If you're looking for auto body repairs, Mike's Auto Body and Paint IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! Excellent customer service, amazing work, great attention to detail, and quick turn around time. What more could you possible ask for? I would give a million stars if I could. My story: Over the holidays my car was hit while parked at a friend's house two states away. The damage wasn't too bad. Just a new front fender and some minor repairs all the way to the rear fender. I'm fairly new to town so I looked up some auto body shop reviews and took my car to Mike's Auto Body and Paint. I am so beyond happy that I did. I've worked in customer service for a long time, and for me to say that the customer service was INCREDIBLE is a big deal. The work done on my car also went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations! Excellent customer service: After a few weeks of me getting no reply from the at fault's insurance company, I was irritated to say the least. Mike said I could give him the information and he would help me get the repairs going. He really put the pressure on them to get the claim processed and within about a week my car was in the shop getting fixed! I was so happy to have his help trying to get through to the insurance company. It probably would have been another month if left up to me. Above and Beyond: There were two things that they fixed that I did not expect. One was a small dent above the passenger door and the other was my driver's side door lock. I had put off fixing the lock since someone told me I needed to replace the lock cylinder. That part cost over $200! He called me up and said he noticed the lock wasn't working and since they had the door ripped apart he took the lock down to Joe's Lock and Key to see if they could fix it. The lock was fixed for $25. I was thrilled! I can now use my key in the door and when you don't have power locks this is really awesome! The take away: Go to Mike's Auto Body and Paint to get excellent customer service and amazing results! You will not be disappointed.

Mike did a great job not only in fixing my vehicle but also making sure that the other driver's insurance paid for a critical OEM part. There were several estimate updates in the process and Mike handled all the negotiations for me. I was in an accident and Mike went out of his way on his day off and arranged towing to his yard and meet the driver so that my car would be in a safe place. He worked with my insurance company to insure that the parts were replaced with top quality parts and not refurbished parts. He communicated with me every step of the way so that I was aware of the progress of the project for completing my car. When he was done, my car was returned to me clean and polished inside and out! Mike is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him.

From the second I walked into Mike's Shop I was handled with care and 100 percent sympathy. I was given a fair price on the damage that was done to my car in minutes by Mike himself. Mike does the best job for the best price and I heavily request Mike for any Auto Body or paint need because Mike will treat your car like he would treat his own car which is a quality not found often found in business men today. Do your car a favor and have it taken care of by Mike!

Mikes Auto Body did great work on my cars in the past. I could not be happier with his work. Mike retired and sold to Freeman Motors who were unable to give me an estimate of the repair on my small car. They told me the week before that they would provide an estimate. Without an estimate I cannot trust and went elsewhere. Demanded $1535 for the return of my car after one week. They were unable to provide a repair estimate and they were unable to repair any part of my car during that week. Boy am I glad I left. I had 12 good years of professional auto body repair from Mikes prior to this.

I had a great experience at Mike's! He was very friendly and fixed a dent that happened to the back of my car at a great price. He even made sure that I understood how to treat the new paint so that I don't end up damaging it! (For example, you don't wax it for a couple of months.) Deceptive Practices and Zero Accountability I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Freeman Motors. I purchased a vehicle in good faith, only to later discover it had previously been stolen, recovered, and sold at auction—none of which was disclosed to me at the time of sale. This is not just a minor oversight; it’s a serious breach of trust and transparency. Had I known the car’s history, I would never have moved forward with the purchase. Instead, I was misled into believing I was buying a clean-title vehicle. The dealership either failed to do proper due diligence or deliberately withheld critical information. Either way, it’s unacceptable. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with deflection and zero accountability. No offer to make it right, no apology—just a shrug and a “not our problem” attitude. If you value honesty, integrity, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.

I bought a car from the Salem location a few months ago and brought the car back in for its first oil change. Had a service done to it and found out that the Brakes had a little more aware than expected, and we had a problem with the motor mount. Luckily, I had purchased a warranty on the vehicle and we were able to Cover the repairs for the motor mount. Freeman also worked with me and covered the cost of service on my brakes! This was an above and beyond example of Freeman‘s willingness To work with customers and give great customer service. Todd and his team did a fantastic job!
