I’ve always felt good about bringing my car here for service. Yesterday I left my car with Kevin to do the front brakes. I also brought with me a package of two fog lights. I asked him if they could install it while they had the car up on the rack . He said no problem. When I picked up my car today there was a $75 fee for installing the $18 lightbulbs. I was very disappointed that he had not told me about the cost. I would’ve had my son-in-law install the lightbulbs for me if I had known about the high fee. Kinda feels dishonest to me.

We brought our truck in for repairs and ended up having to return it three more times because the initial issue wasn’t resolved—and new problems kept arising. Each visit lasted over two weeks. On top of that, my son’s booster seat was damaged by rodents while the truck was in their care. Now, my mother-in-law’s car is in their shop for the second time due to unresolved issues from her first visit, and they’ve had it for over three weeks with no clear timeline for when it will be ready.
