Purchased new tires at this location because it was close to our home in creekside. We would be able to rotate tires easily at this location. We took our vehicle to the tire shop and left it all morning. Before taking it in i marked the tires. When i picked up the vehicle i asked a service manager if he rotated tires and he said yes. I then took him out to the parking lot and showed him that his tech did rotate tires. This took up my whole Saturday morning. Then on Sunday i had to go pay Valvoline to rotate the tires. I will never go back to this location. Was also just getting ready to have them do brakes and some more work but i cannot trust them.

The service was very good. BUT they told me the car was ready twice and both times it was not. Resulted in us having to adapt our schedule. Things worked out BUT I struggle when people tell n me one thing and do another. I will have to really think and pray about going back here. Service was very good. Trust is very important.

I had an issue with my vehicle with difficulty starting. It was tricky due the fact the OBD was issuing multiple trouble codes. While this was only an Oil change, I was happy with the price, service and not trying to push anything else on me. Yes my car is in the newer bracket but experience with other places has always made me feel like an Upsell is the only goal. Not here.

Got my oil changed last Friday and went on a trip. While on the trip the windshield fluid light comes on. Literally a day after I had the oil changed. Put a full jug of fluid in it today. On top of that, the first time I had my oil changed, the mechanic did not secure the air filter cover properly. I got down the road and the vehicle acted like it wanted to die. Barely made it back to get them to fix it. That's two issues out of three visits. Terrible attention to detail. I'm done. Only giving two stars because their advisors are very customer focused.

This location of Sun Auto provides excellent customer service and car care. I continue to use this location for all my car needs and each time is a great experience. Luis is patient with all of my questions and concerns and goes above and beyond. The technician that worked on my car did an excellent job. I have to wait there with my youngest kiddo for my appointments and they get me in and out as fast as possible which I appreciate. They are honest with their recommendations and pricing, also highly appreciated. Inside is always clean and well kept. I highly recommend this location.
