Very bad customer service. I thought they were closed and pulled in quickly to check. Dave got upset and complained that I was driving fast. I apologized but he kept getting irritable and eventually threatened “ if I see you driving like this, I will…..”. Very bad way to deal with customers. Needs serious customer service training…. I’ll take my business elsewhere, NOT coming back !

I have always used Dekra for my inspections. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and polite! Since the change where we no longer require SAFETY inspections, I’m on record as saying that is one of the most ridiculous changes yet! Hence the word, safety, not to mention the jobs these guys are losing since it’s only emissions and the charge is way less! Shoutout to the Legacy and Custer location, specifically Dave the manager; I hope they continue to thrive despite crazy change!

I had first taken my car to community auto repair in Plano. They told me that they couldn’t get their computer to hook up to my car. They also pulled all the wires down and left them hanging. I immediately went to Dekra who I knew from past experience would do a great job. Everything was done without problem and Dave the manager was even kind enough to zip tie the wires back up into my car where they belong. I highly recommend them -stay as far away from community auto repair as possible.
