Title: A Five-Star Comedy Show in Auto Repair! I walked into Firestone for a simple oil change and walked out with an entirely new set of tires, a shiny new air filter, and windshield wipers that could clear a monsoon. If this isn't a testament to the charm and competence of their staff, I don't know what is! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable that I felt like I was at a comedy club, not an auto repair shop. They expertly explained why my tires needed to be replaced, weaving in so much sincerity and professionalism that I found myself nodding along and saying, "Sure, why not?" before I even realized it. I mean, who needs a bank account, right? Their persuasive skills are second to none. They didn't just stop at tires. Oh no! They convinced me that my car's air filter was practically begging for retirement and that my windshield wipers were auditioning for a role in a horror movie. By the time they were done, I was ready to hand over my wallet and thank them for the privilege. In all seriousness, the quality of work was outstanding. My car drives like a dream, and I know it's all thanks to their diligence and expertise. They truly care about their customers and it shows in every interaction. I’d recommend Firestone to anyone looking for top-notch service with a side of humor. Five stars!

I called several Firestone locations to get maintenance done on a Wheels fleet vehicle before I called this location. Lindsey was very helpful on the phone and clearly valued my business. The nice man who checked me in was also very helpful. They got it done quickly while I worked in the lobby. I will be back! I put a lot of miles on my fleet vehicles so I will become a regular!

Cannot say enough! 3 1/2 hours from home, and we found a screw in our tire. When he checked and found the store didn’t have our tire in stock, the associate drove to a nearby Firestone to get one for us. In and out in under an hour.

I will never bring my car to ANY Firestone ever again. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. I just asked them to change the oil and they can’t even do that. They DIDN’T put the OIL FILTER IN MY CAR! I burned through a whole thing of oil in a month and was driving with no oil. I took it to a place that actually knows what they are doing and told me they see this all the time with people who take their cars to Firestone. They also broke something in my car, told them, and they did nothing about it. The people are nice and friendly but no clue what they are doing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!

$600 dollars later they tell me to get someone else to fix my A/C. The system is still charged twice the manufacturers specs despite expressing my concerns over that. I opened my hood yesterday and the a/c valve caps are just sitting on the body of my car waiting to get lost and letting debris into my a/c valves. I'll never be back I don't trust them no more. Not to mention the $150 diagnosis to learn that my front OR rear catalytic converter needs to be completely replaced, but not sure which one so just pay us $1500 and we will figure it out for you 🤣 they are never getting another one of my pennies, which sucks cuz I used to like this place.. I finally did my own oil change too. Hopefully the filter doesn't fall off while I'm driving this time. 🙃 So yes, they essentially billed me $600 to lose the components off my a/c system. I just think if you're going to charge crazy prices to help helpless people you should be working in a detailed manner; not putting the valve caps back on or giving me a sticker after an oil change may seem little, but it actually indicates that they are doing shotty work beyond what I can see and know. It's crazy a little girl with YouTube can help herself more than the man getting paid well to help...

1st visit: Was having some issues with air leaking from my tire. Was able to get an appointment the next day (it was a slow leak so this was fine) and they were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it quickly and at a reasonable price! They also suggested a tire rotation which they were able to complete timely as well and the cost was minimal. Highly recommend as this was a quick and easy visit! 2nd visit: Lindsie was so kind! She was super patient with me while I explained my situation over the phone and greeted me with kindness when I made my way in. She helped me throughout the entire process - checking my car, helping me order tires, being patient with me when I had to call a family member with questions, and helping me get an appointment when it worked best with my schedule. This was my second time at this location and the service provided was great both times! Super grateful to have a reliable location down the street that I know won’t take advantage of me and helps me with all my issues!

An absolutely unacceptable experience. Today at 11:45 a.m., I called this Firestone location to schedule an appointment to replace the tires on one of our work vans. We are a transportation company that understands perfectly how to treat clients with professionalism, punctuality, and respect. Unfortunately, this store clearly does not operate under those same principles. I was given an appointment for 3:00 p.m., with the price and availability confirmed. We trusted them because of the Firestone name, never imagining what would happen next. When we arrived at 3:00 p.m., they shamelessly told us that no appointment was scheduled. I explained that I had called earlier and made the appointment, and the employee had the audacity to tell me that the number I called “wasn’t theirs.” Moments later, I called the same number back, and he answered the phone himself. On top of that, I have proof of the call that lasted exactly 8 minutes during which the appointment was made and all the details were confirmed. There is no room for excuses or “misunderstandings” here. This kind of irresponsibility caused serious disruption to our operations. We are now at risk of not being able to get one of our vans back on the road in time, which in turn could result in missed commitments with our own customers. I absolutely do not recommend this location under any circumstances. If they can’t handle something as basic as a scheduled appointment, I can’t imagine how they deal with anything more complex. If you value your time, your money, and your vehicle, take it somewhere else where customer service still matters.

Can NEVER get me in in a timely manner for anything except for an overpriced tire!! Had a flat tire and was taken advantage of probably because I'm a female and didn't ask what ALL my options were in buying another tire. I was sold a tire that was OVER double the price of Walmart and Discount Tires! I now go to Meineke for my car needs as they can get me in the same day unlike Firestone making me wait OVER a week for ANYTHING except the overpriced tire I was sold!!

My first visit to Firestone was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. The counter associate was unfamiliar with current promotions, and it was difficult to resolve a simple pricing issue until the store manager stepped in. I didn’t feel welcome this time and am hesitant to return.

I purchased my tires from Firestone expecting basic honest service, but instead felt taken advantage of. I came in for a complimentary tire rotation and was falsely told I needed a balance. The service was performed and I was charged without consent, until a male friend intervened. Immediately after leaving, all tire pressure sensors went blank, despite working properly when I arrived. When I returned for the follow up, I was told the sensors needed replacement at a cost of $750, later reduced to $350 only after my male friend contacted the store. As a single mother trying to maintain my vehicle, this feels predatory especially when the quoted repair cost exceeds the price of a new set of tires. I will be taking my business back to Costco.

We are from Topeka. Ran over something in Oak Park Mall parking lot. Had to replace all 4 tires because of our vehicle being an all wheel drive. They not only got us in, and taken care of, but they did so very quickly! I was surprised at how fast they got our car done.
