This company truly stands behind their word. If you’re someone that’s out of state doing mail order don’t hesitate using this organization. The customer service has been amazing, they will follow up with the order, and all response times are quick. Had a backordered part from the manufacturer and anytime I emailed them with a question the response was instant. They didn’t give me a hard time when I asked for a refund due to the delay on the manufactures side. Credit was issued as promised. I can’t say enough good things about this organization. Being that this was a mail order transaction I figured it would a hassle getting a refund. ACTUALLY IT WAS THE EXACT OPPOSITE!!! Thank you to everyone involved and the stellar support!!!!

If you are looking for a shop to help make your Mopar car fast, come to HHP. My mentor who is an avid racer has been working with them for years and advised that I go see them. They truly made my car a dream to drive, and one that gets compliments everywhere I go! I was big on reliability as I drive my car daily. I've had no major issues at all. And the small issues I've had (which anyone will have with building a car and tuning it) have all been addressed by HHP with no complaints whatsoever! They stand 1000% behind the work they do and they mean it. My car runs... and I mean runs! I thank God I found a shop as solid and trustworthy as HHP and will continue to take my Mopar and any other Mopar I get to the folks that know what they are doing. They don't win races for nothing.... 😉

I haven't put together the stroker 6.1 short-block they built yet, however; Every time I need something, it's extremely timely to speak to somebody knowledgeable, get part recommendations & whatever else may be needed without any runaround at all. Purchasing parts from HHP has been a good experience so far. I’ve spent a lot of $ with them building my Whipple 392 HEMI. I also purchased their 1200$ HP tuners remote tuning package. The remote tuning was subletted to another tuner since it was a HP tuners platform. The tuning started over a year ago and has been very difficult trying to get revisions done. I’ve had harsh downshifts since the first tune and have mentioned it multiple times but it never seems to get addressed or fixed. There was times it took around 2 months for a revision with me contacting HHP and their tuner multiple times. I haven’t received a revision in almost 3 months now. Josh was responsive when I would call HHP but there was only so much he could do since it was a sublet job. The tuner and their manager does not reach out warning that they’re behind or that it will take a while for a revision. You submit logs and just don’t hear back until you call and then are told they’re working on it and that you’re at the top of the list. Then months later you still don’t hear back from them with any updates…I’ve just given up and will look for a more reliable remote tuner or local Dyno shop for future use. Hope your experience is better than mine.

I started my drag racing journey with my 2018 challenger hellcat last year and found HHP online and on youtube, they have great videos and online store for everything I needed. I'm over 8hours away from them and the car is making allot of power and I'm having work done here locally and some tuning is needed done and they have been helpful all the way through. I brought my 5.7L Hemi T/A in for a Comp 274 cam and tune, it was all done in a timely manner and the car came out running and sounding great. Josh S got more power out of my car than I even expected, there was a slight issue with the transmission tune and they had no problem taking another look to iron it out. I have asked many questions via email with Josh W and he has answered every single one professionally and they genuinely want to get the best out of your car. Currently in for a torque converter, and will be back for a ProCharger, stroker, and 8HP90 swap and will go to HHP everytime.

I had Josh do a dyno tune for my car. I have to say I was very impressed by his determination and care for my car. There was a mishap with the dyno schedule and they double booked for the day. We stayed late with Josh while he dialed in the car and he didn’t cut a single corner or rush the job even though he was exhausted. His full focus was ensuring the car ran the best it possibly could and I respect that. He’s a great guy, has the experience and does a great job. I recommend coming here for tuning.
