Just picked up my wife's 2020 CRV. I specifically asked you to order the original hardware for the undercarriage guard, and you went and charged me $13 for cheap plastic clips I could have gotten on Amazon for less than half that. I'm not happy.

Very poor communication. Also I don't believe they're mechanics are qualified to be touching most vehicles. They tried tell me my 04 had a DPF delete. Quoted me $3500 to replace a clutch, and over 4000 to try and fix my blender doors and actuators to which half the proce was quoted for components that did not need replaced (heatercore and ac evap core) if this is their knowledge level than I am very happy I stopped they're "work" and depended my shit back as they clearly have no clue what they're doing. I wouldn't trust these guy with any more then an oil change and tire rotate.

My mom brought her car in because she had heard many good things about them. She needed her air conditioning fixed it was gonna be 3 grand so paid got "fixed" and got it back. The air conditioning did not work and so she took it back. They ran a diagnostic the first time and told her what was wrong. Well brought it back and all of a sudden there's a hole new problem that will cost an extra 1200. She said forget about it, she asked if she could get it later that night and they said she still had to pay the diagnostic fee. ALTHOUGH THEY DID NOTHING AND NEW WHAT WAS WRONG! Some how they find a new high price thing thats broken on everything. Wouldn't go back unless ur money grows on trees.

This could have originally been a 5 star review as they got my car in quick and efficiently at the time of the needed service. But at this point in time it is not, after only about 5 months after the starter change it went out again and after reviewing and going to a new shop we were told they had used a refurbished part. I have a basic comprehension of the automotive industry and completely understand this is part of general automotive procedures but a few issues come from this 1.) it was never disclosed and or stated that we would be receiving a refurbished part, we were told we were receiving a new part so therefore it was expected as such. 2.) we were charged at an equivalent price as if the part was new, once again don't have an issue with secondary parts but it was never disclosed to us and we were charged at the same price. We were given the run around of it being "industry standard", while being told there was nothing they could do as it was out of warranty (3 months). Was seriously considering brining my car back before this experience so pretty disappointed. Pros of my visit: they got me in quick, very kind customer service up until this last phone call, and clean shop. Cons: not stoked with their labor practices and their honesty in regards to this situation. Also would be concerned if the part went out so quickly from installation and where they were getting other parts from (note at the other shop diagnostic workup was done and nothing was found to be damaging the starter and it was just the starter that broke) sorry to leave a bad review but felt like I had to say something.

Our experience with Christian Brothers was outstanding. Our alternator went out while on a road trip west on a Sunday and they went above and beyond to squeeze us in Monday morning. We were back on the road by 12:30! Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly. The complementary car service was a big plus and the manager Zeke, was who actually drove my husband back to the hotel. Highly, highly recommend!

Called Monday 7/14 and setup an appointment for Thursday 7/17 at 11 turned the car in at 10am and was told it would be done by the end of the day. They called later on in the day and said they were busy so they would have to hold the car overnight. Called them at 9am on 7/18 and asked how much longer it would be brook said she didn't know and would go ask the mechanic with some annoying attitude. She called back 10 minutes later saying the mechanic said it would be done by the end of the day I said that's a very vague response and asked for an extact time frame like 4 or 5 that day. Being a smart ass she said well we close at 6 so that's a time. She called back 20 minutes later and tells me they don't even have the parts for the repair and that they would have to keep the car overnight again. I said you have got to be kidding me you don't even have the parts!!! Then John came on the phone saying well I hear your a little upset about what's going on. I had company coming over this weekend and had to fork out an additional 200$ for a rental they refused to reimburse me for because of there own incompetence. They are nothing but liers and manipulators that work there and should be fired for continuing to lie and refuse any compensation. Then brook has the nerve to ask me why they should have to compensate us for anything. They had us waiting until 10pm on Monday 7/21 and it still wasn't done because they messed up something in the electrical and the check engine light wouldn't turn off. We did not get our car back until 7/22 at 12p. And all we got was a sorry about that. Again refused to reimburse us for a rental car and still charged us over 1000$ for a brake change. ***Update**** The owner told me to contact him like you see below and I did and have yet to get a response for 2 weeks now do now. Do not go to this so called business the employees are just like the owner and lie.

These people are amazing!! They fixed my daughter’s car at an affordable cost and got us in on a whim. Second and most importantly. Discount tire told me I needed an alignment so I brought it to them, after inspecting it, I didn’t need one and they were honest and did not charge me!! Honesty goes a long way! Thank you so much!!

Went in for a loose tie rod and alignment on my jeep that was diagnosed by a different automotive company. Took it to these guys and they properly diagnosed it and saved me 300 more dollars than I was planning on having to spend and showed me pictures and video of what was actually wrong. Highly recommend

I have brought vehicles here in the past. I take personal responsibility as well for the situation that took place yesterday with my Subaru Ascent. While I got great service overall, I didn’t know my hood wasn’t latched properly from this visit until I was driving down the road and the wind picked up. It nearly blew my hood open while I was traveling 45 mph on a busy road. So in the future when getting a vehicle serviced anywhere I will be checking this before my departure. I’m sure the technician didn’t intentionally leave my hood unlatched as we are all human, but it’s a good reminder to double check on my part as well.

I came to this shop late one night, after closing hours in hopes that they might help me. They were wrapping up there day and probably exhausted but agreed to take my vehicle in and service it. The employees were very nice and professional and in good moods and absolutely willing to help me! They got everything done in a timely manor and explained everything to me in terms I would understand haha!! Don’t bother as they do not stand behind their work. Had rear brakes done in June and they’re still squeaking and pulsating. They want to charge $90 to determine whether or not it’s a warranty issue when it clearly is. Based on observations, that organization struggles with leadership and communication and your car can easily slip through the cracks which demonstrates incompetence to at best mediocrity on a good day. There are better local options and value for your money. However, if you desire incompetence striving for mediocrity, Christian Brothers is the place for you.

They unbuckled the carseat, pushed it onto its side, and set the filthy plastic engine covers on my seat. They could have easily just set them in the bed of the pickup. They also neglected to reinstall a metal support rod that was near the battery. On top of that, i told them initially that i was almost positive the fuel pump needed to be replaced, because the motor would crank but not start. They replaced the cam position sensor. The day i picked it up, it continued to intermittently crank without starting. I took it back and they graciously did another diag at no charge. They told me on the phone that they had good news and bad news. The good news was they figured out the problem. The bad news wad that i had a "new" problem, the fuel pump is going out and needs to be replaced.

I had an amazing experience at Christian Brothers Automotive! From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The new owner and my mechanic, Ian, front desk lady, Tyler, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to take care of my car. Here they also gave me rides to and from, so I don’t have to wait in the shop🩷 What really stood out to me was their fantastic customer service and work ethic. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. The pricing was fair and transparent, and the shop itself is in a great location—super convenient and easy to access. It’s rare to find a place where you truly feel valued as a customer, but Christian Brothers Automotive exceeded all my expectations. I had bunch of lights on my dashboard on and I came to this place because it was one of the 2 I found who deals with German cars.Unfortunately what they said they couldn't fix it so they didn't charge me. But when I started my van all lights were off and what's most important cruise control started working. Very nice shop and friendly people. If you have German car I recommend this place. Thanks!
