Classic Collision repaired my dodge grand caravan after a sideswipe parking lot incident. They were very helpful and informative during the entire process. I got my vehicle back when I was told to expect it. Not sure about pricing, since the other person’s insurance covered my rental and all repairs.

I had a wonderful experience with Brendan Haag, my Service Advisor, and all of the staff that I came in contact with. I was given daily updates on the status of my repair and my car was ready on the day promised. The facility is super clean, up to date and they did great work. I highly recommend Classic Collision.

Had my bumper replaced after an accident. My car is a pearl white, but the bumper is painted white with some additives that just dont compare. In fact, its very visibly a white bumper on an off white car. Upon pickup I noticed additional damage to the hood of my car, to which I was told it didn't happen by them. However when I dropped off the car, they did an intensive review of my car, circled previous damage and documented it, to which I signed off in agreeance with. The damages i noticed upon pick up was not seen prior nor documented. Upon reviewing pictures that dont showcase the damage at all, the company's manager "sees the dents" and wont take any accountability, period. Dont waste your time or energy with this company, their ethics are poor and they obviously dont care if their work is done properly or if their business stands with high regards.

After having some intermittent electrical issues with my dash, I called Classic Collision and the front desk team were able to get me in for an appointment quickly. Tom, from the service team, walked me through the process and gave me an expectation on cost up front. After all was said and done, the entire team and Tom, very specifically, gave amazingly professional care and kept me in the loop. Fortunately it was just a few loose wires (can be a challenge to troubleshoot and find!). They got me back on the road and my car is working perfectly!

First of all, my experience with CC was top notch from even the first stage which was scheduling! They opened as early as 7:30am! I can always tell a company is about business when they open before 9am lol. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door and they explained the entire process to me and I knew exactly what to expect. The receptionists were kind and patient as I saw them interact with another customer before me where there was a language barrier. They were nice to her and took their time as she was struggling to get the proper words to describe her needs. Surprisingly, Enterprise Rent - A - Car was actually located in the building and collected me from the lobby and let me know my rental was waiting for me! She explained the rental deposit procedure and quickly showed me to my car and even offered to show me how to use different features of the car! Within 48 hours, the claim results, delivery date for my parts, and eta on completion was all provided by my personal care coordinator Brendan! Literally within 2 days! Brendan was kind, patient, and actually understood what was happening from the insurance side of the matter as well! He let me know that my car might be ready within 48 hours and it was actually done in 24! So from drop off to claim filing to the completed repair, it was all done in 4 days! As a licensed insurance agent that was record time! I was so floored by the amazing customer service I received at Classic Collision that I just HAVE to recommend them for all your car care needs. By far the best auto damage experience I’ve ever had!

PLEASE SEE UPDATE: This was my first time dealing with Classic Collision and they were great. Aaliyah and Brendan were very knowledgeable on what I should expect, and I got just that. It was repaired to my satisfaction and I am truly grateful. Thank you guys! UPDATE: The initial review above was left 9/25 and today is 10/8…… I decided to change my 5* to a 1* because while the service and repair were great, I got my truck back loaded with ants (and was told this was not an issue that had occurred before but that peppermint scented whatever would help). There was no food or opened drinks in my truck when I left it to be serviced. I did not include this information in my initial google review because I am one whose job relies on positive reviews and they weigh heavy, but this is just simply unacceptable! However, I did mention the issue with their internal CSI review that is not posted online. As I stated in that internal review, I am not sure where they had my truck parked while being serviced but wherever it was is not a good spot to leave anyone’s vehicle sitting! My family and I just traveled 10 hours out of state during which time we were killing and swatting ants the entire ride (they were literally coming out of everywhere and crawling either on us or around us)! They are all over the top of my truck, crawling out from under the hood and crawling out from the rear. I am beyond frustrated with how Classic Collision handed my vehicle back to me and it is not cool!

Went in for insurance paint repair 12NOV25, setup "out of pocket" paint for roof, hood, & bumper. Classic stated this would be no problem because they'd just mix more paint. Estimator verbal communication was adequate but online tracking was not used despite link being furnished. Only pics sent were when they peeled a section of clear coat off of roof adjacent to paid roof section. Estimator accused the car of having previous paint work which caused the issue...of course. 1.5 year old Platinum AGM battery absolutely dead on return because "it was low when it came in" despite driving it in and it being my daily driver. Made no complaints or arguments as I just wanted the work to be completed. 11DEC25 called and told them to put my car back together and return it to me. Car was in their custody for a full month for 4 panels worth of paint no completion estimate was available. 12DEC2025 car returned with a completely dead battery and scratches where the tech would have needed to lean to do the work. They will never touch a vehicle of mine again, took it to another shop to complete the paint repair.

My experience was very pleasant with Classic Collision!! Once I checked my vehicle in, it was all smooth sailing from there. The staff was nice and my adjuster, Dana, made the experience easy and worry free!! They set my rental car up and updated me throughout the entire repair of my truck. My estimated completion of my repairs was the end of the month, but they finished the job almost 2 weeks early!! I was very happy with the work and my truck looks brand new!!

The BEST, BEST, BEST!! Classic Collision's body work repair is exceptional! The front desk staff are very cordial, helpful, and friendly. All repairs completed by the crew looks sooo brand new, and completed in a timely fashion. I am so very happy with the outcome of the repairs. Also, I was kept updated from start to finish. Dedicated Donna stayed on top of the entire process! I am sure, to most customers, that is an important factor, whereas at one time with another business, I was in the dark of what was going on. I would HIGHLY recommend Classic Collision of Norfolk as the 'go-to' collision repair place - 5 Stars!!

Classic Collision Norfolk did a great job and were able to book me within a week. Donna, my service rep, kept me regularly updated on the process. I enjoyed the transparency, when a part they ordered came cracked or incorrect, she let me know and gave me an updated completion estimate. Expect regular texts and calls while your vehicle in the shop. The repair was done right and the paint matches well. This shop will work with Geico, so if you are filing through them, then this shop will be able to handle it.
