I have been going to Dunwoody Automotive for 14 years and trust the Baileys and staff completely. They are the last of the Mom and Pop repair shops. Dan and Josh always go the extra mile for me whether it’s to remove a nail or a major repair. They always advise me of safe driving needs such as new tires and provide those at a reasonable price. This should be everyone’s go-to shop for repairs.

I have been a customer there for many years. They did good work and was always courteous . I would have given a 5 star for the shop if I didn't run into a problem with the latest service there. I spent over $1,700 for A/C repairs and expected good results. However, the A/C system broke down within 24 hours. I have to return the HOT car to the shop again. In any case, I do still have confidence in them and think this problem I ran into was an exception.

I brought an older vehicle to Dunwoody Automotive Group because the check engine light was on and the battery was weak. The tech ran diagnostics and gave me a quote for well over $1,000 which I approved. A few hours later he called back to say that one of the big repairs (over $700) that he had quoted me turned out not to be necessary. The total repair cost was about half of what was originally quoted. The car runs great and I really appreciate the owner's honesty. Highly recommended.

Dunwoody Automotive was great! I went in with the tiniest repair ever—I needed to change my license plates and I couldn’t get one of the screws out! They helped me right away and were able to get the screw out. Even put my new plates on for me and didn’t charge a thing. So nice and helpful! Definitely will go to them with my next car repair need!

Incredibly slow service. Went for an emissions test and assumed that only one car ahead of me wouldn’t take long but boy was I wrong. The person doing the emissions wouldn’t stay on the task for more than 30 seconds at a time. It took 15 minutes for them to do my car alone. This is the longest I’ve ever waited for an emissions test, and the sad part is that it wasn’t even waiting in a line.

A valuable asset for the Dunwoody community We’re fortunate to have this expert, friendly and reasonably priced automotive repair service right in middle of Dunwoody (beside Publix). Over the years, they’ve done a wide variety of repairs to our cars as well as routine maintenance and emission inspections, and have never tried to add on work that didn’t need to be done. On this recent job, they talked us through what we needed to do ourselves when our car’s alarm system went haywire in a parking lot. It’s nice to deal with folks that you get to know and trust rather than a different stranger each time you take your car for service.
