My husband took time off work to have our 2021 Hondas breaks/ tires looked at. The first attempt the service tech turned him away saying the issue would resolve on its own. It didn't. The ear piercing grinding noise got worse and I was so embarrassed to go anywhere driving it. I called the service dept back and spoke with Jennifer, she said come in and theyll take a look. He brought it back in and the issue was resolved. Thanks Jennifer in the service dept. for your help solving the issue!!

i bought a honda pilot from this place 12/4/21 now there was a special they were running which listed 2 free complimentary oil changes withen a year. today 11/10/2022 i go in for my 2nd oil change, these guys tryied to charge me $68 for an oil change because my honda care expired... how does that got anything to do with the complimentary oil change im suppose to be receiving for free?! i personally wouldnt go to this dealership for any maintence.. go somewhere else like walmart or a reputable mechanic.

I used to take all my Honda vehicles to Cleo Bay for services but I quickly realized that the service department's business practice is to stick you with services that you don't actually NEED but, that they do "recommend". So, as of this year (2022) I have discontinued all vehicle services at Cleo Bay and have opted to travel to Temple, TX for services or whenever I travel to Oklahoma I'll go to the Honda dealer in Oklahoma City. I have been doing business with Cleo Bay Honda for roughly 30 years but things have changed drastically in the past several years. I used to trust and feel confident that I was a valued customer and that I was receiving excellent customer service. I quickly began to feel (realize) that we were being gouged and/or pick pocketed each time we took in one of our vehicles for service or some type of inspection. I put my suspicion on the back burner and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, my suspicions were correct. My husband and I are used to dealing with one person and one person only. After our regular person departed several years ago (Steve) we've been hemorrhaging $$$$ at the Cleo Bay Honda service department. We have ALWAYS been diligent about the maintenance on our vehicles but we no longer trust the (young lady) personnel at Cleo Bay Honda service department.

Just ask for Lance when you get there, by far he is one of the kindest and patient people I have met. Though I didn’t really know what was wrong with the car, he had time to check it out and explain everything to me.. he got a lot of knowledge . I bought my vehicle a few years ago from here. Everything was pretty good purchase was great. I came back today because the battery went dead after about two weeks of not being on in a brand new car. When I pulled up the guy just said “you might want to go inside.” No greeting or anything. I went inside and the woman in the service department greeted me with a frown. The frown stayed on the whole time we interacted. I told her the issue and she said “we don’t know why batteries die, it happens all the time.” She completely disregarded my concern and became defensive. She didn’t want to talk to me much. So I asked her if she had an ESTIMATED time for the battery change. She said “I don’t have an estimated time there’s people in front of you.” I stood there and stared for a few seconds and she finally blurted out maybe an hour and a half I don’t know. I’m glad I’m leaving the area soon so I don’t have to come back. It’s a shame because I had such a good experience when I bought the car.

Spent $1,500 on electrical/audio repairs, replacement then had further issues with system and followed up to utilize the warranty. Service Dept Managers were very rude, condescending and lazy in their efforts to assist us. I finally gave up and went to a different dealership where I was very happy/satisfied with the outcome. Sales Team may be great at this dealership but do yourself a favor and have your Honda serviced elsewhere. Ross & Lance will NOT leave you feeling like valued customers. Good luck!

I don’t normally write bad review, but today I came in to get oil change and tire rotation at CleoBay Honda service and I had a very disappointing experience with Jennifer. Her attitude was unprofessional and her tone was consistently condescending. I understand that she was at phone talking to a customer and I was waiting patiently for my turn. However, she looked at me and told me in a bad tone of speech that I shouldnt be there and go to other door. This made me feel unwelcome because this is my first time coming here. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect well on the Honda brand. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

I recently had an issue with my key fob and went to the service department for assistance. A very kind Supervisor replaced the battery and took the time to show me that a red light on the key fob has to be on in order to work. The staff was very nice. Of course they suggested I get all these other maintenance items done but was only there for an oil change. This did not speed up the process and I honestly don't understand why it takes over an hour to service an oil change. In today's case two and half hours. I was given a discount without asking for it and the service tech was very nice and personable which is why I gave them 5 stars. You can get fast service at most places but nothing beats getting quality customer service at a reasonable price.

I am a business-savvy and LOYAL single female, and I appreciate kindness and efforts. I got neither at this service center!! My vehicle contracts are not from this Honda dealership, and the service person was rude to me and acted like I brought in extra work for him to do by reading my extended warranty paperwork. And also I didn't get something done that I asked for, AND I HAD TO ASK HIM IF IT WAS DONE AND HE SAID NO! And his explanation was minimal, curt and RIDICULOUS (LAZY). if you want to feel like a desired Honda customer? THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE CENTER YOU WANT. Apparently, if THEY never received ANY MONEY FROM YOU - they could care less what you paid another Honda dealership. THAT'S EXACTLY HOW IT CAME ACROSS. Prior to my taking my vehicle there - I had an awesome phone call with a Mr. Parrish, and he told me that they could bring me home while my warranty work was being done, and they could come back and get me. I THOUGHT THAT WAS AMAZING. AND HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY KIND. He deserves FIVE STARS!!!

SoThursday! I was excited about them getting my stuff done, but I had some warning lights go on Friday iut of town...so from trauma with car dealers in the past, I could feel my anxiety rising. But that was not the case! I got here there this morning, and they heard my problem fixed it within minutes, and then I got in the car. My fob light came on, and it had an issue. I went back in. As I was waiting, one of the service people said long time no see! I laughed. They took my fob, and it took 5 minutes. They gave it back to me and said, "Have a great day!" No argument, no fee! Smh! I'm not going anywhere else!!! I love my Honda (Spicy) and I love my service peeps!

Worst call machine EVER! Everytime i tried to call, their answering machine kept telling me it couldnt find the contact details for the service department or my service advisor. If im calling the service department, have them answer. Not a useless AI bot. Stop wasting yalls (the dealerships) money with that bot.
