This place is by far the best repair ship I've ever dealt with. They don't rip you off. These guys here are super good and they won't lie to you about your vehicles issues and they will find the cheapest way to fix your whip for you. Can't recommend them enough. I moved down the road from them and they are the closest shop and I'm so happy my car broke so I found my mechanic.

I am very, very satisfied with my purchase. I have never been here before so I was a little leery. I just needed some used (but still good & reliable) tires to get through the rest of winter. Service was great and I was there 30 min tops. The price for 4 used tires did not put a hole in my wallet which speaks volumes for this single mom. I do highly recommend.

I went to Castillo’s after purchasing a set of tires off Facebook Marketplace to have them put the tires on my car. They did a great job and charged an extremely reasonable amount. After driving over a nail a week later, one of the tires was leaking air, so I went back to Castillo’s. They repaired the tire and put it back on the rim, completely free of charge. I didn’t need an appointment and the owner got me in as soon as I got to the shop. HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of excellent and affordable service.

Awful experience. I brought my car here to get new brake pads and rotors and one new tire. They did such a terrible job that within 2 weeks I had to take my car elsewhere and get all the pads and rotors redone again. Apparently not everything they told me they did (and that I paid for) was actually done and the new pads were already shredded after less than 150 miles. This place was so shady and I was quoted far less than what they charged me; one price when I called, then a higher price when I got there, then was charged an even higher price. I had also confirmed ahead of time that they would take my old tire that was replaced and, after I had already paid and was headed to leave, the old tire was still in the car and they said it would be another charge now, too. When I arrived, they had me drive one of them to O'Reily's to buy the parts (on their account and under their warranty, but with my money) and they kept calling me "honey" and "sweetie" despite my asking them to stop. I felt so uncomfortable there and they seriously screwed me over and caused more harm to my car than good. Do not go here. Dishonest, unprofessional business.

Absolutely shiesty. All the tires leaked air after they put them on my truck. When i brought them back to have them take care of the problem they lied and said they did. I finally took the tires to Firestone and they replaced my valve stems. Easy fix.

I came in on a Friday morning to get brakes and tires done. While an employee was busy with another customer, I was asked to write down my information on a post-it note and leave my car key. They assured me that they'd call back with a price and more details, but I didn’t hear anything for the rest of the day. I returned on Saturday morning, only to discover that none of the employees knew anything about my car or the services I had requested the day before. After explaining everything again, they reassured me that they had my info and would get it done that day. By the end of Saturday, I still hadn’t heard from them. Since they were closed on Sunday, I had to wait until Monday to go back. When I arrived monday morning, I spoke with the owner, who told me they had lost both my car key and the post-it with my information. Frustrated, I ended up searching through their shop myself and found both the post-it and my car key in one of their tool chests. The owner was polite and did finally get the work done that day, which I appreciated. However, he was hesitant to offer any real discount for the clear mishandling of the situation - and my key. My car sat outside their shop for three days without any communication. I had to come back twice to explain the services I needed all over again, and I even had to personally dig through their shop to recover my own key for them. In the end, I paid slightly less than the full price, but not by much. The owner said he could only offer apologies for the inconvenience and hardly cut me a deal—they still made money despite the fact that it was their mistake from the start. While the work eventually got done, the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

This review is about the various experiences I've had with Castillo's, within the realm of their service as well as a part of my community. Service: They were extremely well-priced, helpful, and courteous. They demonstrated value for my time and gave me respectful and professional customer service. They explained everything about the work they did and what to expect over the next few days as well as what to expect to need after the next 30,000 miles. Community: As a member of the community surrounding Castillo's, I walk my dogs past their shop almost daily. I will talk to everyone, so I definitely talk to them. I have never had a negative interaction with them. They are kind to both me and my dogs even when they are busy (which I believe says something about them). They always at the least say hello, and if they have time, they will greet my dogs who now pull me to walk to their shop. I think behaving in a way that shows you are community-minded is an important part of being a business in a neighborhood. I've witnessed every single member of Castillo's staff demonstrating kind and welcoming behavior to the people in our neighborhood. I initially brought my vehicle to them because of their kindness, but I'll return for additional service because of the affordable, efficient work they do.

I had one of the best experiences in a mechanic shop. Jeremy, Jerry, John, and Luis provided me with great customer service and made sure I got there safe. They are more than fair with their price and I feel lucky to have had a flat tire near by them. At first, I was afraid to go there due to some bad reviews. Now I understand that we gotta experience for ourselves, and not just make assumptions based on others faulty perceptions. I asked them many questions and besides their honesty, they are very knowledgeable.
