These people are lifesavers, angels, or whatever you want to call them but they are AMAZING! My previous mechanic said that I need $4000 worth of work done and I cried about that because I just don't have that type of money. Like most people I live paycheck to paycheck. I don't have $4000 to put to something at the drop of a hat. I asked the previous mechanic where my car was after sitting in their waiting room for over 5 hours...they said it was still on the lift. I asked for it to be taken down I couldn't afford the service. They said I shouldn't drive it; that my motor would be damaged. After I got my car back (finally) I called Chris at Scottsdale Muffler & Automotive...he saved my life basically (I need my car to do my job, not just to go to my job). He was able to fix the issue and do an oil change for about $300. He also verified info that was erroneous from the other mechanic (apparently with the other mechanic I could gain brake pad thickness between visits, yeah no that isn't a thing that can happen). These people are awesome and soo nice! Totally recommend them and will have all my work done at their establishment! You can't go wrong here! Please visit!

I worked in the auto industry for about 20 years. And I would always send vehicles to Scottsdale muffler since 2001. Well, my time to use them came today and they did not disappoint. I did not schedule an appointment, dropped it off, and 5 hours later it was ready to pick up. The price was absolutely reasonable and my Land Rover is back on the road quite as if it were new. I was referred to Scottsdale Muffler by an employee at AutoZone. I stopped in simply to get a quote. Chris, the owner walked up to the counter and introduced himself. He took my car back right away. He then showed me what was wrong. He and his team had everything fixed within 25 minutes and for almost 80% less expensive that what the dealership quoted me. The level of integrity and customer service here is absolutely amazing! Moving forward, I will refer people here and only come here for any auto exhaust needs. On a side note, I noticed some classic cars in the parking lot. For all you car buffs out there, this is a great place for you. - Thank you Scottsdale Muffler.

I went to this shop this morning for a fairly simple muffler delete on a 2008 Corvette. However, once it was on the rack we realized the job entailed more then what was originally thought. So we went over options and came up with a game plan that suited both our needs. I'm telling you their work is second to none. I am a former mechanic for Ford, and was blown away by the attention to detail and the amount of TLC given to my vehicle. Everybody is super cool to talk to and loves what they do. And you can tell. Being a wrench myself I appreciate guys that like to talk about cars and are still excited about it. The attention to detail to leveling these tips on the back of the car was priceless. Thanks again guys for an amazing job. Listening to that thing on the way home was a blast. Customer for life-David So today is September 3rd 2021 and I'm back again. Similar request as last time different year Corvette. So this time I was quoted One price, agreed to the price, and they came in even less than that LOL. Worked on the car for well over an hour making sure everything was perfect as usual. Absolutely top-notch shop not sure why you would go anywhere else based on all the reviews. Beyond great customer service I received. I went in yesterday with a very small job. A hole in my exhaust pipe. I used to be in the automotive business for years and even though I had a very small job these guys treated me like I was actually buying a custom exhaust. They jumped right on my truck and didn’t just do what I asked but made my exhaust who was installed by previous owner much better by adding hangers and taking the time to evaluate it. Will go back when I am ready for a custom exhaust. Highly recommend Scottsdale Muffler.

Stellar job they did on my 2013 F150, called them at 10am, they squeezed me in at 2pm same day. Honest and up front about what type of rat's nest the job could be. (Truck is from Canada) They replaced the muffler and welded it all up, had me in and out in about 45 mins and at a decent price. Should last the rest of the lifetime of my vehicle. 10/10.

Ive been going to this place for over 5 years. They are so loyal and honest. Im a Catering delivery independent owner therefore my car is my work, so wear and tear will happen. I needed to get some custom rock sliders installed on my 4Runner and I was sent to Scottsdale Muffler by another shop. I am so happy they sent me. Ryan greeted me with kindness and help was extremely helpful. Then there was the man himself Fred who was going to install the rock sliders. We talked about angles, position, plates for fabrication and I knew I was at the right place. Shortly after I left on a walk, Ryan called to make sure I was ok with them removing my front mud guards, and I was. This is quality customer service and I will definitely be going back to get an exhaust system on my other car. Chris, you have a quality shop and an amazing crew. I truly appreciate it.
