They are proper and courteous. My check engine light came on and I took my Ford F250 diesel there on a recommendation after being frustrated by Ford Bewberg and McMinnville in the past. I dropped it off in the morning and they called me back the same afternoon to let me what the problem was. They had the parts there the next day and the truck was finished a day sooner than expected. After picking up the truck, they contacted me the next day to follow up to make sure everything was OK. If you have a diesel truck, I highly recommend Certified Power Systems.

I have a 97 Ford F350 powerstroke diesel. I have Certifid power work on my Truck. This last time the vacum pump bearing went out and took the belt with it. My truck had no power steering or power breaks. I was able to drive to a safe spot and called Certified and let them know the problem. Before I had even called for a tow , for the next morning. I took My Jeep in for diagnosis. It's a diesel and I had no idea about diesels. They explained everything to me the way that I could understand it and gave me all of my options about what could be done. I fully understood so I was able to make a choice of whether I wanted to fix it or look at getting a different vehicle. But at least I could have all the information I needed to make that choice! These guys have been amazing! I bought a f250 diesel truck to pull our 3 horse trailer, and didn't have the best of luck with our purchase. These guys have saved the day!! They got our truck situated. We have turned to them several times for various issues, and have never been disappointed. Price is always fair, their team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, and they get it done and back to us quickly. Communication is great and repairs are done right with quality parts.
