Great customer service, our alternator went out en route from NC to GA. Had to be towed in but he had someone start working on it immediately, had me out the door in under two hours. I really appreciate you keeping my family from being stranded overnight!

I recently had my vehicle serviced here for a loose battery wire. The repair took less than 5 minutes, in which they tightened the battery wire. No replacement parts or diagnostics was involved, yet I was charged $140. I felt the cost was unreasonable for the service provided. In my experience, the pricing didn’t reflect the value of the repair.

AC compressor replacement absolute rip off guide denies installing anything wrong they also deny breaking the high side valve when I brought them the new one because the system was leaking right after I left the shop then the fella proceeds to tell me go ahead and take me to court I don't care absolutely complete rip off do not take your vehicle here at all Great pricing but clearly does not know how to install AC properly without breaking something and then denies anything he breaks

Got my son AC compressor done last year & a year later the AC not blowing out cold air. We were still under warranty & when went to pick up the car was told that it was the AC harness was cracked and thats not under warranty. Why wouldn't you have seen that when you did the work last year. I don't know what Danny's Automotive got going on now but they have changed. We have brought so many cars to them to work on and within the yr notice the change in the work and how long they are keeping the vehicles. I asked if it was new management & was told no. So it must be new workers then. We will be finding a new automotive place to get our work done at. They use to do good work but not so much now. We spend way too much money with them for this mess.

Not the Danny’s of the past. I’ve taken my vehicles to Danny’s off and on for over 15 years, and the price was always a little high, but the work was solid. Today’s visit l, however, will be my last. I was just charged $413 for an oil change and one tire plugged. It’s true they ran a diagnostic but didn’t even fix the 2 cylinder misfires it revealed. Moreover, they charged me $151.16 for 4.8 quarts of oil and $37.25 for a tire plug. The CEL and TMPS lights I asked them to take care of are still on and nothing (except maybe the tire) was fixed. When ask about the exorbitant amount, the manager Jorge cited the diagnostic test and said they’d need to put back on the rack to fix the misfires. If an oil change and tire plug cost over $400, I’d hate to see what plugs or coils would rate. No thanks.

I literally walked into Dani’s automotive in tears due to another mechanic telling me that my Volvo engine blew, and the engine is knocking. I was treated with such compassion and understanding and reassurance that they will do whatever they can and take a look at it as soon as they can. Within a week they had my Volvo up and running did a car check and completed some other work needed. I am so thankful for the team at Danny’s Automotive for providing me outstanding customer service, honestly, understanding and quality work! Thank you!

I've taken my own cars as well as my family's vehicles, domestic and foreign, to Danny's for over 10 years, and I've had great service *every single time*. These are the folks to go to when other guys are over their heads, too. Anyone who has ever tried to get a completely broken shifter cable on an older Hyundai fixed will appreciate that statement. They can do the small stuff like oil changes, too. Highly recommend them, without hesitation.

I would like to start this by saying… what exactly is going on here? My father called on Friday (4/18) and asked about getting some repairs done on his truck. He was told “we’re getting ready to close early, please have it brought here Monday”, by a woman. Okay, no problem. Today (4/21), my father does just that. He soon gets a call, from a man, and was rudely asked “are you the one who had this truck brought in?” My father said “yes, I am”. The man replies “we don’t work on older trucks!”. My father explains that a woman on the phone, on Friday, told him to bring it in (now, she didn’t ask make, model, etc- so…) Anyway- the man replies “well what’s wrong with it?” My father explains the issues, and is told “you’re gonna need a whole new engine!” My father says “how much is that?” The man goes “hold on, let me check!” He soon gets back on the phone and says “you can’t get an engine for that truck!” … My father ended his phone call and looked it up, and guess what? You can get an engine for it! With that being said, there is not only an extreme lack of communication here, but also certain people seem to have attitudes. 🤷🏻♀️ (I believe this rude man’s name was Jorge?)

!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!! A couple months ago I had a check engine light come on, and used am OBD reader to see that it was a cylinder misfire. Not knowing the scope of the issue at hand, I dropped my car off on a Monday. I then heard nothing for 3 days, then finally, on Friday, I was called and told THE EXACT ISSUE I was already aware of, with no further information. I asked what the remedy was and how much it would be to have done. Jorge then quoted me a job for an oil change and 6 spark plugs for SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT DOLLARS!!! The only way that job could cost $768 is if the tech left $400 in the passenger seat once he was done!! I obviously declined to agreeing to being raked over the coals, and collected my car. To which I was met with a charge of ONE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS, for the pleasure of waiting 4 days for a 10 minute diagnostic, and being told EXACTLY WHAT I ALREADY KNEW!! Needless to say this place should be avoided like the plague. I'd take my car to the dealership before dealing with this con artist again. ZERO STARS.

Do NOT go here. put frion and dye in my car which blew hot 3 weeks late. take it to these Crooks that charge me almost 500 dollars and the AC blows hot exactly 3 weeks later. Not the Dannys of the past. They need to be out of business

Ase certified technician here, brought my car in to an exhaust leak i had already seen and pre diagnosed. I took my car in due to being busy (i am a dealership tech). The shop changed my plugs and coils but refused to look at my exhaust leak, they actually tried to b.s. me into believing there was no exhaust leak. But you can hear, see, and smell the hole in the exhaust, its simply hidden by a heat shield. So they charged me 1200$ for a bandaid and because they seem to only want gravy tickets (high pay with low turnaround) they wont even LOOK to see if what you are saying is there. As a fellow master tech you dont just fix the surface problem, you figure out what CAUSES that problem. In my case a cracked manifold caused a bad o2 reading which caused my car to run rich and damage the plugs and coils. All they did was replace the plugs and coils and said the other stuff didnt exist, but 3 days later my c.e.l is back on and im down on power. Ill do the needed work myself. Cant trust these guys to do anything but suck money out of customers by throwing parts at your car until you stop showing up.

Wow—where do I even start?! After reading some of the negative reviews, I can only feel bad that others didn’t get to experience what I did, because my visit was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. I’ve always been a little nervous walking into a mechanic shop alone—there’s that fear of being overcharged or pressured into things I don’t need. But the moment I stepped through the door, all that worry disappeared. The receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) greeted me with such genuine kindness that I instantly felt at ease. And then—enter BILLY. Billy didn’t just look at my car, he sat down with me, talked me through everything, and gave me honest, straightforward feedback. No games. No “you should fix this just because.” He told me what truly needed attention and what could wait. That honesty? GOLD. I value it more than I think he realizes. After Billy, I got to chat with KELLY—and let me tell you, it wasn’t about cars at all. It was just one of those random, fun, “we’ve been friends forever” kind of conversations that makes your day better. On top of that, the work I came in for didn’t take long at all—fast, efficient, and done right. I left not only relieved but also smiling because of the people I met. To the whole team—THANK YOU for making this such a refreshing, genuinely enjoyable experience. You’ve officially earned a lifelong customer!

I called for basic help regarding my vehicle, and the employee I spoke with was frustrated, rushed me, and did not listen. I stayed respectful, but the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. If a shop can’t communicate respectfully before taking your money, I’m not comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them.

Rajaa & Billy were amazing & helpful ! Although, it was late and they were about to close they were still friendly & able to service me last minute. Billy was able to show and explain the issue I was experiencing with my car very clearly. He resolved the issues for me. The overall vibe was very family friendly & I would highly recommend this place to others . 10/10

Danny’s Automotive scanned my car for a coolant leak, which was the main reason I brought it in. During the inspection, they also detected another issue and took the time to diagnose that as well. They provided clear pricing for both repairs along with helpful recommendations. Although I wasn’t able to fix the car right away due to financial constraints, they still released the full diagnostic results to me and encouraged me to come back anytime to have the repairs done. I truly appreciate their honesty, transparency, and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning to get the work completed.
