9/10 would recommend. Prices are a little high but fair. was headed back home to texas and had my AC compressor lock up and throw my serpentine belt. I gave them a call and they had a bay preped for me before the tow truck arrived dropped off the car. they quoted me $1900 to replace the compressor and a stripped idler pulley, but managed to work with Chris and found a way to bypass the compressor all together saving me about $950. They managed to get me back on the road in less than 24 hours.

We went to celebrate mother's day to the restaurant next door and on our way out my mom's car would not turn on we had the cables to run power but weren't sure how to connect them. I went over to Dale's and Dale was there, I asked him If he could show us how to do it and he didn't even hesitate. He stopped what he was doing walked over to the car and connected the cables for us. He also showed us how to do it in case it happened again. He was so kind and patient. He helped us just because he wanted to help. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Great first experience with Dale.

We've been using Dale's for years. He has NEVER done any work on our cars without first determining what needs to be done and then calling with the cost to get our authorization. His prices are more than fair, his work is excellent and he stands behind it completely. He does not nickle and dime. He will explain what and why and give you options if there are any. It is so rare to find his level of expertise and fairness that we have never considered going anyplace else. We've been lots of other places in the past and we know great when we see it.

This is a long overdue review. Dale and his team have helped me out over the past few years servicing my truck. When people bring their cars into mechanics they are understandably intimidated- but here there is no need. Dale will always put everything into layman’s terms and treat you with the utmost kindness in the process. The quality of work is unmatched and along with the years of experience you just simply can’t get this anywhere else. This is a type of place that is hard to come by, so if you are reading this to try to make a decision on where to go I’m telling you right now this is the place to go.

Dale is the most honest and nicest gentleman I've ever met. I have taken my car there several times. And if something does not need to be done or shouldn't be done, he is straight up and will say so. Most mechanics will tell you the opposite and do unnecessary work just for the money. The last time I went to Dale, I was going through a really rough patch in my life. Living in a domestic violence shelter etc etc. I took my car in to get diagnosed, and the cost was $250, and he ended up not charging me a dlme. Dale, I cannot express how much that meant to me. I'm trying so hard to get back up on my feet. And seems like every time I take one step forward I get stuck three steps back. It's so good to know that there are decent humans still left on this Earth.

FAIR, HONEST, HIGHLY SKILLED. Dale is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic. He does quality work as if working on his own car. So many shops will work to maximize the amount of work your car "needs". Dale is as honest as they come. He does not try to talk you into work that doesn't need to be done. It seems that people have caught on to this shop and so he has a busy schedule. I waited a month to get my car in because I had no intention to take it to any other shop.

Dale was very helpful and informative! My car was looked at quickly and the problem was found. Since I had a recent oil change, Dale told me to take it back to the place, and I did. It ended up being a “seal leak.” I got it fixed it with no charge. Tried to give Dale some money for helping me figure things out but he wouldn’t accept it. Great guy. Thank you, sir! I was driving along 87th St when someone let me know I had a flat tire. I pulled into the parking lot went inside and the man behind the counter was so helpful and nice. He also showed me that I was in need of new tires and took the time to explain what was wrong with them. Okay so I had a bit of a Christmas Miracle in that I a minor(ish) sitch with my car that the oil change shop scared me to death about. I called a couple shops, including my own “trusted” shop that all gave me price estimates on this repair. I call one more because it was recommended and really close proximity to my home. I end up speaking with, Dale himself that gives me a COMPLETE run down and understanding of the situation and explains why I shouldn’t get it fixed at all at the moment and then explains the whens and hows of dealing with the repair down the road. His honesty BLEW MY MIND and earned ALL my future business.
