Maybe I’m being too picky but every panel that was supposed to be replaced is still damaged. It took longer than three weeks to do repairs so plan to have another vehicle for a long while. The last scratch has been on my vehicle for three years. Although Briggs charged me to replace this panel, it is clear to me that the panel was never replaced. At Briggs, you are not the customer, your insurance company is.

Outstanding quality and service. My BMW was rear ended which required a new bumper and paint. Top notch installation and the color match was flawless, I recommend everyone at least check them out.

Our vehicle was rear ended, and from the time we took it into Briggs newest location in Topeka , there latest body shop , we were pleasantly greeted by Tucker , he was personable and professional at the same time , which we appreciated, he assured us everything would be taken care of completely. That was exactly what happened and we couldn’t be more pleased with our whole experience, thank you to everyone that obviously worked so hard to get us going , just a week before a long vacation trip

Dropped off my 17 RT this morning... rear end collision. Professional staff and you can request daily updates on the progress of the work being done. Great work on our car. Would never know it was in a wreck. Thank you Justin for your great customer service. Thank your team they did an excellent job.

Called about a silver rock repair claim, specifically mentioned silver rock on the phone when scheduling. Waited two weeks for them to tell me they don’t do silver rock anymore when they never said anything on the phone and are on silver rocks list as a repair facility still. Messy place.

**This business went after my job for posting this review.** They broke my windshield while trying to repair a dent on back of car. Briggs couldn't fix car correctly after 5 tries! They refused to speak to me about it after the review. Take your car somewhere else. Had issues with their "repairs" for over a year and had to take it to a competent body shop for proper fix.

I was in a car accident few months ago. I patiently waited about 2 months to get my car back after taking it to Briggs. They were short staffed, and I understood. When I got my car back I immediately began having issues. I had to return to their facility 6 times AND twice to a Toyota dealer. Briggs didn't have the tools needed to properly fix my car. Tucker helped as best he could, but dealing with the rest of their crew is a waste of time. My car still has issues. When I went into Briggs the 5th time some other guy told me, and I quote "we can't keep doing this" to which I agreed, if only they would have gotten it right the first 4 times. I presented them with the problems, and pictures, but it didn't help. After telling me there was nothing he could do another customer walked in and his demeanor changed to "but I'm not turning you away". Told them I was going to the Toyota dealership, and Toyota was able to tell Briggs I was right and what the problem was and how to fix it. Save yourself the headache. Don't go to Briggs. If you do, stick with Tucker. Don't talk to his colleague behind him.

We had a deer hit on our Honda Odyssey. Tucker and his team at Briggs Collision made the process as seamless as possible and did an astonishing job repairing our vehicle and bringing it back to factory condition. We really appreciate the communication throughout the entire repair process and especially satisfied with getting our vehicle repaired and back to us before our expected completion date. You saved us on our rental and we greatly appreciate that. We highly recommend Briggs Collision and would use them again.

Got a driver's side window replaced for my Dodge Ram. Service and installation were great however, I have this 4 stars because I had to call 3 times just to find out what was going on and when my truck would be ready. I do recommend but they need to get their act together with communicating with their customers.

Horrible communication. Over three weeks past due, which I was understanding of until I started hearing the same things (ex. We are sending the car to service today to check the engine… that’s what you said a week and a half ago when I checked in) early on one of the guys asked if he could go over the summary of repairs with my husband (who is deployed) instead. They took no accountability for anything but blamed my insurance company for everything. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! We have bought multiple vehicles from Briggs Dodge and always have a great experience. It makes sense that our vehicles would also go to the auto body shop when needed… but never again

This is the second time I have used Briggs Auto Body of Topeka and both times they have been outstanding. The damage that was repaired looks brand new. Great communication and service, will definitely use again if needed.

Horrible customer service and communication. I made an appointment in October to get my car fixed after an accident. I had an estimate from another auto shop that was sent to Briggs from my insurance company. Briggs told me since they had this paperwork they did not need to see my car in person before my appointment date. I was told via email (photo attached) that it would take “about a week” for the repairs to be made. We dropped the car off on December 10th. On December 22nd, we got a call asking if we wanted all or just some of the damage fixed. We were told that parts for the repair had not even been ordered yet. My car had been sitting at their shop for 12 days. After many phone calls, being put on hold and forgotten about for up to 20 minutes, and endless excuses from staff we finally got my car back after 38 days. We understand that parts take time to come in, but we wish they would have let us keep the car until the parts were in considering it was still able to drive. Poor communication overall, I’d go somewhere else.

They got a 5 star today!! I had a license plate volt that wouldn't come off. They put my tag on without any sort of issues. It was a pleasant surprise. They saved me $100. I highly recommend this place. The work they did was great and my Kia looks new.

These guys are THE BEST. I needed a part for my truck that no other auto body could find or would not replace. Briggs took one look at it and said, "Sure, we can take care of that." Very friendly and professional all around, so THANK YOU all for taking care of my truck!

I bought a 2024 Hyundai Palisade with 16, 260 miles from Briggs Auto in Topeka, KS. First of all, I do love the Palisade. It drives nice real smooth and has plenty of room for the family, seats seven. My dealer was Keith Shields. Very nice guy and great at explaining the details of the car(s) you have interest in. With that said, I am not pleased with the auto repair department. Very unreliable and do not stick to what is promised. When I purchased the car, I was asked what could be fixed and they would fix it and then the next day I was asked if there were any issues going on that was not identified the day of purchasing in which I explain that a sensor keeps going off stating that the LED headlights need to be checked. The individual who owned the Palisade before I purchased it did not take very good care of the appearance of the vehicle, scratches all over the passenger side rear view mirror, a few scuffs on other parts of the car, back windshield wiper was stuck due to the wrong size blade being placed, front pillars inside we’re hanging off, and the interior cover had a tear on the driver side back door. We made an appointment to have these situations fixed. The first appointment they were able to fix one of the pillars, the tear in the interior cover, and the rear windshield wiper. They ended up having to order the second pillar to fix and the correct color in paint to “fix” the scratches, therefore requiring me to bring the car back for a second appointment. On the second appointment they fixed the pillar, and claimed to fix the scratches promised to be covered, however when I returned there was nothing done to the scratches on the car. All remained and they refused to fix or even look into the issue with the headlights after I was told they would. Mind you this was an issue with the car before I purchased it and again was agreed upon to be fixed as a product of me purchasing the vehicle. Keith offered me to allow the car to be taken back into the repair department for the corrections to be made to the paint, however at that point my trust in them completing what was promised was gone. The fact that they didn’t fixed the scratches as promised and they wouldn’t even look into the issue with the headlights meaning if I didn’t have a reliable mechanic to take my car to I would have to put the car in the shop, but more than anything I’m going to have to put more money out to fix an issue with the car before I even get to fully enjoy it. Therefore, whereas I was hoping to give Briggs a wonderful review I have to give a sour review due to promises not being kept. My advice, if you want to purchase a car that’s reliable, you get to enjoy before having to put money into for repairs, and have people that are trustworthy, buy your car outside of Topeka, and bypass Briggs Auto.

One year ago I paid out of pocket to get my my BMW 440i grand coupe windshield replaced, cracked from a rock, and at the same time I had all the tiny dents and nicks plus front bumper some guy scuffed all repaired , final price $7000, paint is expensive but they did a great job and I was extremely satisfied. This year, I ran over an obstacle on the road, damaging the rocker panel on the passenger side pretty bad, insurance claim this time. They glued my new rocker panel with double sided 3m tape, sprayed clearcoat on my windshield and left it there, broke my windshield washer hose, push clips falling out of the under panel, stole the bmw hub caps and didn't even fix the comfort access that the accident broke. Very disappointed.
