The plethora of cars should tell you something. I brought my car to the garage with no brakes. After many excuses and unreturned phone calls, nine days had elapsed, my car still had no brakes. In disgust I retreived my car. This is no way to treat a customer. I would not recommend this shop !

RecentlyI had a heater problem with my 01 Grand Cherokee. The dealer told me it would cost over a thousand dollars to fix it. Dougs looked at it, fixed it for $40. and I had it back the same day. The heater works better than ever. It's a small shop, but they do great work.

Had a big problem with my car, misfiring, almost impossible to drive anywhere. Called Doug's Auto on a recommendation from a neighbor. They let ne drop off the car that evening. Problem was diagnosed the next day, and they were able to get a hold of the necessary parts to fix the problem. Got the car back that same day. Runs great and fixed at a reasonable rate. I got overconfident in my garage and tried to replace some calipers & hoses. A few stripped and cross-threaded bolts later, I had a real mess on my hands. Mark at Doug's Auto really helped me out of a jam and got me back on the road within a day and a half very affordably. He had the chance to upsell me by insisting on replacing x,y and z, but he opted to just simply fix my mistake like I asked. Great shop - they're few and far between these days with all the corporate outfits out there. I highly recommend them.
