Whoever he is he knows dam well he should have charged me for the information he told me over the phone. I have never been a client and all I did was call to find out why my car was acting up. Because of his information I didn’t have to take my car to any dealership or anywhere he told me exactly what to do and saved me a lot of time and money. If I have any other problems I will not hesitate to bring my car to him. Came in to have an intermittent AC issue diagnosed and repaired. Was told the next day that it worked fine and because it wasn't the original motor there wasn't anything else they could do (even though it's the factory oem AC system that came with the car) . When I checked the dash cam on my car it showed a very young tech drive my car around the block maybe 5 minutes, bring it back in a bay and proclaimed the AC is fine. No pressure check, just a good old hand in front of the vent for a minute. I've never heard of a tech having to drive a car around to diagnose an AC issue. Only giving 2 stars because at least they didn't try to charge me for wasting my time. Maybe they do good work in other areas but these guys don't know much about AC systems and it shows.

Very sad to find out when I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance that Doug has retired and his staff was replaced. . Don't know what happened to them. I quess the new owner didn't want to keep such valuable employees as Dina and Matt. Such a shame. I was not to pleased when I got my bill that the prices have gone up after I was paying the same price for years. Something for me to think about if my car needs maintenance again.

Great customer service And fair pricing. Honest and up front. Knew I was in good hands before I got there. Once I got there other customers spoke highly of Dr. Honda. Only had transmission fluid replaced but they took the extra time to diagnose another issue I couldnt pinpoint with my car and took the extra effort to teach me a little about my car and what it would take to fix on my own. While visiting the area, from out of town, I was worried when my car's check engine light came on and I could not accelerate appropriately. I was referred to come to Doctor Honda to have my car checked out. I was able get an appointment the following day and was provided with detail on my car's malfunction and given a reasonable cost. I felt very reassured and I was taken care of the day of. I was provided a ride and was picked up after my vehicle was serviced. I was given advice/tips on how to maintain my vehicles lifespan. If I am ever given car trouble while visiting virginia I will definitively return, but I will recommend to my family & friends in the area.

Everyone is extremely friendly. My issue was quickly diagnosed, and I was offered options for the repair. The work was completed the next day after the part arrived, and my car is working immaculately. The prices are very reasonable. I had a myriad of questions that were answered, and they even turned me down on some repairs that ended up not being necessary. It is evident that they have the customer's best interest in mind. I needed to get my key fob programmed so I could ship my car. I went to the Honda dealership which was a no-go. I called Doctor Honda for help. I explained my situation and although I did not have an appointment, they worked me in and helped me out. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but his customer service was outstanding. Seriously I got quotes for new breaks and rotors from Firestone, a dealer, and Doctor Honda and Doctor Honda charged me 1/3 of what the others said it would cost. It's honest people doing honest work and that's hard to find anymore.
