I had a great experience at Caliber on 10th st. Carlos kept me well inform about the progress on my vehicle. I got my car back when promised and when I got it back all the repairs were done nicely. We couldn’t even tell that my vehicle had been hit. I wound recommend them 100%. I would definitely go back for more of my vehicle repairs.

Update: Thanks to Bryan Gross, I have given this place an additional star. He called to ask about my bad experience and gave me excellent feedback regarding fixing it. I really appreciate the time and concern coming from him and the fact that he was going to talk to the team that helped me. It did make me feel better about my experience. Not only did this company make me miss 2.5 days of work because they can’t seem to get their due dates or parts ordering right but due to this fact, I also had my rental for longer than necessary, costing me more money. Also, when asking about getting a possible reimbursement for said loss in wages and extra cost due to lack of proper time management, the Manager tried to come to the front all hot and bothered that I even asked. And the cherry on the cake is this company STEALING not one but TWO pairs of my sunglasses that were in the vehicle. I know they were in there because I have a photo of them in the vehicle at the time of drop off. If you were THAT desperate for my sunglasses, you could have just asked for them. But instead chose to steal from your customers. Good job. Never coming back. Not that this company will care.

Don't trust your car with them. My car was deemed a total loss and I already got my money from my insurance, but they missed a lot of things that were wrong with my car, so that's how I know they don't care about your car. Don't bring your car here to get anything done!

I brought my vehicle in for a rear bumper repair, and within 200 miles the same area began sagging again. When I returned to have it inspected, I was told the damage must have occurred after the repair — despite no impact, no sound, and no driving behavior that could explain it. Luckily, after publishing an initial bad review, the regional representative, Daniel, reached out to me and fixed the issue. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of. My bumper was replaced with an OEM part. Overall, my caliber collision experience was good, but I would advise you go the the location on Stratos way (by the car dealerships.) The staff there was very friendly and accommodating. It felt like they were working WITH me.

I highly recommend this autobody shop! We recently took our company Van into the shop for repair. The level of customer service Lindsey and Erick (the technician) provided my company was above five stars!! They not only did the repair quickly, but they did an awesome job! Absolutely wonderful experience both times. The first time, after being t boned I took my car in and they were able to get it right in no waiting. They offered great communication throughout the whole process, and the repair was perfect. You can’t tell it was ever in an accident. The second time was just to fix an overspray spot and readjust my fuel door. In and out within 20 minutes. I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me, absolutely phenomenal service from him and the whole team. Can’t recommend them enough!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. We brought our car here after it got rear ended. They took 5 months to give it back to us and the next day the engine light came on and we had to leave it there for another 2 days because they didn’t do their job right. They kept changing our pick up day saying it would be ready this day and then they would switch it for another week and another week, it was this way for the entire 5 months it was there. We never received any updates, I was always the one having to call and they couldn’t even tell me what was going on. The day we picked up our car, I noticed my interior was completely dirty and my seats were stained with water marks because they had removed the back side window and my car sat outside that way the entire time. They made me take my car home like that and told me to make an appointment for them to shampoo my interior!!!!! After my car sat there for 5 months!!! Very frustrating. Update: my vehicle started having problems after 5 months. We took it back in to Caliber because our engine light came back on and they told us we had a blown head gasket and that coolant was leaking into the engine oil. We decided to take it to Jeep so they could fix it and they told us it was not true, that our car only needed new spark plugs. Be careful when you take your car to Caliber they don’t know what they are doing!

Absolutely amazing customer service – I’m so grateful for this shop! About 7 weeks ago, I was in a car accident. I initially took my car to a different shop, and the mechanic there assured me he would handle everything — from working with my insurance to making my car look brand new. Weeks went by (5-6 weeks), and every time I called to check in, he kept saying he was “taking care of it.” Eventually, I contacted my insurance directly — only to find out they had never even heard from the shop. My car had just been sitting there all that time, untouched. I was beyond stressed and had no idea what to do next. That’s when I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Celina. Within 20 minutes, she had already contacted my insurance, got all the information she needed, and even arranged a tow truck to get my car out of the first shop. She was so on top of it, kind, and made me feel like she genuinely cared. This shop did more for me in 2 days than the other shop did in 6 weeks. I can't express how thankful I am that I found them.
