This post is a photo response to the negative reviews posted below by Ms. Temple. We were able to find a memory log of her vehicles scan. The pictures document that her engine computer stored circuit faults for her motor mounts which is a defect only fixed by replacement. In addition, you will see the faults stored for random misfires in all cylinders as well as a specific misfire stored in cylinder 3 which is why we recommended the spark plug replacement that ended up fixing the issue. The second pic shows the vehicles body computer stored a circuit fault in the headlight assembly wiring which is blowing the lighting fuse and is also why her headlight bulb keeps burning out. As we told the customer, replacing the headlight assembly would be the first repair.

That's a lie, and if i could upload these recordings i would so the the web can hear for themselves. Jessie you lied about who worked on my car, the codes, and the repair recommendations and when i caught you in those lies with documentation, records, and recordings you became disrespectful. You lied about the smallest thing so why would i believe anything additional. You even said it yourself on a recorded line that customers ALWAYS try to blame Wade Automotive when something goes wrong after a repair So you're the common denominator here, NOT the customer Nevertheless, its not up for the web to decide, I'll see you in court. Hopefully you have supporting documentation/evidence to support your findings, because your word alone will NOT hold up in court. I still haven't receive confirmation of the allege codes my vehicle was firing off or the refund. A seasoned technician would have included the codes in their report to the customer, this did not happen at Wade Automotive. My interior and exterior lights still are out, im still driving around with a plug detach all these mishaps occurred while my vehicle was in YOUR CARE, CUSDOY, & CONTROL. I have all my services records and even the mounts you recommend i get replace- my records showed those were recently replace. Consumers take your vehicle there at your own risk, I'm sure Jesse and Ray with the pretty finger nails will get your right!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I took my Audi A6 here. I told them exactly what i needed replace or repair which my alternator and 1 front head light. Jesse (the allege owner) called me back saying "oh your check engine light is on and firing off all these codes". Saying my vehicle had electrical issues and nothing was wrong with my alternator. That was a lie and the 1st red flag( little did he know i took my vehicle to Grease Monkey( the shop beside them) the day before and had my emission test completed and passed, my check engine light has NEVER (in the history of me owning my vehicle) came on. I owned this vehicle for over 10 yrs, only had 2 owners, i m the 2nd one. Fast forward i went alone with Jesse "recommendations" less than 24hrs all the work they allegedly completed failed apart and I'm back at the shop , now my alternator isn't working at ALL, the belt came off, and where i had 1 front bulb out, i now have my interior lights out, and ALL my lights in the front. It took Ray and the other guy (didn't get his name) less than 5 minutes to say "oh yea, its the alternator" I told you this when i brought my vehicle to you, at this point I'm upset asked for a copy of their COI (Certificate of Liability) and threaten to file Civil Suit, Jesse was magically able to find an alternator that fits perfectly for my car for over 75% less ($290) than what they quoted me; was quoted $900-$1100 for the alienator alone the day before less than 24hrs. This was 2nd red flag. My vehicle is in worst shape now. My vehicle was taken apart, parts tampered with resulting in new damages created by this fraudulent body shop. I asked them to save the parts taken off my vehicle( because at this point i don't trust anything that's being said, and of course they ignore my request and try to say i didn't asked them to save parts. DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop, their excuse(s) for their incompetence will be " Your vehicle is old and have a lot a miles on it" They take no accountability which makes since, since Jesse confirmed 3x that that don't carry GA liability insurance to ensure the quality and workmanship of their technicians. This was the 3rd red flag. I've ALWAYS taken my vehicle to the Audi dealership and had no issues, it was just there for the repairs Jesse recommended i replace less than 4yrs ago( so why all of all of sudden now i have all these NEW issues that wasn't spotted by a Certified Audi Tech????????? BeWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you must take your car here, please record every conversation and gather the names of the technicians performing the work and request they save the parts remove/replaced on vehicle. They tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman and thought i didn't know anything. I spent over $850 and my vehicle is in a worst condition than it was when i took it in. They have faulty machinery(that they are aware of) that fires off the wrong codes resulting in misdiagnosis A BBB complaint will be filed along with Civil Suit to start. An investigation will be underway.

I had locking lug-nuts on my wheels, needed to switch back to the originals. When I called they said it would cost $20. But after they did the work they said it only took a minute and they wouldn't charge me. At the same time I was impressed by the professionalism of the man at the desk, and the clean and tidy appearance of the waiting area. I also noticed they have a Grease Monkey oil-change service connected. So I will be back!!

5 Stars – Finally Fixed What No One Else Could I brought my 2015 BMW 328i to Wade Automotive after multiple other shops failed to diagnose a parasitic battery draw that kept leaving me stranded. Jessi, the owner, personally took the time to track down the issue and was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the process. It was clear right away that this shop actually cares about doing things right. Jessi found the electrical problem quickly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Since the repair, the car has been flawless — no more dead battery and no more guessing games. If you're tired of shops throwing parts at your car without results, take it to Wade Automotive. Their diagnostic skills are next level, and the customer service is just as good.

I've taken my family's vehicles to Wade Auto for well over 10 years and have always been glad I have. They are honest, capable, attentive, and timely in responses. Sometimes, I go there thinking I'm facing a major issue, and they surprise me with an inexpensive and effective solution when another shop without the high integrity of Wade Auto could have easily overcharged and embellished the actual need. Wade Auto has been my "go-to" shop for repairs besides very specialized automotive repair services outside of their scope. They will continue to be.

Wade Automotive was fantastic to work with. I brought my Jeep SRT in for an oil leak diagnostic, and not only did they complete the diagnostic the same day, they also handled the repair same day, all at a very reasonable price. They also pointed out a few other issues I wasn’t aware of, but there was absolutely no pressure or upselling, just honest, helpful advice. The team was professional, efficient, and transparent throughout the process. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

REVIEW FOR WOMEN DRIVERS!!! As a mechanics daughter I find it extremely hard to find a shop I can trust with not only my car but the information they’re giving me as well. This past Saturday night my car’s alternator went out and disheartening is an understatement. I felt completely defeated as I live nearly a hour away and I knew no one in the area. Luckily, I found Wade’s. Ray was absolutely wonderful. His transparency and communication was top tier. He told me the TRUTH, not just what I wanted to hear. His calm and easy demeanor meant so much to me as a woman because often times I’m approached with dismissal and a condescending attitude when it comes to taking my car to ANY where that isn’t my fathers shop but Wade’s is completely different. This shop provides transparency, professionalism, and great quality work. As for the negative reviews, some people do not want to hear the truth nor how much something is to repair when they have already panicked and sought advice from YouTube/Google. Cars are expensive and that’s not Wade’s fault nor Ray or Jessie. It’s the same people who have never worked over a hot car on an even hotter day

Wade Autos have been serving Dunwoody and proximal vicinity for at least 25+/- years. My 82 yo mom has always gone to them, and trusts them; as, they have always provided excellent, reliable, and cost efficient service to her. This time, I had needed some work on our Mercedes, and they were able to provide the same superb service, saving us tons of money as well! The good they do in our community is too much to pack here! Try it yourself, and you will see what I mean. They are the most honest people in the car industry, especially the owner! The owner personally overseas every job! No fluff, just what you need at a very nominal cost. While the car industry is least trusted, these people are the most!! Truly grateful for years of ethical, caring, and honorable service that is also highly economical :)

I had an issue with my fuel injector and took my vehicle to Wade’s Automotive Repair. Jesse was the representative who helped me, and his professionalism and dedication truly stood out. He replaced my fuel injector the same day, but unfortunately the part turned out to be defective and I experienced the same issue later. What really impressed me was how Jesse handled the situation. Instead of asking me to tow or bring the car back myself, he personally came to my home, picked up my vehicle, and took it back to the shop. He completed the repair, made sure everything was working correctly, and even kept the car until he felt confident it was completely safe for me to drive again. It’s rare to find that level of care and customer service in the auto repair world. Jesse went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful. I highly recommend Wade’s Automotive Repair—especially if you want honest, reliable service and someone who genuinely cares about your safety.

Wade Automotive is awesome. If I ever have an issue with a vehicle, I take it here. It started over a year ago with a recommendation from a corporate oil change shop for a new suspension and CV joint replacement. I went to them after reading other great reviews and they gave me an honest answer saying that the CV joint was an issue. Today, I was getting an oil change next door and they kindly looked at my brakes and walked me through what to look for in maintenance. They were able to get parts ordered and fixed in a timely manner on a Friday afternoon. Could not recommend them more.
