Edgar is really awesome, kept me updated on the progress, stayed back on Chistmas Eve after working hours just to return my car as I had work until 5:30pm. I would highly recommend bringing your car here! The staff was wonderful in explaining everything they planned on doing to my car with the associated costs. They handled most if not all of the insurance nonsense. I was also given frequent updates about my car, which I was grateful for. When I initially dropped my car off, they asked if it would be ok if they transferred it to another location to do the work. I agreed and that was a big mistake. The car sat there for a week and absolutely nothing happened while their internal process tried to figure out what to do with it. Once I complained, they agreed to go ahead and repair it there and things got much better. Frank pushed it through the process and was great to work with. This is a great option for car repairs so long as you don’t check the box allowing them to transfer it. That’s just a giant waste of time.

Recently had my 2023 Ford Maverick in for some body damage caused by a hit and run accident a little over a month ago. Upon picking it up, I had noticed a scratch on the front bumper that wasn’t there before, and it had been later found out a parts person backed into it! Frank, Hunter and the team took care of everything and did some truly exceptional work, very satisfied with the bodywork they did and their customer service is truly excellent. As someone that works in the car industry, I’m always skeptical about chain body shops, but the guys at this Caliber Collision are truly top notch! Would definitely use them again for any bodywork!

I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs with bland text messages. The completion was extended without any additional warning or explanations along with increased expense beyond the initial estimates. I had to pay the more expensive rate for my rental because collision waited until the last minute to inform me that my vehicle would not be ready as promised. This additional expense was stressful for me as my insurance didn’t cover the rental. Additionally, The staff lacked patience and empathy. I was rushed off the phone when I attempted to confirm the completion date as if I didn’t matter. They pretended to be nice of course when it was time to collect the money.

November 2024 - I was involved in another crash and went back to see my friends at Caliber Collision. This time around, they surpassed the previous level of customer service/vehicle repairs! Edgar was very informative and courteous throughout the entire process. From the initial vehicle inspection to vehicle pick up, he provided the utmost customer service experience anyone could expect from such a stressful situation. I received several invoice updates on the work being completed through my vehicle insurance phone app and follow up phone calls to discuss the work along with the anticipated completion date of repairs. Initially, the estimated timeline from being dropped off Oct 25th and the repairs were completed Nov 12th, they were two weeks ahead of the original estimated schedule which was closer to Thanksgiving. One thing occurred on pick up where I had to come back at a later date to have my car deep cleaned because I had a work trip and did not have any time to wait. Edgar graciously offered to schedule a full detail for my vehicle and he did not disappoint. He called his reliable contact with Grand Champion Detail & Autoworks. The gentleman had my car shining like new! Phenomenal detail work and will definitely be considering their business for future car detailing. Overall, the entire experience and services were top notch. This is the level of customer service that keeps me coming back for all of my vehicle repair needs! Much appreciated and if need be in the future, I know where I will be seeking out these services! 3 years ago - As one would consider servicing their vehicle to be stressful, the staff here helped make the process an easy and worry free situation. LaKeisha was super helpful setting me up with a rental car through Enterprise and very friendly/accommodating! Both Mitch and LaKeisha made it easy working out logistics with my insurance company to get things handled in a quick and easy manner. All the staff I interacted with are quite personable and efficient, especially with the volume of customers they were handling on the drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Looks about as good as the day I drove off the car lot with it! Highly recommend! For context, there are photos of the before and after repairs were completed.

Negligence. Came here to get my rear corner fixed after being hit. Good customer service. Doubled my wait time b/c the paint machine was down. Not their fault, but ok. Stuck in a nasty rental for longer. I come and drop off the rental and Enterprise is already there, so they grab the rental. Guy brings my car around eventually and I’m shocked to find a new long white scratch on my drivers door??? On my RED car!!! You guys didn’t see that???? They keep the car another day since it’s not buffable and I wait for the rental guys. Next day, they got out the scratch THEY CAUSED but I see ANOTHER scratch. It’s small but there and he buffed it. Can see it if you look close but whatever, I was trying to leave. Get in the car, low tire warning. I filled them recently and the temp wasn’t low lately. I asked for it to be checked out and was told it was the weather. I insisted and he took it back for 10 mins. Warning light gone. The next time I drove, the lights on again. Discount Tire found a large nail in my tire. Had to buy a new one immediately. This awful collision center scratched my car TWICE and either ignored the nail in my tire or is the reason it’s there. Blatant negligence. And if you get an estimate here, double that. There’s no oversight at this location.

The North Fulton, Sandy Springs location went beyond my expectations for repair—returning it early and dealing with insurance on my behalf—so glad to get my beautiful car back which looks great even after 300k miles and an accident. Parking is tight! The parent company really needs to consider a better option for the safety of our vehicles being moved around/rental vehicles, etc. I felt sorry for the folks who work there and it was difficult to navigate even as an experienced driver.
