As a auto repair owner in virginia I can't say enough good things about this place. A good customers daughter is going to college in Ft. Myers. Had some car trouble. I looked up this guys. The hyundai dealership gave her a 5632.25 quote. Certified got her going in a timely manner for around $500. If my daughter was ever out of town, I would want her at a place like this. I’ve been to this facility twice now. The first time was for my timing belt. I was nervous because I normally go to the Dealer but it is becoming way too expensive. So I tried Certified which was less than half of the dealer price. I received an estimate and was able to schedule sooner than I expected. I immediately felt the mom and pop shop vibe when I walked in which I loved! I was greeted by Olivia. She has made the check-in & check-out process super easy and stress free. My vehicle was completed sooner than I was actually promised. Then when I arrived to pickup my vehicle the technician happened to be inside and went over my repair with me. That doesn’t happen anymore!! I have also spoken with 2 other gentlemen in the office when calling and every time everyone has always been extremely friendly & helpful. I had such a great first time experience I scheduled my spark plugs to be replaced. I had this service completed today. Again great service! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend them for all your vehicles service needs!
