Had a check engine light come on with several different codes. This was on a Friday night. Me knowing that most shops dnt open on Sat. led me to do a Google search. Came across Car Doctors. Glad I gave them a try because he was fast and accurate with the work done on my truck. Mechanic went above and beyond. He even told me about the oil leak I had that I was planning on inquiring about. He beat me to the punch. 😂😂 very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!! Hands down.,

I also had a friend who brought his car to a few places but didn't get done properly, he took it to car doctors and got it done right the first time! I'm thankful to have someone I trust for two of my most expensive possessions! The only place I take my vehicles and refer my family and friends to take their vehicles for excellent, quality service.

WARNING $1,190.67 WASTED Do not come to this shop. Over the course of ~ 2 weeks, I have visited this shop a total of 4 times for my A/C. Monday 6/3:They did their own diagnostics and came to the conclusion that it was the compressor. Fine, that's $797.62. As I'm leaving the shop before I even hit the light I noticed my car making a noise it wasn't previous. They take a look and apparently it was the tensioner. That's 257.43 all in one day. By Thursday the A/C was no longer cool. I call back I'm told to bring it in. I'd do on 6/8 apparently the compressor THEY INSTALLED was faulty. Its covered by the “warrenty”. By 6/9 the A/C was no longer cold. I called on 6/10 and I'm told to come in. 6/15 I go back to the shop because I had work during the week. This time its a leak on the high side port and it needs a new cap. That's 135.62. I drive my car home and park it. Here we are 6/17 and my A/C isn't cold. I call wanting a refund. I'm told to come in and let the look AGAIN. I go in after a long day at work. They look and they “can't find out what's wrong”. I ask for a refund and I'm told they will give me 135.62. That's not even the cost of the labor! Do not come here!!!

This place will try to get over on you! We brought our car here after noticing our coolant tank was leaking. We had to wait a few hours for the part we needed for them to fix it. The manager himself is the one who “fixed” the jug and filled it back up. Yet soon as we got home which isn’t even 5 minutes away the car was still running hot and had nothing in there when we looked. We happen to have coolant at home and as we poured it in it was falling right back out, so we went back to the store yet they were closed. We payed $200 to get this part and situation fixed yet it wasn’t. We returned to the store the next morning for him to tell us something had deteriorated after leaving🤔 can’t nothing deteriorate that fast in 5 minutes that takes time meaning you saw this the first time and didn’t say anything. Meaning $200 was wasted plus missing work. The manager only gave us $20 back for the inconvenience. And told us we had to pay more money to get it fixed due to it being a different part needed.

My experience at Car Doctors is always amazing. They have never gotten over me, the wait area is comfortable and I can get work done if I have to wait, they always explain what's going on, they're honest if they have to do a bit more research, they are PATIENT, and I trust them 100% with ALL things related to my vehicle. Being a single woman and dealing with a older model vehicle can be testy; Im glad I dont have to worry about that here at all and know it will be taken care of. And to tie it all up in a bow.... is Ms. Jewel with the best customer service ever! Thank y'all!!!!!
