★★★★★ Shoutout to William, Brian and Onion on helping me out this morning! I got my oil changed at a DIFFERENT grease monkey and a day later, oil was leaking out from my car. I came to THIS location and the guys looked at the issue, fixed it, and replenished the oil that was missing from my car. They triple checked to make sure oil was no longer leaking out. They also checked all the other fluids in my car and replenished those as well. They were very kind and willing to help. Definitely recommend this location.

★☆☆☆☆ Hello, My name is Jasmine Bevineau reporting a service that I received at center 1019. First I want to say I trusted this company with my vehicle and basically my life and unfortunately they failed to deliver safe service. I took my dodge charger to them for brake service that was done improperly which cause the driver side caliper to come off. On today I had my vehicle towed to center 1019 in Dunwoody Ga around 730am on arrival I spoke with a Mechanic who worked on the opposite side of the garage under a company name WADE automotive ( Wade and grease monkey are in the same garage but different company) I explained to him what was happening to my vehicle and he took the generosity out to check it for me after stating that “he side doesn’t has anything to do with grease monkey and unfortunately they’re not real mechanics” on his inspection he noticed that the driver side caliper was completely loose missing two bolts and the other three was not installed properly. This is a problem because as I stated above I trusted grease monkey to service my vehicle and they reassured me that they could do so. Had they been honest and stated that they where no skilled to handle a big assignment I would’ve gladly took my $2000 and paid a real mechanic to do so. By the grace of God I or my child or any in my family was not hurt in way. I want to know what will be done moving forward? Because this situation could’ve been worse like an accident on a highway or anywhere at this point. I need answers to this poor service given as to me and my child could have been hurt this very dangerous. My money can’t be replaced and neither could our life! But thank God! Please don’t use this company for anything other than oil change. I want to add that the guy’s that work there now are not the once who did my car. Zach and Brian was very helpful despite everything that happened so I do appreciate them!

★☆☆☆☆ I wanted to have my emissions checked so that I can renew my registration. I have been using a different shop as it is located by work, but I figured I’d support a local business since they are around the corner. I called to verify they do emissions and check their hours. Got home from work to head over to get the emissions check done, only to be told “Oh they’ve already left they aren’t here until closing” would have been nice to know that when calling or on the posted hours on their website. Guess I’ll be back to using the shop I’ve been using for years.
