Do not go here if you want your stuff done right they have no idea what they are doing I had to show them how to use there own machine and they do not have all the necessary equipment to there balance machine I was there for 2 hrs for something that should have taken 30 mins I ended up doing most the work myself after watching them do everything wrong for the fist 1hr and a half and still ended up paying way more than I should have and didn’t even get my wheels balanced i repeat if you want your stuff done right do not go here !!!!!!!

I went to get a tire this afternoon and I got a good tire for my money, no problems at all! But I got back home only to find out that I guess he didn’t jack my car up right and it popped off the plastic piece underneath my doors. Didn’t even fix it or anything. Great customer service and overall good trip, just disappointed they couldn’t fix this.

I had four tires dismounted from tires I had purchased online and had the staff at Cabrera Tire remount the tires on the rims on my truck. The staff was efficient and thorough. The price for mounting and balancing was very reasonable! I have no reservations in recommending Cabrera Tire. These guys are not a major tire retailer. If you're expecting a nice waiting room or an elaborate building you will be disappointed. However, they were able to perform the tire service I needed in an efficient, quality and reasonably priced manner. You should consider doing business with Cabrera Tire in Gastonia.
