Worst place ever. When we were supposed to pick up the car, they called to let us know someone had hit our car(on their property)and they needed to paint it again. They called us the next day saying the car was ready. When we get the car back, the left quarter panel is sticking out and they say they never touched that part of the car. (We have pictures showing paint dust (matching to the car) on the part they said they never touched. They also never provided any information on how our car was damaged on their property(they said they don't know what happened). Our car was rear ended and needed a new rear bumper. The exhaust wasn't even straightened out. It's been weeks since they said they would "see what they can do" and when we reach out, they say they don't know if they can help.

I was rear-ended and needed minor repair on the back bumper. Cesar handled my intake process. He was incredibly kind, personable, and professional, with a great (and appropriate) sense of humor! Cesar assured me he'd be communicating consistently throughout the process and that he didn't anticipate this repair taking long. I dropped off my car late on a Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday, I was notified the parts for my car had already arrived. Midday on Thursday, I got a call that repairs were finished, calibration was being completed, and I could pick my car back up by the end of the day. WHAT?! Never in all my life have I received such fast, professional service when it came to vehicles, but especially body repair. Even with it being a minor repair, I expected it to take a couple of weeks at least. Cesar and Chapman were beyond on top of it and did a wonderful job repairing my car and getting it back to me quickly. While I sincerely hope people stop wrecking into my vehicle, if they don't, I know where I'll be taking my car for as long as I live in the Valley: right down here to Chapman Collision off of Kyrene Road. Thank you again for your incredible service! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Had to change my positive review. Two parts on my repair were either not done at all, or fell apart soon after. Despite reaching out several times for help, I received no response. Very disappointing after the initial customer service was very good.

Aaron took care of my car in the best way possible. The damage in my car was minimal I wasn’t looking to spend lots of money to fix it, I just wanted to make it look a little better and cover it up, Aaron listened and helped fix it and saved me lots of money. I had gone to another shop previously and they gave me an outrageous quote and i had the feeling they were trying to take advantage, so glad I decided to get a second opinion at Chapman. Aaron was so honest, nice and easy to work with, I will definitely return if I ever need these type of services again. Thank you!

I had my vehicle repaired at Chapman Collision and the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the work was awful — they left overspray all over the hood and there are still visible scratches that were never addressed. On top of that, the advisor never returned a single phone call, which made the whole process even more frustrating. For a professional repair shop, this kind of carelessness and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services.

Car cooling system was fixed, but was given with ZERO coolant. I drove it a couple days and started hearing weird noises. When contacting them, they said that they were SURE they filled up the coolant. They did not. Ended up having to do it myself. How do you fix a cooling system without putting coolant in the car?

This was my first time experiencing a car accident, and my BMW bumper and trunk were broken. Bryson Cherry handled my vehicle throughout the whole process. From the first time I called to get an estimate, to when he gave me my car back. When I went to the office, Bryson was the person in charge of handling my vehicle. He was super professional, energetic, easy-going, and well-dressed. He truly represented what the BMW brand is. After getting the quote, I was waiting for the other party's insurance to contact the collision center, but they totally forgot. Fortunately, Bryson called me back after a month of me getting the estimate. This made me realize that the insurance had not started the process to get my car fixed, so I immediately called them. I then sent my car to the collision center. Again, Bryson was the one to receive my vehicle, and once more, he was well-dressed, energetic, and professional. I was also impressed with how friendly the girls in the office were again. I even forgot to mention that they offered me cold water in the heat. Those are the details that really improve an experience that is, by default, stressful – I had just been in a car accident, you know? Bryson gave an approximation of when my car would be ready; he said 14 days, but it turned out to be ready in 7. which surprised me! The team did an amazing job – the car looks like new.

Chapman Chevrolet Collision, Tempe. Do not go there. They held my vehicle for 3 weeks without contacting me. I thought they were working on it. They did nothing but tear it apart. And when I finally called them , they said it was not repairable. How is it that I drove my vehicle in there and after they tore it apart they said it was not repairable? Don't go there!

I had a fantastic experience with Chapman Collision, and I especially want to highlight the incredible support I received from Cesar Barcenas. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to work with me on my State Farm claim. Normally, insurance claims like mine are fast-tracked for full repairs, but Cesar respected my request to do partial repairs and helped make it happen. He provided a detailed estimate, gave me time to decide exactly what I wanted repaired, and then coordinated with State Farm so the check could be sent directly to me. That flexibility allowed me to cash pay for the work I needed—plus, they honored the State Farm discount even though I paid out of pocket. Communication throughout the process was solid. They kept me updated and made sure I always knew what was going on. The repairs were top-notch, and the car looks great. On top of that, every person I interacted with—from the front desk to the technicians—was incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend Chapman Collision, and huge thanks again to Cesar for making a potentially stressful situation so smooth and easy!

Just can't thank Tom enough. Was a rough battle with the insurance company. But Tom and Alex went above and beyond the normal scope of customer service for me. They took the time to talk with me multiple times over the phone and made sure I was completely happy. I had a repair done on my roof in 2020 by Chapman Collision in Tempe. It has continued to stand the test of time, but I recently had a condensation issue with my roof. Thom with Chapman Collision helped ensure the efficacy of the repair to ensure it wasn't the cause. The issue ended up being a factory seal issue, which was remedied by a recommendation. Thom found a collision center outside of Chapman Collision's geographic coverage, which was able to immediately diagnose and repair the factory seal. Thank you!

Had an accident someone else's fault. Took 40 days to get truck back. They apologize many times but it didn't help with the rental car allowance running out. AArron and Jose did what they could to get it moving faster. We had some small things that come out right but they made it all better. Still frustrating, glad to have husky our truck back!

I had body damage on my truck from a collision. Progressive was paying the bill. From the start of the project to the end, Angel handled the project. They did a great job and met my anticapted deadline. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out and whenm I picked it up, it was in better shape when I dropped it off. I can’t thank this team enough. They replaced my front bumper. I want to first thank Logan my service advisor at my Freeway Chevy dealership, but he referred me here, specifically Princeton and Reilly. It was probably longer, but it seemed like seconds I was able to have all paperwork filled out. Set up and dropoff was easy. Can’t say enough about the service, communication and the end result—quality of the work. I recommend this team with my utmost confidence and respect. But I also want to add…as I face a decision with a work transfer, factoring in things like the people that take care of my cars is a factor for all of us, and I want this team to know that. It’s almost impossible for me to leave this area if this is the attention I get when I need service for my car. Oh yeah…it was supposed to be done on Nov 6. It was completed November 2. BEWARE - Cash customers Twenty year old car with not even fifty thousand miles, showroom condition except for a small scratch on the front bumper and a couple wheel dings from a spicy curb or two. I did not use this facility to paint my bumper, I didn’t even take the car in physically for the quote. I sent in a few pictures for a quote and Chapman decided that they needed to report damage to Carfax. I am not anti Carfax, I just don’t think the scratch warrants a report and I would have liked to have known that simply asking for a quote would elicit such action. I am pretty annoyed for sure, but I would be enraged if I ever intended to sell this car. I thought others might like to know before making contact with Chapman. Cheers

I would not recommend this collision repair center at all. I have submitted my car as per my insurance company’s suggestion after a small accident (Right driver seat indicator, fender and front bumper got damaged slightly-car was in drivable condition). They took 3 long weeks to get the work done. After a long wait, they have updated me that, they were going to do some quality check for 3 hrs, and then I could go and collect the car. I started driving car home, steering wheel is not moving freely, something is holding on the right wheel(it is also not moving freely), my spare wheel was missing, and they didn’t put windshield cap and liquid. I was completely unsatisfied as this was not expected for 6000$ bill and I have given my car back to them. And they said they gonna check it with the trusted dealer and come back to me. They gave me car after 2 days everything was fixed but they didn’t hive me the correct spare tire. They gave me some random tire, which suits my car. Now after driving car for few days, I have realized that, front wheel is touching the body of the car while making the turns and it push the lower body of the car part out. Completely dissatisfied and not recommended.

To preface this was for a bumper replacement and calibration on a RAV4. Dropped my car off 11/19. I was told by Angel I would get an estimate later that day or next day. 5 days go by and I hear nothing. I call on 11/24 and was told he typed in the email wrong and therefore never I got the email. 5 days wasted and still had to pay for a rental all 5 days. Once I gave the approval on 11/24, Angel told me the car should be ready on 11/29 at the latest. They did admit to having shipping issues for the bumper. He told me he would contact me 12/1 with an update. I reached out to him via email with no response. I had to call yet again and he picked up; stating that they will *try* to have it done Wednesday 12/3. It’s been 2 weeks. I don’t recommend this shop at all, unless you want to waste time and money on a car rental due to carelessness and lack of attention to detail.
