Evan helped me with my purchase. He did well explaining the sales process and gave good insight into the vehicle. He was a nice guy. Unfortunately, 3/5 is for falling short on a couple things I didn’t notice until after the fact as I was on the road. I love the car, it’s a 2022 Durango SRT, but having been through several car sales. Handing over keys on a 1/4 tank is falling short on expectations. Also, partially my fault for not properly verifying, the right door speaker is blown out so I will need to get those replaced.

Alex helped my wife and I get a new Santa Fe Hybrid. He was very friendly, not pushy at all, unlike some other dealership experiences that I've had recently (looking at you, Kia of Portland). There was a lot of waiting around during the negotiation part as they were pretty busy, but in the end I appreciate how much they worked with us on the price and we absolutely love the car. They also followed up a week after the sale to make sure everything is good and if we had any questions. 5 star experience.

I had a great buying experience picking up my new Tucson today. It was all thanks to Nate and the team at Dick's, for listening to my wants and not trying to push me into something I didn't want. Nate didn't greet me with a fake or disingenuous introduction, he was understated and patient with me every step of the way. I liked that he took his time to listen to what I was looking for, explaining how the different financial options worked, and even being the voice of reason when I was trying to both decide on which car I wanted and when I doubted whether I could make the financing make sense to my budget. He was honest about the "extras" that every car dealer tries to add to the final price and understood that I wasn't going to be buying anything unnecessary. The manager and finance manager made a fair deal that we could both be happy about and even entrusted me with the car as I had another event I had to go to that evening. They let me take the car and didn't try to keep me there, trusting that I was going to come back to sign all the paperwork. Nate even stayed late after my event to finish up the paperwork and get me set up on the car's BlueLink app. I would refer anyone to Nate and the team at Dick's Auto Group. 10/10!!!

Just drove home with our second Ioniq5 car. We got our first one here in September, then totalled it two weeks ago. After all the stress of that, we came back here to get the same sales associate, Hayley, who treated us like family, just like the first time. Best car dealership I've experienced. No pressure, ample stock, great service that is prompt. And the CAR. OMG. The Ioniq5 is SUCH a dream to drive. Tons of safety features, comfort features, and a smooth ride.
