I was not happy that it took 6 weeks. I was told it was painted then going for reassembly and a week later was told it was not painted yet. This was very disappointing. After finished, the external emblems still have not been installed as Im waiting for a call when they come into the shop. They did allow me to pick up the truck while waiting on the emblems so I appreciate that. The finished product for the work done is great! I wish I could give 5 stars because of the excellent work but the wrong info given left me a bad taste so I removed one star. I feel my review is honest, informative and fair.

This was my second visit for the same vehicle, accident prone I guess, Christopher was my advisor and took care of everything the moment I walked through the door. Communicated throughout the process even with the insurance company, he made sure to keep me updated. My vehicle looks as if nothing had ever happened to it and it's without any weird noises from unclosed gaps or misalignments. Definitely recommend Caliber for their work and customer service. My daughters 2022 Hyundai Tucson was rear ended by an idiot on her phone. Once we tracked down her insurance info, we took the car to Caliber which is an Allstate approved shop. Once we were able to get the car in (due to our schedule, not theirs) they did an excellent job. Paint matches perfectly. No issues at all. Highly recommend the Summerlin Caliber.

Dealt with Caliber Collision in Reno, NV, and had an unpleasant interaction with them. Repairs took 3 times as long as they were supposed to, and I had to go back because a repair was done incorrectly. Checked on body shop reviews in Las Vegas for our repairs, and Caliber Collision was rated near the top. Decided to use them, and to my pleasure, they were very good at what they did. They gave me a completion date, and they finished a day earlier than expected. Reno took 3 months, but Las Vegas was less than 3 weeks. The finished work was very well done, and I was very happy with it.

Excellent overall experience, customer service was exceptional. Chris, who was my technician is great, walked me through all the stuff that needed to be done with the car beforehand and even went an extra mile as to fix a loose screw on my passenger door which was not part of the plan but he noticed it while fixing the car. I would recommend this place to everyone. I would give this place 10/5 stars if I could.

I really like how they make an unfortunate process run smoothly. They work with enterprise car rental so the shuttle just picks you up there, and when you are done renting you can just leave the car there. Absolutely fantastic all around. I don’t care for auto places in general…buying, repairing, renting etc yet Caliber was wonderful. Had to bring in my mom’s car after she was broadsided. She’s in her 80s. I was kept up to date on a regular basis. The car looked brand new after repairs. And best part, we were out of town and they actually brought the car to her home - a 20 minute drive!! Above and beyond. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else.

I took my car for a insurance repair when my car was returned the bumper had a gap on both sides of the lamps starting tat my car had ben glued before and that's why it won't fit correctly But guess? They also repair their cars with glue they ask for my permission to put glue I said yes thinking it wold fix the problem it didn't the other side came apart Did I also mention that it took 3 days longer to get it so called done very disappointing

The shop was great to work with. Took the vehicle into the shop for my scheduled appointment 1 day after the accident. They wrote the estimate and provided a delivery date. Manny, the service writer advised that the part would take 2 days to get, but they would start on the repairs. I received online updates about the work. A few days before the promised date, they called and advised the car was ready. The work done was great.
