Went to Champion Fleet service un announced which was not a good idea. This Shop is always busy but I didn't know that regardless of my situation they took my truck in for DPF cleaning service and did a wonderful job thank you Chris & Adrienne for your service Not only they cleaned the DPF system but they also pointed out a few minor repairs that they were able to fix in a very timely manner. If you want a place you can trust to do the job right This is it Champion Fleet Service Just like the name says Thanks guys see you next time.

Staff here are super friendly, they went outta their way to look up a motel that is dog friendly & where I can drop my trailer while truck is in the shop. The staff here also are pet friendly & make their customers feel very welcomed. I'll gladly bring my truck here if it has any more DPF issues. Oh the mechanics here are quick & very professional.

I happen to randomly find Champion FleetCare of Kansas City by accident. I happen to come across their phone number and well it has been one of the best accidents I have ever had. Chris and his team are by far the most honest and best mechanics shops in town. Chris the owner is very approachable, absolutely the friendliest owner I have ever met. Adrienne in the front office is always a pleasure to work with, if she does not have an answer right away, she lets me know and always gets back to me before the day is done with one. Lets not forget Bubba, does not like beating around the bush, one of the most straight forward guys you will ever meet. I would highly recommend Champion FleetCare of Kansas City for your service and mechanical needs

My car would not start while at a hotel. Champion Fleetcare came very quickly and replaced an older battery. It still did not start so they coordinated a tow service to pick it up and deliver it to the dealer. Their service was fast and very convenient and reasonably priced! Really appreciated their efforts! It is nice to have a mobile mechanic available that can provide service where the car is broken down.

Was charged over $1400 for 28 gallons fuel and fuel filters after breaking down on side of road. After truck still wouldn't start, I was told by Champion my fuel pump needed replaced. Payed $600 to have my truck towed a few miles there for them to replace fuel pump. Got a call that my fuel pump was tested and it's fine and that air got in my fuel line. I did break down on busy interstate with rush hour traffic but that's normally where trucks break down. After getting truck back, and having over a quarter tank of fuel I wanted to get to Cameron, MO to fill up which was according to fuel route. Truck broke down again. Called champion just to be told I should of got fuel earlier and they're really not heavy duty diesel mechanics, and specialize in emissions related issues and that the road side guy dispatched to me was young. I primed my truck myself and made it to my fuel stop destination just fine. On top of having one of my emergency triangles ran over by owner, I will not use this company again. I understand I ran my fuel low but they could of saved me money, the tow, being down for the weekend plus the headache. The receptionist was very nice as well as the road side guy. I don't trust fuel gauges in semis but according to my math I should've been fine. Low fuel plus the sharp curb merging off of 635 to 35 is what caused the fuel to shift and get air in my lines which I'm aware of and even told champion. Lesson learned

Great place to have your car or truck serviced, reasonable pricing compared to others around town and very quality work. They said they even do trailers and semis, very cool!

BEWARE!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY ARE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND OVERCHARGE PER HOUR THEY STALL SO THAT YOU CAN PAY A TON OF MONEY AND DON’T EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY OVER PRICE THE PARTS SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE MONEY OFF OF IT ALSO AND THEY CHARGE NONEXISTENT TAXES AND FEES. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.. Go to a local mechanic or private one do not use these people you will end up spending over $5000 the once they are done with you. Zero stars, awful awful company. I hope you never get another customer ever again!

Call this place to get a quote for DPF cleaning and they qoute me roughly $2500 and tham change to $3200. Made it there to last night stay on the property the guy came in this morning and claim he ran the numbers and now want to charge 4k-5k. This place is a price gouge. Stay away trying to scam people

The whole team were amazing! Everyone treated me as family! I am not some crazy influencer. Everyone in the whole team were super happy to talk and recommend the best and cheapest plans that were perfect. I have had 4 previous service companies . Nothing is even close to the level of service and personal attention I have recieved at champion. Adrian is super and Chris gave me some great ideas to improve my truck without over selling. I would give champion 11 out of 10 rating. Scott C Kcg+e

Great people, great service. I've come in a couple times for some work on my bus conversion. All vehicle work, like everything nowadays, is getting expensive. They know how to get it done well and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Update: Still so very good. Had to replace my entire brake system and they made sure I was comfortable with it the entire time we kept running into new issues. 10/10

while installing new brakes for my semi truck, they damaged my brake drums and didn’t even bother to inform me. I only discovered it later during another inspection. That’s not just poor service — it’s negligent and dangerous. This shop is either incompetent or dishonest — maybe both. I wouldn’t trust them with basic maintenance, let alone critical repairs. Avoid Champion Truckcare at all costs — they overcharge, underdeliver, and risk your safety.

I brought my Freightliner Cascadia to Champion Truckcare for an issue with the aftertreatment system — specifically to replace the quality sensor and metering unit. They claimed to have replaced both parts, charged me nearly $2,500 for two hours of work, but the problem was not fixed at all. The truck still had the same issue when I picked it up, and they offered no real explanation or resolution. I don’t believe the work was done properly, if at all. This kind of service feels dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Based on my experience, they are overcharging and delivering no results — it’s unacceptable.

Try to avoid it as much as possible. Horrible place. Costs fortune for doing almost nothing. Went there to replace my brake shoe’s and they charged me 1375$ labor fee 650$ for the parts and diognosis fee of 250$ even though i have no idea why they needed to diognos my truck and almost 150$ for other their hidden fees when i ask why is it so much they told me they got the job done fast. It took 6 hours. WHEN I WAS ON THE ROAD I FOUND OUT THEY BROKE MY HOSE while installing the brake shoe

Useless place, $1500 for sensor which is cost $50 and waisted time just sitting in his mobile repair truck for no reasonable DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) regeneration. Telling fairytale about how my filters are bad, and etc. only beautiful Remark " CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED THAT THIS MY NOT SOLVE THE ROOT ISSUES" I came only for to fix the ROOT issues. Not be informed and charged for no reasonable actions. 1 mechanic guy feed all owners around
