Danny’s is a unique experience. I don’t think there is another place in town that is always innovating to improve the excellence of their offering. They don’t always get things right, but they always own up to it when they don’t, seek immediate feedback, and bend over backwards to make it right. I appreciate their integrity! Seriously, when is the last time an automotive place bought you lunch because they had to keep you through the lunch hour? Or, gave you a free Uber from and back to the store while they worked on your vehicle?

We had so many repairs needed on our used 2011 Mini Cooper and Danny’s helped us every time!! They were even able to help us with a tow to the shop as well because of a flat tire. We could highly recommend them!! They are also the only repair shop that could take our Mini as well. Thank you Danny’s!!

Front personnel was friendly and waiting room was very welcoming. They provided me with snacks and water. The only thing is that I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. They took about an hour and 15 minutes to finish my car. I felt like the wait was long. Next time I will drop off my car. Other than that, my car is doing fine.

They gained a new loyal customer! I was able to easily set my oil change appointment. Showed up and was quickly addressed and was out within 30min. They a super clean waiting room with some awesome snacks, drinks and a TV that you can control!!!! Just a heads up you have to park in front and go in the door, there is no access to the back for customers.

Just moved here from Spokane Wash. and needed a oil change, my brother had a coupon so I called Danny's and they said I could come in this morning. Absolutely amazing, clean welcoming atmosphere with excellent customer care. Chris greeted me and took care of getting my car in right away. 10 STAR is what they deserve. Would trust them for all my car needs. I even asked for several of their cards to hand out, I never do that!! Very honest and genuine people.

To start with they have super friendly staff. I was always able to talk to a person. I never had to call them, they kept me updated the whole time, daily in fact, and it didn’t take long to fix the issues at all. It was very easy to use the online option for approval of services and payment option. They worked on my daughter’s baby blue 2014 Fiat 500. There are not many automotive places in Midland willing or capable of working on Fiats, but Danny’s automotive fixed everything we needed. They replaced the Battery, security lock out issue, window roller, changed spark plugs and did a tune up. We had an issue with the door after they worked on it and we took it back, had it fixed for us within an hour. No greasy fingerprints and car runs great. Won’t take it anywhere else as long as we own it. We are not very impressed with the lady that sold it to us in the first place, but knowing I can get this kind of service makes me feel a lot better knowing anything that goes wrong with it, they can help us out.

This place is amazing. Went in and spoke to Andrew, super nice guy, about getting a diagnostic on my vehicle. They took care of booking a tow truck to get my vehicle from my house the their shop. Chris and Andrew stayed in communication with me thought out the diagnostic and were so informative and explained everything so well. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. My brother has taken 2 of his vehicles there for AC work, great, quick, and fast service. This time I took my car for AC work, tech showed me where majority of leak was coming from (wasn't 100% sure that would be only leak until after it's replaced), i replaced the hose, took it back and they leak tested again, still had a leak elsewhere, this time it was an o-ring. They fixed and recharged my system same day. Office is well kept and clean, complimentary Uber ride if you need one, and snacks and drinks are available if you want to wait in their lobby. Great experience and friendly staff, Andrew is very welcoming and did an outstanding job in getting my appointment and pickup taken care of.

Called on a Friday afternoon after trying unsuccessfully to contact the dealership for routine maintenance. Andrew very friendly & helpful, gave me an appointment the following Monday morning. Chris made note of what I wanted done, explained time frame & kept me informed of progress. Office, waiting room & bathroom very clean & neat. Did not get the name of the young man who worked on my car, but the work was done on time & no greasy hand prints anywhere! (had this issue at dealership) Will definitely trust my car to Danny's in the future!

Danny's Express was easy to book an appointment with online, I was able to get my car in right away, Andrew at the front desk was very polite and clearly explained everything to me. The waiting room is clean, comfortable, and the snacks and drinks are a nice touch! My vehicle was serviced quickly but not sloppily. The shuttle service is very nice too. I felt taken care of from start to finish and not just like dollar signs or a number, but a valued customer. I'll definitely be returning for future needs. Keep up the awesome work!

Clean and comfortable facilities to wait while your car is fixed. I also liked that they send you a confirmation text and a reminder of your appointment. Great job!

4 stars only because I leave room for improvement. This place is a diamond in the rough. My car was serviced in one day and far less than the dealership. I arrived in my car, they provided an Uber for me to get to work and back. The waiting room was stocked with coffee, muffins (super convenient since I missed breakfast heading over) and other drinks and snacks. It was clean, had wifi available if I needed it and lots of chairs. I didn’t even need to connect because by the time my coffee was made Andrew had the Uber ready to get me to work. My quote on the service was more than they originally had said but I drive a Benz R class and they had to go get special things for it so the cost was a bit more but still less than what I would have paid. I’ll be bringing all our cars here. It was refreshing to go to a nice place for quality and comfort. Bravo! I took the pics to show my husband little did they know I was going to add this review! 😂🤣 Ooh! AND I have an issue with my tailgate hatch thing they couldn’t address but Andrew gave me the number of a guy so I could still be taken care of. 🤗
