After taking my car to another place after it started overheating and then wouldn't start. I was told I needed a new engine that it was blown. The head gasket blew and were warped. my water pump was leaking n their was exhaust fumes in my coolant tank. They wanted to charge me 6,700 to fix my car. I could not afford it. Luckily I found out about Ebright Auto from asking for recommendations for a good Mechanic. Ebright Autos hits that mark ten fold. I talked to Josh on the phone and even before seeing my car found me a new motor and gave me a price of 2,500 to fix it. Then when my car got their. He and his team looked over my car and he called me to tell me I didn't need a new motor and was like I don't know what they were doing at the other shop. The only thing the other place got right was that my water pump failed and that caused my overheating problem. With the water pump failing it damaged a few other things in my car. And Josh took the time to call me and tell me everything they found wrong and was able to explain everything in terms o could understand. He was very polite, professional and knowledge. All said and done the final bill was only 1,200 for everything and my car runs perfect. Ebright Autos has gained a new lifetime customer. I would trust them on anything to do with cars and got everything fixed and running in a very resonable time. Thank you again Josh and everybody at Ebright autos that helped me get my car back. You guys are awesome and will recommend to everyone looking for an honest, highly qualified mechanic.

It is so hard to find a good mechanic and one you can trust to boot! Just when i thought there were no more out here and I was goin to need to become one😬😰... My daughter and I took our car here the same day because Josh came highly recommended from a friend of hers. My repair was easy and I was in and out and was charged exactly what I had expected. He also found a issue with the work the last mechanic had done on my brakes (twisted my brake lines.. see what I mean😩) and fixed it for free! My daughter's however took a couple of days to find out exactly what was wrong but he called her explained everything he had to do and had her car back the next day at half the cost she was quoted by the dealership. Needless to say any car repairs needed in the future will be done here and my daughter feels the same way. Thank you Josh for your good honest work. From reading all these other reviews you and your team are a godsend!

I was traveling through the area and my car broke down. Luckily Enright was nearby and despite closing soon, they diagnosed the issue, had a part delivered and fixed in no time. Have taken always taken my vehicles to this shop has great people working there and they are not out to rip you off. Would recommend to anyone in need of good mechanic or technician. My man Josh is a great mechanic when I had my black 2013 Hyundai Equus I had a air suspension problem on my car I contacted Hyundai they wanted to charge me a crazy amount I thought I would have to get rid of my car that loved but when I took it to Josh (Ebright auto) he was able to fix it with no problem with a reasonable price haven’t had a issue since then! Josh is very knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to determine the issue with my BMW and provide me with a very good explanation on what is wrong and how he is going to fix it. After reading so many good reviews online I called Ebright Auto as soon as I had an issue with my car. They were very nice on the phone and set me up with an appointment. Josh and the others at the shop explained to me throughly what they found and fixed the issue the same day. The price was VERY fair and they now have a life long customer. 3/28/24: When traveling to PA from DE for the Easter Holiday weekend we came across trouble with our diesel truck. Josh came out right away same day to meet us in the tractor supply parking lot on a cold damp rainy day! Josh is very knowledgeable,kind, & professional! Josh is the best around. He's the ONLY mechanic that did not over quote me on repairs (major) for 2 of my luxury vehicles on 2 separate occasions now. Before we found Josh, every mechanic within a 70 mile radius quoted me prices 1k, and even 2k more than he did. If they weren't over charging they said they just couldn't do the work, or they were telling me the only way to fix the issues were by them ordering brand new parts, or totally needing to replace parts that were really repairable. So sad that mechanics everywhere within the Kent and New Castle Co. Are really getting over on people. First honest mechanic I've come across and he's a genius at his work. Call him and you won't be disappointed.

I was quoted over $1,000 to replace one fuel injector — told it would take 4–5 hours of labor plus $250 for a single injector. Instead, I ordered all four injectors for a little over $200, watched a YouTube video, and replaced every injector myself in about two hours. The car is now running better than ever. If it truly takes someone four hours to replace one injector, then maybe they’re in the wrong profession. I’m glad I trusted my judgment and didn’t go along with what I was being told. People deserve honesty, not inflated labor times and scare tactics. I also noticed broken plugs and a new crack in the fuel evaporator hose afterward. Whether that was intentional or careless doesn’t matter — either way, it’s unacceptable. Do your research. Ask questions. And go at your own risk — but don’t blindly believe everything you’re told.
