I stopped in today to get all the salt and snow off of my car. After running through the wash I stopped to get my car dried off by a gentleman named Caden. He was very thorough, friendly and made sure I was good. Great car wash and great employees despite the weather conditions they are always working hard.

I had an amazing experience at the Delta Sonic in Naperville and genuinely cannot recommend them enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly informative. I was greeted by Michael M., who walked me through their ceramic detailing and windshield rain-repellant options. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the services I was choosing. He was genuinely helpful, and it made the experience start off on such a good note. The actual exterior detailing was done by Jose O., and I have to give him the biggest shout-out. He did an absolutely phenomenal job on my car!! The ceramic detailing looks flawless — shiny, smooth, and better than ever. Even though my car is already new, the difference after Jose’s work was noticeable. You can tell he really takes pride in his work because the attention to detail was incredible. Jose went above and beyond, and I’m seriously blown away by the quality of work and care he put into my car. I left Delta Sonic extremely impressed and 100% satisfied. Both Michael and Jose made the entire experience feel premium and personal. I absolutely plan to come back soon to get some rustproofing done because I trust them completely with my car. If you want outstanding customer service AND exceptional detailing work, this is the place to go.

Terrible experience. Paid nearly $100 for every service they offered, yet the car was still dirty. I had to call them back because there was dust, dirt, and fingerprints all over the dashboard and glass. After leaving, I found the stains you see in the pictures on the third-row seats (i wish i could put more photos). You’ll get much better results at a smaller local carwash.

I asked for Britney‘s if you can please bring me some tires dressing. She said OK and took care of my tires for me and also gave me clean towels, she had a great smile and good attitude. I can tell she loves her job and helping people out. I want to Thank her very much for her help. Eduardo did a fantastic job cleaning my car, he walked me around the car, showed me all of the inside to see the deep and thorough detailing he gave. The inside was my main concern since it was quite dirty from multiple passengers and the winter weather. The car smells and looked like new. The leather and interior looked like it came alive again and the color popped with this cleaning. I would recommend Eduardo again to anyone. One side note, that I'd like to mention but not taint the review. I had a pre-scheduled appointment a week in advance. The check-in process felt like they weren't prepared at 9:30 AM, it took quite some time to check in and something about an invoice not printing to sign off took longer. Certainly not the drop-off the car service I was expecting. Pick-up was a little similar.

There are tons of places around where one can get a a car wash, gas, and snacks. I think business owners need to remember that it’s the people that make the difference for many customers. After driving to the car wash a gentleman named Trinny ( sp?) dried our car by hand and did a thorough perfect job. He was so pleasant and made friendly conversation with us which made my daughter and I smile. After filling my gas tank, I went inside to purchase a few items, and a lovely employee named Brittany helped me get what I need and made me feel welcomed with her upbeat and positive demeanor. The services offered at DS are great and the prices are reasonable. The people are the best part though! It also doesn’t hurt that there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts at this location as well! Recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I came in today (Saturday the 27th) and had my car detailed by Taha, and the work was excellent. He handled everything top to bottom — full interior, seats, floors, tires, and waxing — and the car looks fantastic. Extremely thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The attention to detail really shows. Update / Previous visit: On a prior visit, Carissa detailed my truck and did an equally outstanding job. The interior and exterior were spotless, and the results held up well over time. I’m adding photos from both visits because the quality speaks for itself. Naperville Delta Sonic has consistently delivered great results, and both Taha and Carissa deserve recognition. Highly recommend.

I’m a member and my truck is my baby, so I keep it very clean. I usually go to the Joliet location, but I was close to this one and my truck was very dirty from the recent rain. I didn’t have time to get the interior done , so I just ran through the car wash. I was lucky enough to have Ricky dry it for me. I can tell that Ricky takes a great deal of pride in his job! The best thing was that he didn’t beat up my nerf bars with the step stool because most of the workers slide it against them and it’s leaving a mark all along them. Great job, Ricky and thank you for treating my baby good!!
