My tire started going flat while I was on 1-64, heading home. These gentlemen were very kind, efficient, reasonably-priced, and were able to get me back on the road in no time. I felt safe, was treated with the utmost respect, and like I was a priority.

Avoid at all costs you will regret it! Booughr a used tire from here a year ago and the tire was bad would not hold air I took it back to them they patched the tire and it still wouldn't hold air had a continuous problem. Turned out the valve stem was bad. Not to mention they broke my tire sensor and then acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned it to them. When I came back to have the tire fixed the first time there was someone there that had gotten a used tire that had the same exact problem that I did wouldn't hold air. My brother took his car there previously unbeknownst to me and they broke his tire sensors as well. So either they're breaking the tire sensors and selling bad tires or they're re-selling the tire sensors and pretending to know nothing either way avoid this place at all costs. UPDATE: After over 1 month after my last post FINALLY my SUV is back fixed. Lou ordered and replaced the part twice free of charge and today it is finally fixed and I can see my tire pressure 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 ……….....….................................................................... Today 0 freaking stars!!! Brought my car to this location to have a tire put on and Lou broke my tire pressure sensor and told me that the last person did it. Now I know I'm a female and most ignorant sales people think women don't know cars but my daddy taught me. If the sensor was broken by the previous technician at a previous location over a year ago it would not continue to operate properly period!! Be honest if you broke it or even if you didn't know how to do it but to break it and act like someone else didn't is very unprofessional and then was told the owner was sick. If I broke someone on my job I wouldn't still be employed. I am completely thrown by this experience not to mention a replacement part 60 freaking dollars 😡😡😡

They were able to get fit me in just by driving up. However, I have staggered wheels and the wrong one was put up front. This resulted in the wheel destroying my brake caliper. The replacement cost of which is over $400. The owner refused to accept any responsibility and would not offer any sort of refund or repair cost help. Also, the price to mount four tires was $160. That is insane. Would not recommend one bit.

Let me start by saying this place affected me so much I’m doing my first review ever. I was charged 450 dollars for 4 tires and were told they were new, which they weren’t. When I looked the price of the tires up while he was putting them on, I found they were sold for 75 dollars brand new. I very politely said something and the owner then got angry and said I couldn’t get them for a better price including mounting, balancing and taxes. He didn’t balance them. He did however charge me way more than I should have payed. Then he continued to treat me more disrespectful than anyone I have ever purchased something from. I was literally in tears because he made me feel so bad about using multiple cards and repeatedly questioning if I was the owner of the cards. I am extremely displeased with this place and if I could go back in time, I would never gave this low life my money. Thanks for taking advantage of a female. A**hole.

These guys are on point, and reasonable for used tires. I called four places and finally these guys and they were the only place to have my size tires. And got them the same day. Really awesome only missed an hour of work.

This place should NOT be a place to go to my husband went to get a driver tire and not even a week later, it was dry rotten. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I don’t know why they only have 3.7 stars. People are so fussy. I thought they were great and super affordable. For two tires, the dealership wanted the same price I paid these guys for four tires. Service was fast and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I needed a cheap replacement tire for one I destroyed. Did not want a new tire as all the others will need replacing in a year or so. He had a Goodyear tire with lots of life left for only $75 mounted and balanced! Had it ready on time as well. I usually don't buy used tires, but if I need to this is my first stop.

Came to get two tires patched, immediately after they finished my emergency break light would not turn off. The guy said “oh press it down” still wouldn’t turn off. I immediately went to the dealership to find out they ruined my rear caliper motors. Instead of placing the car in maintenance mode prior to removing the tires they broke off the rear caliper motor on the driver side. Now this is costing me $1000 to fix.

I bought 2 tires from this establishment and had them installed. They broke 2 of my tire pressure sensors during the installation. My truck didn't notify me until 3 weeks later that the sensors were broken. When I went back to this establishment to see if they would pay for the sensor parts, at least, he straight up refused. He said he never broke the sensors, and he would only reimburse if I had come back a day or two after the installation. I am now liable for $1000 to get these sensors fixed. If you want to purchase tires here, that's fine. DO NOT LET THEM INSTALL THEM!!!!!! You might save money on the price of the tires, but you'll owe more money down the road. Take your business somewhere else where they will take ownership of their mistakes and where they use a business code of conduct.

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! They sold me 2 tires Saturday july 19th Through my wife. The tires were dry rotted!!! They changed one. And told her the other one was good. On the 22nd of July, while on the monitor Merrimack bridge it disintegrated!!!! Mind you, it was supposed to be a brand new tire. The next day we called Rick and he said he would replace the tire, balance it ect. Today july 24th, suddenly they have no knowledge of this ever happening and they want to sell me a used tires for $70. Buyer beware... They'll do you the same way they just did my wife and I....
