Honesty and integrity describes Caliber Auto Care. My family and I have been bringing our three vehicles to Caliber for a year now. They solved my daughter's car issue when nobody else would/could and they charged her a very fair price. Caliber has also serviced our other two vehicles, and again the fees charged were very fair in my opinion. Today I was in for an oil change and I was greeted with warmth. I had an appointment and my vehicle was brought in on time and was completed faster than I expected. The waiting area is welcoming and comfortable. Shortly after settling into the waiting area, I received a text directing me to photos of my vehicle, a summary of the checkup, and a couple of recommendations that do need to be addressed. Moments after I reviewed the photos, the technician came out personally to walk me through the photos and report. I appreciated his attention and concern that I understand the recommendations. I also wanted to mention another great experience I had about 6 months ago. I had a concern regarding fluids. They checked the situation and it turned out to be a non-issue. I appreciated their honesty!!!!!!

I've visited Caliber Auto Care three times for car servicing and am consistently impressed. They've worked on my wife's Volvo and my Jeep, showing that they can handle a variety of vehicles. Previously, I relied on dealerships for major services, but the Valvoline team nearby highly recommended Caliber. The staff at Caliber is professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused. On my first visit, they offered a complimentary shuttle service when I planned to leave my car and walk home – a thoughtful gesture that saved me time. Recently, Jonathan, the service advisor, quickly diagnosed and had the team in the back fix a minor but annoying headlight issue at no extra charge, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. I loved experience but found myself conflicted I initially came in for an alignment on my moms jeep and expressed some other concerns I was sent on my way in a uber! Later they contacted me and confirmed the alignment would not be happening and a diagnostics would be the best route I agreed I was then contacted again and told it would be 1500+ to fix the issues although the I had every intention to fix it I felt I was being pressured since I had mentioned a “death wobble” my words were used against me which unfortunately within the jeep community it is a known issue but it has not caused any deaths it is referred to as the “Jeep death wobble” because there’s a difference... I discussed it with my mom and we went to a different certified mechanic and got it done for 1260 ! To put it into simple words the service was good just wish they had competitive pricing and better wording! 4/5 because ultimately they did completed the service I paid for and provided transportation.

Caliber Auto Care has better prices on much of the work they do, compared to some of the leading auto care providers in the area. They employ superior practices on a lot of the preventative and regular maintenance (which again is often priced more competitively), and the staff at the Kuykendahl location is professional, courteous and just all around super-helpful. Jonathan’s service recommendations have helped me navigate some of the cost/benefit scenarios I’ve encountered with my vehicles. The Kuykendahl location operates as a team and as a family. They’ve always delivered their work on my vehicles on time or an bit ahead of schedule. Recommended.

Front desk personnel were friendly and cordial, likes to joke around and you can tell really enjoy being with other. Estimates were thoroughly reviewed, and asked several times to confirm work to be performed. After leaving vehicle for work, they called with additional manufacturer scheduled inspections/work to be performed to maintain warranty. Very professional and comparably priced to other shops.

Eddie, Connor and Javier took outstanding care of my car. I had an a/c leak. I did the research and their reputation is well deserved. If you've been looking for a quality reliable service center I've found mine. They keep me updated during the entire time. That kind of service is too rare. They genuinely care about you. If they don’t know exactly how to fix the issue be prepared to pay. Had a rounded lug nut cover and they charged me over $500 for 3+ hrs of work to remove a chrome lug nut cover. This should have been a 1-1.5 hours max job to take a flat tire with a stuck lug off and put on the spare (which had no issues). Needless to say I will not be returning. Update: Their care team took a bit of time but finally reached out and made it right. Appreciated their follow-up.
