Burnett is the only place I go to for all of cars. Most recently I brought my Genesis in because it went into a limp mode. Burnett was able to get to my car sooner than anticipated which really helped me. They diagnosed it quickly (chewed wires) and fixed it quickly. My car is now running perfectly. This sounds pretty straightforward like something you’d expect any automotive repair place to be—quick, but I recently had to go to a dealership for a different car and it took them 4 times of me returning it to finally fix the issue. I just kept wishing that Burnett could have diagnosed and fixed my warranty repair on that car. The guys at Burnett are always friendly and I never feel treated differently because I’m a female customer—they’re the people I trust with my family’s cars.

I called Burnett Automotive on a Wednesday after my truck's power steering went out, among other warnings and messages coming up on the dashboard. I was originally told they likely wouldn't be able to get me in until the next Tuesday, but the young man on the phone put me on hold to talk to his techs. He came back and said they'd be able to get me in that Friday, which was incredibly generous and helped me out immensely. Not only did they get me in early, but they were able to get the issue fixed, as well as install four new tires, and an oil change, all in the same day. The price was reasonable and they were very upfront about any costs that may come up. My truck has been running better than has in months. I've made this Burnett location my main auto shop over the last few years. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that is looking for somewhere that respects their customers and goes the extra mile to help them out.

They treat me fairly and professionally, always go over all aspects of their work and inspection and don’t recommend services you don’t actually need. Their prices are fair and every encounter with each of their employees is always positive. Highly recommended them!

This is the only automotive shop that I will ever use! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and because my brakes started to squeal. I told them that I thought I needed a new brakes. I was pleasantly informed that my brakes did not need to be replaced, and that they had only depleted about 10% from their original condition. They very easily could’ve taken advantage of me and I wouldn’t have had any idea. From start to finish this entire experience has been perfectly pleasant,from the interaction with the employees to the end result. Give them a shot! You will not be disappointed!

I rarely do any sort of survey unless I am really happy or really unhappy with the service. I have always loved Burnett on Long Street. It took me awhile to find a good mechanic in KC but even though I now live in Waldo I am still willing to drive out to Lenexa to see them. Knowedgeable, professional, reasonably priced. Never gotten the vibe they are trying to sell me something or replace things that don’t need to be replaced just to charge me. I’ve been going to them for around 3 years now and am always happy with the service. Wonderful mechanic!! Always recommend them to friends looking for a good mechanic in KC.

I can’t say enough great things about Burnett Automotive. I have a temperamental 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I've been taking to Burnett for a couple of years now. They’ve taken amazing care of my Jeep, going above and beyond to diagnose and fix issues that others would have given up on. They’ve been patient and persistent, trying part after part until they got everything running just right. Their commitment to getting it done properly is something you will not find anywhere else. On top of that, their pricing is more than reasonable, especially considering the level of service and dedication they provide. Their customer service is absolutely unmatched. They truly care about their customers and take the time to explain everything, making sure you feel confident in the work they’re doing. Because of how great they are, I now also take my son’s 2003 Honda Civic to them, and they take just as great of care of his car as they do mine. I recommend Burnett Automotive to everyone I can. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking team to keep your car running strong, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! Thank you for taking care of my car. Will, was fantastic at checking out my tires, 2 which had metal in them. The sweetest part is that I had to go back as one of the patches didn't cover one of the leaks, so I called them and got it back in. They not only fixed it, and they didn't charge me for it. Theses guys are polite and caring about what issues my car, was having. Thank you Will, for staying with me. Thank you service technician for making sure the tire was fixed properly. Honesty!! Brought my car here with a screw in the unrepairable part of my tire. Burnett Auto ordered the tire, and I brought my car back. The tire tech removed the screw, and no leak! Burnett Auto was honest with me that I didn't have a problem and I could go. Honesty is hard to come by and I found it here. Will be back when I need tires again.

BURNETT AUTOMOTIVE is the best repair shop around, they did a (Jasper) engine replacement in my Envoy Denali a couple years ago, I never had to go back for anything, they did it right the first time. I also trust them with my other vehicles whether it’s my 1982 Cutlass with 330k miles on it, (water pump & thermostat) when I broke the bolt off doing the repair myself, or any of my other vehicles, I know they will do the repairs right.
