I came to Caliber for an estimate after a hit and run. The Manager came out personally to help me, and im glad he did! He first asked if I was ok and if anyone was hurt. Super sweet and considerate!! Then he actually had my car cleaned off so we could see the damage better. Turns out, it wasnt bad at all and was still safe to drive. He was super kind, knowledgeable, and patient! I was so thankful I stopped by there. I will totally come back and refer anyone that needs body work to Caliber. Best customer service and all around friendly! Thank you!!!

I came to Kris with an assortment of issues: 1) Repairs under Insurance 2) Warranty recall(s)* 3) Out of pocket repairs Kris and Company were professional, personal, and honest. It's nice to have been serviced by a large business with a mom & pop charm. * Paint recall for almost the entire vehicle. The kicker is, Hyundai needed to verify the paint recall in house.Hyundai had other recalls on tge vehicle and identified several other major warranty related issues during their inspection upon recieving the vehicle. Kris, coordinated well with me and Hyundai and didn't miss a beat!

Late review but basically I got rear ended and i was on an important trip to Indy. The accident made it where my rear bumper got crushed and was touching my wheels. I was in a real dilemma, and at that point in time it was 4:30pm all the body shops where all going to close in at 5:30pm and required appoints. But when i called up the kind lady on the phone wasn’t sure if they could take me in such a short amount of time. I understood what she had to do for her job and honestly i thought she was going to reject me as well as the many people who did. Although when i explained my situation she said that we (me and the person who hit me) could come by so the could at least check the damage. (Ps the person who hit me was very kind and respectful and took responsibility) When we got there Chris took a look at the damage on my car and was literally an angel!!!!!! He took my car to the back and honestly I was just hoping they could just fix it to the point where i could go on the highway. Not only did he clear the area that was basically touching my wheels he also fix the part that was gonna fall off. They were all so kind and let us leave without paying a thing. Bless Chris and his staff they were so kind!
