My exhaust was installed incorrectly welding directly to muffler and cut the pipe off right in front of my rear tire. They did say afterward he order the incorrect length but it would work just fine. It did affect the spark plugs and coils and in my f350 long bed truck.

I have had work done by Carl's Muffler Shop on my 1972 Jeep Wagoneer multiple times. It is hard to find anyone who can work on a carburetor that old, but Mario has someone who did a great job. Then later, when the jeep wouldn't start I took it in again thinking the carb needed adjustment. Mario diagnosed it as the cam that turns the fuel pump. Replacing that would mean getting into the engine or drive line involving a lot of labor and expense. Mario suggested switching over to an electronic fuel pump. The part was about $40 and the cost of labor to install it was fair. Mario could have just told me I needed a new fuel pump and made a lot more money. Instead, I spent less using his suggestion. I will be back again.

Called to see if they could weld a crack in my husband's motorcycle muffler and he said bring it down and I'll take a look. Was in and out of there within 5 minutes! And he found more than 1 crack and fixed them! Nice, friendly people. Will go there for all our muffler needs! Highly recommened!

I ordered a muffler at a different shop, I week passed by never heard a call, even after I called twice to check on my muffler, this place I called they got it the next day, got me in and Out within 45 minutes and my Borla Muffler on my Tacoma sounds Amazing !! Thanks guys!! Another thing I forgot to mention this shop was $100 Less than the place that didn’t call. That just shows more expensive doesn’t always mean better !! Customer service good. I don't recommend this place o or priced for 1. They don't honor their warranty and they lie and tell you you need all this works done on order to honor warranty. Then they didn't honor warranty made up excuse after excuse and still taxed me on work that I didn't even need. F Mario

Don't let the name fool you, this place does it all. Mario and the crew are great with mufflers and exhaust but they can work on most anything you bring them. Great work, very reasonable prices and they stand behind their repairs. I highly recommend them!

Had an appointment at 2 and was told to come back at 3 since they were more busy than usual. When I got there at 3 I was told to wait another 15 minutes. 45 minutes went by and nothing so I left. The only reason I do not rate 1 star is because the mechanic told me they got behind schedule due to COVID reasons when I initially went at 2, which I would have been fine with. But there is no excuse for waiting an extra half hour with no update.

After having outrageous price quotes around the five cities for a muffler replacement on an old suburban, called Carl's muffler and was quoted way less then shops here. After arriving and talking with the technician, I was beyond impressed. Fantastic deal and more importantly, phenomenal quality of work. I have lived everywhere due to military service and this shop is probably one of the best shops I have been to. I will most definitely be bringing my old suburban back here for restoration work I can't do in my driveway.

Was recommended to see Mario as my coworkers went to him for all of the exhausts in their vehicles. Told Mario what I was looking for, and he gave a recommendation for an exhaust that fit what I was describing as the sound I wanted. He more than delivered by fitting me in the same day!
