I’m rating all the loyal customers a 5 star... Every one of you are such a pleasure to work with! Our team couldn’t do it without all of you! If you’ve never been here, and would like an experience where you can leave not feeling taken an advantage of, and where things are only done if needed in a clean work environment this is your place... Thank you all!!!

My Honda CR-V had a check engine light. Our regular Honda mechanic was backed up for 3 weeks. We went to an auto store for the diagnostic to find out it was an urgent issue that needed to be addressed. I contacted Mr. Tire and they were able to get the car in for service that day - a Saturday - when most other places were closed. They also weren't pushy for us to get the diagnostic test done there (we called other places and they insisted that they had to do it for an additional $150 or more), and they took the code we provided to them for the repair. The price for the work was reasonable, and the work was done within 4 hours of us dropping it off. We will definitely use them again.

This is a shout out to K and Dwight for turning around an initially frustrating visit. I had an appointment, a quote, and a time estimate. None of that was happening with the service manager, and I took my key to go somewhere else. Fortunately, the guys recognized me from a couple days prior when I booked the appointment. They went all out to get everything I needed on the spot for the original price. Very friendly and personable, K&D. Thank you so much.

I went to an another location to get a tire change but they didnt align it correctly and my car was shaking . I walked in to this location and talked to Dennis which was a great help, he got me in same day and took care of the problem. Under an hour I was back out on the road. Dennis and his team was a great help.

Had a scheduled appointment here 3 times, 3 times was turned away with different excuses for not be able to change my oil, they said my drain plug was too tight, the first time i waited 2 hours just for them to tell me that... 3 wasted trips, time and gas. Went to the Sandy Springs location and they got the job done asap with no issues. Im convinced the mechanics here are just inexperienced and unqualified after hassling me 3 times. Just a complete bad vibe. Avoid like the plague.

Great service by Michael and Co-workers today in getting me a new tire to replace the one that had a sidewall rupture on the left rear tire. Highly recommend them.

Horrible sexist treatment! I came here with a flat tire and one of the guys working here made comments TO MY FACE about how women can't drive and I was probably texting on my phone. As I said though I had a flat tire so I couldn't just go somewhere else. It is abhorrent that anyone thinks these are acceptable remarks to make to female customers in 2025. Disgusting. Do better.

I brought my car in for a slow leak in a tire. They said I needed 4 new tires. They were courteous and professional. It was expensive, but they did good work.

Needed tire pressure sensors for my 2017 BMW. Went to Mr Tire in Dunwoody asked for a quote to replace all 4. Was quoted $220 a tire….. which is $880 plus sales tax. Went to Discount Tire on Holcomb Bridge ( the most service oriented tire store in Atlanta) and replaced all 4 sensors for $317.

I was sent here so they can do a job that the other Mr. Tire wasn't able to do. I went there paid for something that I didn't get done and when I speak to the service manager he tells me I'll call you back and never calls me back. I've never had a problem at Mr. Tire, however this particular one is no good. Terrible customer service.

The "manager" Tanner is unprofessional and lazy. I went through a construction area and my tire caught a nail. This was the closest tire shop that I could get to at 5:30. He tells me there's nothing he can do today because there's 2 cars ahead of me (no customers in the shop btw and they close at 7). A patch or putting the spare on would've only taken 20 minutes. Neither service was offered and I had to Lyft home and call AAA to put a spare on so I could go to another tire shop. You are a RIDICULUS and SORRY individual to put it nicely.

Watch out for slimy bait and switch tactics at this place. I ordered tires and scheduled online. When I dropped the car off, they said they'd "call me with a quote". I should have known something was off, then. Why did I need a quote if I'd already been quoted a price online? About 30 minutes later they called back with a price several hundred dollars above what had been quoted online. When questioned about the price, the tech hemmed and hawed and tried to lower the price about a hundred bucks. I said if they couldn't complete the work for the original price quoted, I'd pick the car up, which I did and got the work done for two hundred dollars less elsewhere. Skip this place and just go somewhere else unless you don't mind being ripped off.

Hi! This is Laura and I would like to commend the Dunwoody location for their honesty and fast service. I was told by another shop that I had to replace brakes Calipers and rotors all around. I brought it here for a second opinion and sure enough I only needed front pads and rotors and a cleaning on the rear. My Brakes are doing great and I will be back for all my car needs. Thanks again Tanner and the crew at Mr Tire Dunwoody!

Don’t come to this shop. They are very unprofessional and not trustworthy. I dropped my car there this morning at 10am they had to call me back at 11am and never did. I had to call several times before they could give me an update on my car. They are inconsistent in their pricing as they charge based on whoever is at the front desk. Had to tow my car to another shop. They even made a diagnosis on my battery whereas I have a brand new battery in the car!!!!!

I had two separate appointments to get my tire patched. About 30mins before the first they said they could not get me in so they rescheduled for a different day. About two hours before the next appointment, on a different day, they called and said they were at capacity for the day. That is why I made an appointment… Go to the Mr. Tire on Roswell. MUCH better operation.

I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. The level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. Communication was poor, timelines were unclear, and my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, the pricing was inconsistent and unclear. I was given different prices for the same service, with no proper explanation, which felt misleading and untrustworthy. As a customer, I expect professionalism, transparency, and fair pricing especially when it comes to car maintenance. Unfortunately, this shop failed to meet those basic standards. I would not recommend this business and will not be returning.

I don't often recommend not going to places so please take this at face value. DO NOT GO HERE. I came here for a simple alignment and tire swap. They messed it up and didn't tighten my wheel all the way so I nearly lost it on the expressway. Several of my studs were damage/stripped. lug nuts were done, etc. I called them 4 hours after the repair when this happened and they tell me it wasn't them. Guess I just loosen my wheel before jumping on the expressway for fun? Had it towed and made them fix it. Thought I had moved on with my life. Had my car into another shop for unrelated repair and they noticed they destroyed by wheel. This is completely unsafe to drive. They ground out a chunk of my hub, cut a piece of my splash guard, and ground the heads on all 5 of my studs. The wheel is destroyed because the lug nuts were stripped and they put a spacer in and drilled them onto the stud. The entire assembly and my wheel need replaced, but when I call their customer service line they hang up on me 3 different times (Currently I'm still on the phone on hold). This place should not be in business. Edit: I wish I could mark this as 0 stars, as you can see they replied to this saying to call the customer service line. The one that I mentioned I called 3 different times because they kept hanging up on me. Absolutely no awareness and I doubt they even read my review. I was told by their representative 24 hour response to my ticket, it's now about 48 hours without hearing anything. I dropped my car off at a different shop who seemed much more willing to help, but I've already dumped hundreds into Ubers, car towing, as well as to fix my balloint just so I can get it places without having to tow it. Im adding the picture of the balljoint where the Cauter pin was left out. As well as the image of the shim that they jammed into the wheel when they realized that they would have to replace it to make it fit tightly. You can see where the wheel was wallowed from them not tightening it the first time. Oh also, they cross threaded all 5 lug nuts. The more they look at it the more they see wrong.

I waited over an hour only to be told that there was nothing wrong with my tire. After leaving the store, we found the problem ourselves. This was extremely unprofessional. I regret wasting my Sunday for you to say you couldn’t find the issue. Now I have to wait until Monday for another place to be open. You can’t miss the nail- so not professional of you guys You get two stars for not charging me for the inspection… what a waste of time
