Great work, but will have to take vehicle back to get some work corrected on it. Believe my vehicle was left outside the entire month they kept it to do the work, outside temp reached mid 90°, windows left up, leather pieces came unglued and shrunk. Car is always garaged, no prior leather damage

Excellent! Our car looks better now than it did before the collision. These guys had it finished three days quicker than they said they would. They also provided us with a printed itemization of all work completed and they coordinated all work with the insurance company. TOP NOTCH ORGANIZATION!!

The body work they did on my car was very nice and looks great and they were able to save a little bit of money as well. However, ever since the day I picked my vehicle up from them I have had multiple different electrical issues, even after taking my car back the next day to discover they forgot to reconnect a plug properly, I am still having recurring electrical problems with my car that I NEVER had before picking my car up. These are problems that a car that is only 4 years shouldn’t be having. Was told they would need to take it to the dealership because they couldn’t diagnose the issue - an issue that was caused by something that happened while they had my car. My physical key won’t even unlock the car (which was one of the reasons I took the car back the day after repairs were finished). Hopefully the fob never quits.

We couldn't be more pleased with our service. They were honest, professional, nice, and quick. We had taken our car somewhere else to get a quote and they had thought it would cost almost 4 times as much. Pirrello was honest with us and only charged us what it took to fix it correctly. They called us when the got he parts and we brought our car in and they were done two hours later. That is service. It is nice that there are respectful professional businesses still out there. I would highly recommend Pirrello to anyone.
