Brady and Robin. Genuinely. Peace.

These guys are great! Had a check engine light come on and scanned it at AutoZone! They where able to prove that the AutoZone diagnosis was wrong and correct the issue! Best labor rate in town! (At least as far as I could find) Highly recommend! Great guys trying to make an honest living! I know times are hard with prices and parts right now. But they where able to get exactly what I needed within the same-day they diagnosed the issue. And I couldn't find they part anywhere! Good guys! Amazing how good they are at their job. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Brady’s is awesome!! Robin and Brady were so kind, understanding , and helpful to my situation. In truth , she went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle, what was needed to be done, and made sure I was taken care of. They got my vehicle fixed up so in just a few hours. I highly recommend Brady’s Automotive.

Awesome experience with Brady. I rarely write reviews but Brady helped me out of a jam & I couldn't be more appreciative. I was out of town when I hit a sheet of metal on the road. I called many shops and they were all closed for the weekend. Brady was open right at 8AM on Saturday and got me in first thing without notice. They fixed a broken hose rather than ordering a new part & forcing me to wait 2 days. Super reasonable price & got me on my way quickly. I drove hundreds of miles the following day with no issue. HIGHLY recommend going to Brady's. By far the most trustworthy mechanic experiences I've ever had.

Beyond and truly disappointed with Brady's. None of the issues I got fixed and spent thousands. We ended up having to go somewhere else and get inspected and come to find out another mechanic has to fix the same issues that Brady's was suppose to fix. It's unfortunate I won't get my money back so guess I'll have to make sure to let y'all know. I strongly urge never to get your vehicle fixed here and I mean never. Seeing as you reply let me be more clear. I spent hundreds on the steering wheel you "attempted" to fix twice and didn't. Went there for oil leaks didn't fix. And finally went to get electrical issues fixed and did not. So correct I did spent thousands over the years I went to this company. I had declined the 4th time I went there. when you spoke of the steering wheel having issues that you "apparently" fixed. So yes we did spent quite a bit here and will no longer.

I took my Nissan in yesterday to fix my ac and heat that had not been working for almost a year now. Not only did they have fair pricing they had my ac up and running within hours. I had a much better quote than at the Nissan dealership. Thank you for your timely service and fair price! I will be returning with any other needs!

I had an extremely last minute request the day after Thanksgiving. This was one of the shops open. They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle SAME DAY...on Black Friday when the other guys were closed. I was very impressed. I highly recommend. Thanks!

While on a road trip across Texas during the summer, my friends A/C started to go out. We stopped at Brady’s on a whim based on the reviews. They were great! Had her A/C up and running within an hour and were very helpful! Finding a mechanic you can trust in a town you have never been to can be overwhelming, but they really helped us!

I brought my truck in to get the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) and AC Control Module repaired. The IPC has gauges that do not work/display incorrect readings and the AC Module works whenever it wants to (the AC/heat will still blow just fine but the module doesn’t turn on.) I had requested that if they were to outright replace any components to please use OEM (original equipment manufacturer). I had done the research and know that the aftermarket materials get returned often, especially Doorman and Cardone. Travis, reassured me that “For those Chevys we use OEM as the electronics don’t respond well to the aftermarket stuff.” I was very excited to get these components repaired as I had been waiting for a long time too. After a week of them having my vehicle, they called me stating they got around to it and that fixing both components would be $3,000. Just to fix the AC module would be $800+ (and they were going to use aftermarket components, not OEM, as it would be "much more expensive.") To give context, they confirmed exactly what I believed was wrong with the module. In these trucks, it is common for these AC modules (especially automatic) to give out and start acting up. The diagnostic fee for each was $160 total. I'm not complaining about that though. The problem is that Travis called me back stating that a $200-$300 part would be $800+ to repair. To give further context, the module is behind one panel (which is clipped in) and then held in by two screws. Just high balling it AND adding the diagnostic fee for BOTH components, where does the extra $300-$400 dollars of “labor” come in? I decided that I wanted to do business elsewhere and found someone who does repair, chip work, and can even add LED lighting to IPCs, AC Modules and more for cheaper. So, naturally I decided to opt out of getting it repaired here as the prices seemed outrageous, but I wasn't going to be hasty. I called in to cancel the repair and stated that I would “Come by either later today or tomorrow to come pick it up." After work that day, I came to pick up my truck. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before Travis came to the front and I said, "Hey man, I'm just here to pick up my Chevy" and he replied, "Oh man you said you weren't going to pick it up until tomorrow, I had everything put up." He then went into the back and when he returned, he started asking me questions about who I found that could do it and why. I replied about the source I found, and he stated that "LED lights ain't gonna fix your issues." He then crossed his arms and cocked his head replying "Those dials cannot be fixed. You can't repair them!" He kept belittling me and I just replied "Thank you for the advice" while I was trying to pay and leave. I understand that I don't look like someone who knows a lot about cars, but it isn't rocket science to understand that chip work, circuit board repair and basic cleaning maintenance can be done to repair electronics. Maybe not by Brady's though. I used to love this shop, and I've taken my vehicle here before. Twice whenever I was in college, this shop had left tools inside my truck. Once inside my cabin and another time they had left orange Mac Tool channel locks under the hood of my truck. Out of my own goodwill, I called them and returned their tools both times. I firmly believed in this shop and don’t normally write reviews, but this experience I had was so horrid that I will never be returning. Travis not only was it none of your business, but it was bad business practices as well as ill manners. My friend who brought me even agreed that you were being a total jerk! Even if you had to replace a $300 (max including tax) part that takes 10 minutes to replace, repair the IPC and reprogram it, there's no way in hell it should cost $3,000. I'm sure that the owner will reply with some BS excuse, but the simple fact of the matter is that this business (even excluding the prices) should be cautioned. Included are pictures of the costs of aftermarket materials from different sources.

I have taken my cars to Brady's for a few years now and they are consistently awesome. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, they keep you in the loop as your car is worked on, and the prices are always fair. Everything they have fixed for me has stayed fixed and they always explain what was done. I have stopped taking my cars anywhere else, including the dealership - Brady's is the best.
