I’ve had better experiences with this service Department in the past. If I return it will be for warranty covered services only. Jeff is helpful, so is Nick and GianMikal. Terrible communication from service advisor Frank. Manager was also unhelpful with resolving issues as he just agreed that his team member was underwhelming and less than subpar with his service. I brought my car for a recall repair and an oil change. I had to leave my car overnight, with no loaner in offered. Frank attempted to charge me for items that would be covered under warranty, which felt tricky. Additional services offered totaled approximately $1500. I asked the service advisor, the Kia car expert, to give me information about the recommendations. Frank failed to thoroughly explain the reason behind additional services suggested for example why Replacement spark plugs before my car reached the 42-44k mileage mark. Thankfully, Google, my car manual and conversations with men in my life helped me determine the services that were necessary versus the services that were prematurely recommended.

Drove over an hour to this place after someone promised on the phone she was able to give me the deal I was looking for she even gave me an exact number. When I got here they said they were not able to do it. Not interested to do business with them anymore and you should not do that either.

Saturday I had a scheduled oil change. My appointment was at 11:30am but I went it at 8:30 am to drop of my car so it can get serviced. My service advisor was not there yet they stated so I was like here we go again I jumped to conclusion because in the past before as you read the other comments yes customer service was horrible they would make you wait or having you waiting to see your service guy. Thank God this Saturday was a whole lot different Steven De La Cruz was able to help me. From the time I walked into the store he was very nice and helpful. He did not push over anything saying like you need to get this done now he would let you know the recommendation and why. I don’t think I ever dealt with anybody at Kia that was informative like him. He kept up with me throughout the day with text and phone call about the status on my car. I used to hate going to Kia in Coral Springs, but he definitely changed that for me. I high suggest if you are going to Kia in Coral Springs to ask for Steven. If your looking for great customer service , feedback about your car and services he is the guy. I definitely used to be a person who give a 1 star to Kia but the service I received from Saturday morning to Monday evening the constant communication about my car I could not ask for much. Thank you once again Steven.

Today I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation since purchasing my ‘24 Sportage. I had the pleasure of Shawn Ressler being my service advisor. I haven’t received such great customer service in a very long time. He was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and an overall gentleman. I had an 8:30 am appointment; I like to get in and get out. From prior experiences elsewhere, at that time of morning, employees are grumpy, uninterested, and kind of make you feel as if you’re an inconvenience. Not Shawn. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, he initiated friendly banter while getting my vehicle checked in, and directed me to where I could enjoy some of the complimentary food and beverage services Kia offers. No longer than a 5 minute interaction but it was completely packed with a great first impression. You don’t meet people like him often these days; that takes an extra few seconds to go the extra mile and ensure the customer is taken care of. I already knew that Coral Springs Kia had an outstanding Sales team but after today I must say their Service team is even better, especially since Shawn is on it. Thank you Shawn!!

Each time I bring my vehicle in, I have been given a run around and always told one thing and then told another. The service consultant usually changes his statement after he told you something. They even say it takes minimum 2-3 days for a technician to diagnose your issue. And you can’t get any vehicle loaner or rental until it has been diagnosed and found that you didn’t do any outside things or modifications before they will warranty it. Very sketchy. If I have brought my vehicle in 4 times for the same issue and each time you say it is something else and that it is fixed but then it keeps happening. Obviously, they do not know what they are doing. One service counsultant even said that the other consultant s an idiot if he told you that reason for the engine light to be on. He criticized his own co-worker.

I took my KIA Sorento for Service and our service guy was Jake and he was quick and put my car thru the process quick. All the staff was friendly. I needed a ride to and from home and both drivers were super polite, open the car door for me. They washed my car I highly recommend Kia of Coral Springs. Super easy experience. Thank you!!

I scheduled recall work for two recalls and spent a good amount of time with the scheduler giving her all my information and I was told the parts would be ordered to perform both repairs. Not only were the parts for one repair NOT ordered (thus I would have to come BACK to have the work done) but also when I picked up my car, ALL 18 of my Sirius Stations had been REPROGRAMMED, my A/C cranked up and the seat was all the way pushed back. Someone obviously has too much time in their servic department. This was my first and last experience with Kia Coral Springs Service Dept. and FORGET buying my next Kia there! When I called to let the Service Tech Gian know about it, he completely blew me off, as did the Service Manager. The right response from personnel should have been "Gee, I'm sorry you had that experience. We will strive to do better next time." Note to Kia: Puffed up pride loses customers and they may not tell you directly about their bad experience but I guarantee they will tell dozens as I will.... I regret not having gone to Rick Case Kia - ALWAYS a class act. The only reason I did not this time is because they Rick Case Kia does not do recall work on the weekend.

I scheduled a car service today expecting it to be covered. When I first purchased the car, the herbal manger stated that I would get two services for free. The general manger was very misleading and dishonest.

I have never had a bad experience at Kia like today. My wife brought her Sorento in for an oil change and a recall, and she ended up with a bill of $220 for an inspection she didn’t ask for. They didn’t do any oil change after she waited all day to get her car back. Be aware that if you bring your car in for an oil change, make sure you make that clear and check before leaving the shop. They cleared the bill, but it took one full day to perform maintenance on her vehicle, and to end up without maintenance and have an argument over something she didn’t request is not what I was expecting from a dealer. To be clear, I have a maintenance warranty; I was not asking for any work for free! Now my wife needs to bring the car back to get what she already asked for and lose another day of work. A simple oil change now is going to cost her two days of work because her car has the light on, and we don’t want to damage the engine.

They are clearly in the business of not repairing but re-selling. I brought in my car and dropped it off to have work done. They called me saying it was done- it wasn’t. Now I’m back. It’s a waste of my time and I had to take off from work. This dealership has dropped in overall customer service. I’ll be sending a letter to Kia corporate office. I love my Kia. But I am not a satisfied customer with those whose supposed to keep my car for as long as I want.

Had issues with my Kia, along with receiving terrible service it was clear the employees didn’t care at all. Especially Donnie. When you contact them over the phone they will lie and say your car will be ready by a certain day and that they will call you back. After receiving no call backs and them holding my car for two weeks, I went there in person and magically my car was ready. It was sitting out covered in dead leaves, dirt, and bird poop. I ended up getting rid of my Kia and bought a Volkswagen nearby. Service has been a lot better at Volkswagen. Overall the Coral Springs service center has been really disappointing. Would not recommend at all.

I don’t normally call out businesses for mistakes but this really deserves it. I took my Kia to Coral Springs Kia for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed to go well but I declined their extra service suggestions. Over the next few days I kept hearing noises and they seemed to be coming from the tires. And they were getting worse / louder. The sound pace changed as my speed increased or decreased so I knew it was tire related. You know when you get a little rock in your tire tread. You can feel it and hear it. So I took the car to Firestone because that’s where I purchased the tires only 18K miles earlier. Their inspection showed that none of the lug nuts on all 4 tires were actually tightened. They were all loose and 2 lug nuts were missing from my front right tire. Coral Springs Kia didn’t put the lug nuts back on correctly. Unbelievable. Fortunately my drives over the previous few days were all local. But imagine what could have happened if I got onto the turnpike doing 75 mph and a tire flew off my car. I just happened to get my Kia service follow-up email that day and I told them what happened. I got an AI generated form letter back that didn’t address the issue. Kia corporate contacted me after this and said that they would have the dealer, CS Kia would contact me. Nothing. Crickets. I gave them almost 2 weeks and still nothing. I get that people make mistakes. But own it when you do and try to make it right. I love my Kia and will probably get another one. But Coral Springs Kia probably shouldn’t expect to see me any time soon. They’re not the only Kia dealer in Broward. The lesson here is to double check everything and don’t trust the experts. Thank you to Firestone on University for the no charge find and then fixing of the problem.

I had a disappointing experience at this Kia service center. I waited two and a half hours for a simple oil change & tire rotation, only to find out my car hadn’t even been put into the system. There was a clear lack of communication between staff members, it didn’t feel like a cohesive team at all… If you value your time and expect efficient service, I would not recommend this location.

I have brought my Kia and my son’s Kia in for routine oil changes within the last couple months and the team at Kia has taken great care of our cars. Jake my service advisor is exceptionally helpful and always making sure that my cars are taken care of. Truly the best service advisor I have ever worked with!

I recently scheduled a service appointment, and when I called back to request a shuttle ride home, I was told I couldn't use the shuttle service because I hadn't been assigned a service advisor. I asked to speak with the service manager, John, who explained that shuttle requests need to be made in advance through the assigned advisor. The problem is: I was never assigned an advisor, so there was no way for me to make the request "in advance." This seems like a clear breakdown in your process, and I was left without support through no fault of my own. Gunter VW in Coconut Creek, for example, has always been professional and accommodating. This experience was disappointing and has made me reconsider where I take my vehicle for service in the future.

I have owned my Kia Sorento for less than a month and Wow... negatively, is all I can say regarding their service department. I pulled in to the service line, explaining that I am not scheduled for an appointment but have a flat tire. They said ok, please leave the keys in the car and take a seat in the lobby. I waited 40 mins, walked outside to ask about a time frame on the job when I see my car there. They said "oh that's your car" apparently my car's maintenance was not noted nor could I find the man that informed me to wait in the lobby. They rushed to see how I could be assisted from there, a photo they took and showed to me of what object was in my tire which they claimed to be an allen wrench, then they informed me it would be $280 to replace the tire. I declined that maintenance and they stated they put air in the tire to at least get me able to return to work. No more than 2 miles later, the vehicle is at 4 PSI. I had roadside assistance (which was covered) assist from there and there was no object in the tire - only the visible hole. I believe they removed the object without informing me. I am very disappointed how they handled the situation and when I called back to ask what happened they wanted to know my service advisor meanwhile I had none - I was assisted by 6 people who firstly assumed I spoke spanish, one that disappeared and never saw him again in my 1 hr there and just a lot of misinformation from when I purchased the car as well. Was very excited to purchase my kia initially, now a month in, I am regretting it all.

Please check your lug nuts when you receive your car back from an oil change/tire rotation. After driving my car out, I heard a squeak after every rotation of the LR tire and then a bump. I immediately drove it back and let them know. As the service advisor went to get a tech, I checked the lug nuts. The 2nd from the top was completely unsecured and I was able to unscrew it with just two fingers. A tech came and sure enough, the tire was unsecure and none of the lug nuts were properly fastened. Nothing was said other than "Okay, that fixed it, drive safe." As a Service Manager at a commercial trailer tire shop, the risks of an unfastened tire and wheel are not only an immediate danger to the driver, but to everyone around them. All the manager could do was offer an apology and assurance the situation would be dealt with moving forward. It's rare I leave 1 star reviews at any establishment, leaving one here as the situation was completely unacceptable.
