Customer service is absolutely horrible. Took my truck there and was completely lied to about completion time. They weren't busy and I called before I came back. Showed up after it was supposed to be done, truck was still in a bay so I paid and the front desk guy said ok we will bring it right out to you and left the office not to return. A half hour later after I'm beyond upset I'm still waiting they finally finish and bring it out to me. Needless to say I told them I felt about being lied too. Don't waste your time at this place. Unless in a pinch I know I won't anymore. The point of over-estimating your completion time on jobs is to prevent pissed off (now former) customers like this.

They claim about changing owners and managers, but still the same style. I felt like they tried to milk every single penny they could get out of me. Mechanics need more training to diagnose a problem. They claim one problem, and it dominos into more money. If you want to use them, fine, but don't say you regret going there after reading this review. I recommend some other shop besides Midas. I had this same problem before, but I thought owners changed and it would be all right, but still the same style of milking. Good luck to those who go to this particular Midas!

We went here to have our water pump fixed and have already had to take it back in for the water pump 3 times, 1 of the times it being a bad water pump that they put in when they fixed it, the rest of the times them just looking at it and saying nothing was wrong when apperntly there is/was cause we keep having to go back for them the fix there mistakes after they tell us that. Well after all the trips back there for the same reason we paid them alot to fixed, we are stuck in the road once again with something wrong with our water pump. It has all happened within a month of them fixing it....very disappointed in the service

Been putting off a repair for a while due to the unavailability of parts for my vehicle. For a fair price they were able to give me exactly what I asked for in a reasonable amount of time same day.

Came here today for an alignment and they didn't end up giving me one instead they ended up messing with my brakes and my power Stering and tried charging me $1500 now my brakes make funny noise and jumps and my Stering wheel is harder to turn and squeks like what the hell did you guys do? Before I even took it to them my car worked perfect now it's a mess a bad condition when pulling out of Midas don't come here SCAMMERS...

Brian and his crew were very cordial and professional , an alignment was done on my vehicle, I drove it home, notice that it was veering to the right...took it back, they did a minor adjustment which took about 15 minutes. That's all that was needed which stopped it from veering to the right....They were friendly through out and I would recommend them to all.

Do not use Midas! They will rip you off and not do quality work! Got my radiator replaced, and had to go back a week later because they didn't attach the houses correctly and started leaking coolant and overheating. Decided to give them another chance, and went back to get my looked at because it was running rough. They told me they fixed it, and the next day my car stalled out on the freeway. They looked at it again and lost and didn't replace a clip for the throttle, so my accelerator didn't work. They tried to charge me double for the price of the parts I needed, and $100 for about 10 minutes of labor.

I found a coupon for an oil change on Midas website. It was $19.99 for an oil change and tire rotation. Good deal right? When I called to make the appointment I asked if I needed to print out the coupon or would my smart phone work. He replied it was an in house deal and I didn't need to do anything. When he got my info he found me in his computer for I had been their once before. He asked if it was for my Acura and I concurred. We set an appointment for that day at 2. When I show up for my appointment the management informs me my $19.99 oil change will be $29.99 because of some strange reason that he gave saying that they have to put in 530 oil which is what is recommended my car use instead of 520 because they can be held liable if my engine fails. I had no idea what he was talking about since I have never heard of this before. I have gone to Jiffy Lube ect. and never had an upgrade charge before. Unlike my husbands Cadillac who's oil change is $100. I asked why I wasn't told over the phone about the change of price since they had taken the time to pull my records up and knew I was bringing in the Acura? He had no explanation and wouldn't honor the $19.99 deal. I really felt like the whole thing was a scam to try to get people in with one price and then once your there change the price on you.... I turned around and walked out. Shame on you Midas...

Reasonable price, great availability and very friendly/knowledgeable staff. Took a bit longer than expected or hoped for, but it was worth it. They were very thorough and candid/honest with us, which was very refreshing considering the automotive world nowadays!

Fair price, but customer service is horrible. I got mufflers installed on my car a week ago and they are rattling pretty bad. I went to ask if the could look at them, since they installed them and they want to put me off for a couple of days. I know they are busy and i understand scheduling, but how about a customer service gesture by taking a look at them since i drove across town. The guy at the counter didnt even seem to care. On 10/8/16 i spent $35 getting the brackets welded back on and having both mfflers rewelded, due to holes in their welds. I recommend not going there.

Terrible service and they try to rip you off. Went in to have an exhaust leak looked at. They said I needed to replace everything front to back ($2,500). I took it to another shop and had the problem fixed for $45. Do your research, don't use Midas. Update: 3 years later and my exhaust is still great. Glad I didn’t listen to the scammers at Midas and replace a perfectly good exhaust system.

They did okay putting new tires but terrible service with my alignment and they don't warranty their work as they say. I had to take it to Auto Tech in Molalla and they did figure that Midas in Salem had put the tire rim in the wrong tire and that's why the alignment didn't work. I had to pay 45$ more asked plus what I had paid for the alignment. They finally said that they would not reimbursed me. Plus they had said the problem was the motor mounts and that it was going to be $ 600+ to get it align correctly. I still never trust them again.

Caliper came off within a week of getting new rotors and brake pads installed. But customer service was great. They had a tow truck pick up my car and delivered the car back to my house after they fixed the problem. They also gave me a free oil change for the inconvenience.

I pulled in at 4:19 pm on a Monday to get a quick oil change, I was pleased to see no customers there so I should get in and out quickly. I went in and told the guy what wanted and he said "that's going to have to happen tomorrow, it takes an hour to hour and a half and we close in 40 minutes " I told him that's fine I'll go somewhere else. I'm not an idiot, it doesn't take that long to change oil

I've had multiple great experiences here. The control arms on my car were throwing off the alignment and the technician was able to diagnose it in under 5 minutes. I also needed my motor mounts replaced and he was able to do it amazingly and faster than quoted. Luis is the best tech I've ever dealt with. I'm always going to bring my cars back here.

I have been taking my vehicles to this Midas location for almost 2 years. Since the first time I walked in the shop I have been treated like a loyal customer. All the guys in the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics and the manager Victor goes above and beyond every time. From oil changes, to brakes to new tires this is the only shop in town I go to and trust with all my vehicles.

Went in today because my brakes felt a bit spongy, they told me the issue, I looked online to compare prices to fix this problem and midas price was more than fair. They stated the service would take about two hours, they got it done in an hour and a half. It's crazy how the car feels so much smoother just because the brakes got fixed. They also replaced my headlight bulb free. Beyond happy with the service I received!!
