This place was great. Shout out to Rafael for promising a great rate and sticking to his word. My specific tires were ordered, but unfortunately they were being shipped from AZ. I was elated that they were ordered and installed within 3 days from the time I ordered. The shops location is awesome. There's plenty of things to do to kill time while you wait. Restaurants, numerous stores and shops and even a mall, all within walking distance. There's lots of parking, handicap near the door with easy entrance as well. They have free bottled water for their customers, and a restroom within. A good assortment of tires and wheels, and a dedicated spot for customers who need a quick shot of air. I was really happy with my experience here. I wish I could've kept my original appt, but still got out of there in a decent amount of time. The wait was a little longer than I wanted to stay, but Discount Tire, you've earned yourself a repeat customer.

Did an appointment for an online order and purchase of tires. They kept my appointment and were done in 50 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to stand around the lobby for 10 minutes while a relatively quiet joint, three cars and about a dozen employees, blew me off before they finally gave me the keys. Maybe they put me in the penalty box for not going with the windshield wiper upsell. Kind of weird

The salesman, Luis, helped me with new tires and rims on Thursday. I made my purchase for the rims online and decided last minute I wanted new tires. He was very friendly and helped me choose the best tire for my car. My old tires were in great condition and I was able to utilize their buy back program. The install of both rims&tires was faster than expected and everyone at that location was kind and considerate!

I was told the work would be completed within 1 hour and 20 minutes at most, but by that time the car had still not been taken in for service. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes, despite having an appointment. Meanwhile, their progress tracking service did not reflect the actual status of the work, as the job was marked as completed after only half an hour 🤔🤔🤔

I had a positive experience at this location. They were very busy (parking lot was overflowing!) but the staff was still friendly, efficient, and accommodating. This is a new store staffed with seasoned technicians from other locations. Edward V. worked at the El Camino store 3 years ago when I bought my last set of tires. We were delighted to find that he now works at this location. Better yet, our tire size and model had only increased in price by $3. The techs are all well trained and certified. Customer and employ safety are highly prioritized in this shop and it shows. Our tire order was completed 20 minutes ahead of schedule. We highly recommend this location for personal small town service with a nation wide warranty.

**Update** I've changed my rating from one star to five. Management reached out to me. They asked me to come in. When I did they got my car in immediately and fixed my tire. They apologized for the inconvenience and made things right. Thank you Discount Tire I’ve been going to Discount Tire for years, so I didn’t even have to think twice about where to go when I ended up with a nail in my tire. I went in on Monday, and it was really busy. They suggested I come back the next day with an appointment, so I did. Since I like to be on time, I left work early and arrived for my 5:00 appointment about ten minutes early. I told them I had a slow leak in one of my rear tires and asked them to check that as well as patch the nail hole. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before my car was even pulled into the bay. At that point, I honestly didn’t understand why I’d left work early if I was just going to sit there that long. When my car was finally done and they brought it out, I asked the employee who worked on it about the slow leak. He told me he couldn’t find anything and that everything looked fine. But when I got in to leave, my tire pressure warning light was still on. I figured maybe it just needed time to reset. I ran an errand, got home, and the light was still on. So I got up early this morning and checked my tire myself… and the PSI was 19. I don’t know what kind of place checks a tire and lets someone leave with it that low. Now I’m filling it up myself, I have to work through my lunch break to make up for leaving early yesterday, and I still have to figure out where to take my car to actually get the slow leak checked. I’m really disappointed in Discount Tire.

Air pressure sensors went out. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Great service from Issac. Very convenient, just off 78 & El Camino Real. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot just behind Discount with lots of other retail and grocery. I would definitely use again!!
