They do not even deserve one star, because They have the worst customer service in the world! To top it off, they try to use glue and zip ties, to conceal their mistakes. They're lucky that the cover didn't completely fall off, strike another car, and cause an accident, while I was on the freeway. Oh but a $25 WALMART GIFT CARD, is supposed to remedy your negligence?! What a joke. (Especially when I paid nearly $80 for your pathetic services.) Corporate customer service has been notified, and I'll be waiting for a response from Mr. Taylor, the store manager. Seems to me like almost all of their associates, need remedial training, to include management. I look forward to hearing from you Mr. Taylor. I doubt I will though. You have 1-3 business days, according to your company policy.

Well it would be nice if the person working at the check out spoke and understood English better and the technician that changes your oil act like they give a damn about trying to help you out I asked if they could just look real quick for a power steering leak I told them I knew that wasn't their job but I would greatly appreciate it if they could They acted like they really didn't want to go out of the way to that Then when I did pick up my truck I asked the counter person if they had wrote any comments on my ticket about any possible power steering leaks or if they had checked for any possible power steering leaks and she said yes and was showing me where they had checked my washer fluid and other fluid levels right then I knew she didn't understand to well what I was trying to ask her about I had my suspicions before but that confirmed it I applaud someone for working and trying to better themselves but learn the language

The worst service I have ever had. On top of that you have to wait 3-4 hours. They make oil changes priority, not first come first serve. Then they stripped my lug nuts on top of that. The manager has the nerve to tell me that an oil change is quicker than changing one tire!!!! They are a joke!!!!!!!!

We are on day 5 of them trying to fix a flat tire. I have been called 4 times to say my car is ready when I go there they can’t find the tire. I have spoke with 3 different managers and no one can seem to figure out how to do their job. Never go to the tire center.

I don't have trouble with the mechanic service ... my disgust is with the old woman who's take the information and keys.. she is to slow, I ask a simple question as " where is the oil change line?" and she don't answer..just ignored me...I stay in the car waiting for more than 40 min in the bay entrance and no one attended me.

Very, very slow... Employees get it done but they like to play on their phones a lot and I've gone there twice for tire issues and had no wait to get in but took two hours to change 1 tire.... Great service tho! They do a good job .. STAY OFF THE PHONES

Called to schedule appointment to install tires i ordered from them. Puts caller on hold multiple times and multiple calls then will not get back on phone. Over multiple days. The one time I actually was able to talk to someone she didn't know how to schedule appointment!

Was there for 3 hours! I went in for a simple oil change with only 2 cars ahead of me. While waiting, I witnessed 2 customers coming in to complain they were being charged for services not done . All the techs were standing around joking and talking. Unless you have serious time to kill I wouldn't recommend.

It is a shame I can not give ZERO as a review. I just called 11:53am, July 24th and asked about the pit crew oil change. $24.88 and then I asked if I bring my own filter and oil, how much? She said over $30 if you bring your own oil and filter. I asked her how that made sense. She said, I just work here. I don't know. So sad the world we live in now. Customer service and commonsense out the frickin' window.

I will not recommend the car service department at Walmart. I went in to have a turn-signal bulb replaced and was told it would be a quick service and it should be done by the time I got a few items inside. After an hour of waiting nothing had been done so I just ask for my keys. I felt the employee working the car service checkout was rude, not helpful or was probably new to the area and didn’t want to be there. I saw how she was with other people and I absolutely do not recommend, just go somewhere else.

You will wait HOURS, for a tire change, oil change… anything! They are so inefficient, management needs to put a system in place to speed things up! There is no way the little old lady should be charging batteries AND getting orders put in the system. She needs ONE job…. Everyone. The techs that put on the tires are just as slow, always stopping for some reason! It’s convenient because they’re open on Sunday other than that, go elsewhere.

Thank you so much to Mark in the automotive! After having trouble with the South Side Walmart and their inability to change my flat tire Mark saved the day! I called and all he said was bring it up here and we will get it done. I waited maybe 15 minutes and had my tire fixed. The vibes in the automotive section is just unmatched! 7 people “working” (standing around talking) 1 vehicle being serviced other than mine. All I needed was a tire plug. Almost 1 1/2 hours and my truck is still sitting outside the shop. Plus they had the dirtiest guy working move my vehicle. Now my driver seat is filthy. I definitely won’t be back.

Everyone was nice, but I ordered online, instruction from employees on what to do when I arrived had me a bit confused, I arrived early & was told my car would be going in next, my tires were finished over half an hour late, in turn I was running late to my next appt. Lady at counter was very nice & got me checked out so I could get out as fast as possible. But definitely busy & will likely take longer than 1hr

Very confusing, I have an appointment for 8:00 am and I've been waiting for over thirty minutes, the triage service is very, very slow. In just one car it took over twenty-five minutes to be served. Very bad. And I'm still waiting now, I've been waiting for over 40 minutes to be served. This is because the website says that you can only wait 15 minutes late and they've already gone over 40.

They have various different services are very good prices. The line is a little bit long, but it’s worth it. If you can go at the right time, the staff is very friendly too. I hope Walmart doesn’t tire them out. Those guys really deserve the salary they get for the number of customers they have to deal with. They are very professional, and to be honest Walmart should do everything in their hands to keep that staff on hand. Sometimes it’s hard to deal with Walmart customers to be honest. I spent an extra $200 on products shopping for items while they were fixing my car. I don’t know if I got a good deal or I screwed myself ha ha lol But I got my car fixed and they did it properly and followed proper standard work instructions instead of skipping steps. I am a maintenance engineer, so I noticed these things.

Good people in the auto care center. Very kind customer service from when I checked in until I left. Sincere hard workers. Have come here at least a few times for oil change, tire repair, and tire replacement. No issues with these work jobs they did for my vehicle. Very conscientious and reasonable manager named Kenneth. I had an appointment for two tire changes and was out in less than an hour even though they were very busy.
